Manchester Auto Glass is amazing!! So personable, helped with insurance to facilitate my claim, picked up my car and got it done in one day!!! Best service I have ever experienced. Do not look anywhere else to get the job done!! Amazing team thank you

10/10 would 100% recommend! I went to get my windshield replaced, and I was in and out in an hour. Scott and the other staff are so friendly, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Their service was excellent and their prices were more than fair, half of what other businesses are charging. If I m ever in need of anything else glass related, I m going back to Manchester Auto Glass!

Best customer service I've received anywhere in so long! I completely understand now why this business has been operating over 35 years! Most of the staff has been there for decades, which says a lot about the integrity and experience of the whole business. Scott was professional and friendly, making sure my windshield was taken care of perfectly and in a timely manner. He helped me with my insurance claim, kept me updated on the progress while I relaxed in the lobby, and even made me coffee while I waited. From now on, I will never go anywhere else for all my auto glass needs!

Great service, all employees were very kind and helpful in person and over the phone. They quoted me a good price, lower than other auto glass repair shops. Service was quick, done in a few hours! Would recommend to others and will be back if I need any other repairs :)

Scott answered my call, helped with insurance information and got me scheduled. Drop car off on scheduled day, work done in a timely and professional manner. The team also calibrated all of the sensors, car looks great and all safety features perform flawlessly!

Had a leaky windshield and they went through and dried my car while taking my glass off and re-sealing it successfully. The whole process was quick and easy, with great customer service to boot. Extremely satisfied with the work!

Highly recommend! Three auto repair locations quoted me $600 for windshield replacement, Manchester Auto was almost half the cost. Quick service and friendly, helpful staff. I had shopped around and this place was easily the cheapest, almost $500 cheaper than Safelite. The service is quick, the drop off was easy. They do not come to your location but it's well worth dropping it off.

What a great family run business. The day I called around to have my windshield fixed I got three places with lengthy menus, one ten minute hold I that I gave up on, and one I left a message and never received a call back. Manchester Auto Glass answered quickly and politely made an appointment for the next business day. Belinda and everyone went the extra mile to provide great service and at a reasonable price as well.

Great staff, very professional in all aspects. They provide great customer service. They were able to get my car in to take care of my passenger mirror. Provided with some guidelines of when I could remove the tape and sent me on my way. Need more businesses around like these guys.

Frank and his team of professionals at Manchester Auto Glass did a superb job of replacing the sunroof on my Genesis G70 after it exploded. Even though they had to drop the headliner to access some of the broken glass, you'd never know they had touched it. They were very thorough, and left the white interior cleaner than when they got it. I was extremely happy and relieved at the outcome. Besides being friendly and courteous, they got it done in a timely fashion, and test drove it with me afterwards, to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them. What a great experience. I brought our RAV4 in for a windshield replacement, and Scott immediately greeted me and treated me like a valuable customer (even though this was my first time in). They estimated 90 minutes, and it actually took a little less than that. During this time I was able to work in the waiting area, and was offered fresh coffee and water. Not only that, but the installer took the time to replace our phone holder, EZ Pass, and state inspection sticker. Highly recommended!Service: Auto windshield replacement

This place sets the bar in terms of how Customer Service should be. Scott and his wife are two of the nicest people you will meet. They said what they would do and they did what they said. I made an appointment, that day I was able to go in and get my windshield fixed. As with many places now, they were very busy and they remain professional with me. I arrived early for my appointment and when they had an opening and saw me they took my car right in. No hassle and no negativity about me being early. My boyfriend and I just moved to the east coast and we had a big crack in the windshield which had to be replaced ASAP for safety and car registration. After calling a few places, Manchester Auto Glass quoted us the best price. I know the dealer would've ripped me off for the same windshield, so I wanted to support a smaller business. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, they got my windshield done in less time than they quoted, and they stayed true to their quote (no hidden fees). I forget his name, but the owner/manager (?) also offered me water and gave me a free bottle of window cleaner. Great service! What a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend!! My sunroof cracked on my minivan and they were able to wrap it in plastic the same day until the replacement glass arrived. Got the job done on time and quickly. Great people to work with. Thank you guys again!!

Wonderful customer service. Quick, easy and painless. This was the first time I ve ever had to replace the windshield of my car. I was worried about getting an appointment and what the process would be. Not only did I get a next day appointment(which was based on my schedule) but everyone at Manchester Auto Glass was extremely helpful and kind. They made the process just another day at the office rather then the big headache I thought it was going to be. Great prices, great service. I will be back for anything I need and will send everyone I know to them.

I called with a rush order request for a hard to find RV windshield. Both Scott and Gene helped find it and adjusted their schedules to get me in right away so I could leave on time for my cross country trip. Though the logistics ended up falling through on my end, changing my plans, I was grateful and impressed by them going above and beyond to help me so wanted to share my experience. Excellent service, 5 stars.

I recently had my third experience with this excellent Company that appears to focus on customer service, convenience, timeliness, product knowledge, and price. It is unusual to find a company that does it all as well as this one does. Every visit has been truly outstanding. And their pricing is better than competitive, and the appointment times and are accurate from start finish. Very important for someone with a busy schedule.

They said they call me back for a quote in a price and I already had the equipment to do the glass the glasses already pulled for one Jeep to go into another Jeep and the lady tries telling me that's not something they do and that you would want to charge me full price for a brand new windshield when I already have a windshield at home and the day couldn't install at that's not something they do last I knew you were glass company and those are the things you want to do I would assume so it's a replace windshields that's why you're in the business needless to say I've done business with these people in the past and it was awesome great I could never complain about him but now I call up about something very simple and I'll never use their service again I am very disgusted with the way the lady talk to me on the phone and I'm just asked us there with her services. So I will never and none of us will anyone else I know ever use them for any service
