Matthew and Alan at Kinne Electric are the greatest people I've had work on my truck. They treat customers very well and run a great shop, I highly recommend anyone who needs electric work on their vehicles to go to Kinne!

This I a response to post from CJ Lane about her 14 Kia Soul. Glad you got you car fixed. I never think anyone is stupid. The quote given to you was correct using quick struts which is new sturt , spring and mount. And we quote this way becausolder springs and mounts get weak and when you change just one it can throw off front suspension on the car causing premature tire wear. That if fact. and as you said you hung up on me instead of letting me explain the breakdown of my quote. The fact is you only wanted to replace the one strut only. And that is your choice as a consumer. Again I wish you the best luck with your car.

Call this repair shop this morning to get a quote on replacing my strut on my right side of my Kia Soul 2014. I guess he thinks all women are stupid. He gave me a quote that he said required both to be replaced at the same time otherwise the car would be off balance and that it would cost meet 1200 to 1500 do the work. I hung up on him. Women, please be in the know about car repairs. I am having the strut replaced just the one, for a total of $300. So if I had both done it would be $600. I guess you didn't see me coming cuz I know my cra p. Women do not take your car there they will rip you off cuz they think you're stupid. He would never get my business what a ripoff show.

I took my car in for an inspection sticker. This is the first time I ve been there. I mentioned I thought I might hear some squeaking in my front brakes, (or it could just be ice). He called me and said my car was ready and the brakes were fine. I was amazed that based on my comment he didn t try to sell me new brakes anyway. A real honest mechanic! Rob and his team are amazing! I used to get my car and my husbands car serviced through them until we bought brand new. Now that my service package is coming to an end on my new car, I asked the dealer for prices on service. Something didn t seem right, I was able to call Rob and confirm the services actually needed for my car and the prices. Highly recommend Rob and his team to anyone for anything, always puts the time and his effort into his customers to make sure they are getting what they need and all their questions are answered. Friendly. Very knowledgeable, especially about solving electrical problems. Owner is Matthew. Other repair shops send difficult electrical problems to him. Reasonable prices for parts and labor, not excessive. He also does general car maintenance.

Don t take your vehicle anywhere else. Rob & his team know exactly what they re doing. They helped me with the most essential part of my 1991 Ford E250 campervan build - power. Without Kinne, I wouldn t be traveling cross-country right now and able to charge all my electronics, and keep my food cold! Very personable and knowledgeable crew. 11/10 experience.

Rob and his team are an absolute gem of a find.To find this type of top notch service at a friendly neighborhood shop is priceless.They are a throw back to when service providers actually truly cared to help you with your particular issue and not just upsell the customer with some false diag that they use to pad their bottom line.Also the value and honesty they provide should give you piece of mind not to hesitate when you think your vehicle "might" need something or just want to get it checked out.They are AWESOME challenge/task masters but also handle the routine stuff too!Thanks again to the whole KINNE TEAM!!!!!

Honda dealer had my car 6 days with 10 hours of diagnostic time and couldn't find the problem. Kinne had my car 1 day with 2 hours of diagnostic time, found and fixed the problem. I will NEVER go to the dealer again. Rob and staff were incredible!!! They have a new customer for life. I would highly recommend them!!!

I have only had good experiences here (insofar as you can when getting your car repaired) as the gentleman at this auto repair shop have always been honest and usually beyond fair. Only negative is their parking lot lol

I had a troublesome electrical problem, the kind that makes you feel like a sitting duck. Kinne put me at ease right away explaining exactly what they would do and what I could expect.
