I recently had my car repaired at Key Collision in Manchester, and I was very happy with their attention to detail, and the way they kept me updated on the work being done. The friendly staff got my car back to me more quickly than expected, and the car looks great!I certainly would recommend their service to my friends and family!

Hit a deer earlier this month and had my car repaired at Key. From the first interaction with staff to the last absolutely perfection. Took the time to keep us informed of the progress and informed us of when it would be ready. Car came out better than we ever could have hoped for. THANK YOU! Would recommend Key to anybody!!

Looked for this place because most of the places near where I live were incredibly overpriced so we went hunting for reasonable shops. I didn't go in for much, just for some grille/fender work but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, their honesty, and the speed/quality of their work. If I ever need cosmetic work on my car, I'll definitely be coming back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hit a deer last fall. Went here as it was recommended by Geico. Chewed through my 30 day rental waiting for parts (truck was still drivable, I would have driven my own truck while they waited for parts and been in the rental a few days vice a month). Got the truck back, replaced headlight is not OEM quality, panel gaps were TERRIBLE. Pointed this out and they fixed a gap in the inner fender by driving a self tapping screw into the fender then telling me a fastener was missing where one didn t even belong. (I removed the fastener to confirm there was a new hole created by the fastener that was not factory) And the bumper gap was still way off. Note they also replaced the AC condenser on the front as it was slightly bent. Fast forward, turn the AC on for the first time come spring, AC doesn t work. Bring it to the dealership and they said the condenser was leaking, $1040 to fix.Save yourself the aggravation and with all the options for auto repair out there, AVOID this place. Sure the place may have been willing to make it right but after seeing their repair with a self tapping screw in the fender, I no longer trusted them to touch a power wheels let alone my truck again.

What a beautiful job they did buffing my Pathfinder. It came out of the shop sparkling!!The service was fast, efficient and quality work was performed on my vehicle. I was extremely happy with the end result. The job was completed in a timely fashion, less time than quoted. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making an appointment was so easy with the lovely woman running the front desk.I highly recommend this shop to anyone and remember they not only provide body work but also full mechanical services.

Great experience. I try to avoid needing to go to the body shop, but another driver had other ideas by rear-ending my truck. Granite State Collision was excellent with their communication with me as well as the other driver's insurance and the rental car company. Then the truck looks flawless - excellent quality work and I got it back a day early, and washed and cleaned to boot! While I hope I'm not a regular customer, they will be the first place I go to in the future should I need body work.

I couldn t have asked for better body work on my vehicle and phenomenal customer service!I had a woman back into my new vehicle while I was working, and although that was a nightmare... the service here was impeccable. From dealing with her insurance company and coordinating a rental for me. Great business great service, and they even cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle for me! Highly recommend! If I ever have another issue , I will be sure to go back!Thank you sooo much Granite State Collision Center!

Took my 18 WRX there for a repair for my front bumper. They took amazing care of me and my car. My car is entered into a lot of shows and I'm very picky with who works on my car. They did an amazing job even with my aftermarket headlights they made sure they were ordering the correct ones and installed them exactly how they were before. I can't even tell I got hit the paint match is perfect and on top of that the presentation of my car when I picked it up surprised me. They had cleaned the whole thing inside and out it! I highly highly reccomened going here they are super friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy.

A true pleasure to have worked with them. The close work they do with a national insurance company made my entire auto damage experience a virtually painless and VERY quick experience. This family business has proven to me it's worth the time to do business with them.

Very good customer service. Tim, the owner, was very honest with me and stuck true to his word.I knew that working with black paint can be quite difficult as black shows any and all imperfections, but they exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier.Unfortunately when I picked up my car it was raining, but from what I could tell upon close inspection, the workmanship was flawless!A+ work and they are now my go to body shop for any reason in the future. Thanks for all the help!

These folks are AMAZING! I've been twice in the last year, and each time they have been incredibly helpful, empathetic, quick, and gone above and beyond to help/resolve my car issue. The quality of the work is outstanding!!! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone-they are for sure my go-to shop in the area!

Granite State Collision did an amazing job on my car. My damaged front end looks brand new. They were fast and friendly, and went above and beyond vacuuming the inside of my car, and making my gas tank cover open more easily than it had been. Would reccomend and use them again!

They have a system that text updates you your completion date. Great technology, unless of course it s bogus. My completion date was three weeks after what the text said. But I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, good work takes time. Here it is 3 months after and I can finally see the paint job with the sun out. It s bad, like I can t believe it was given back to me like this. Live and learn. But stay away from here. Nice folks, terrible results.

Once again, I have nothing but great things to say about Granite State Collision. I have been going to GSC for several years and I always leave thinking I love that place . Not only is my car always taken great care of; I also get the chance to catch up with the greatest people. Tim and Anne, the owners, are lovely...kind, honest, and trustworthy. The whole staff is professional and great at what they do. Whenever I hear about someone needing a car repair, without hesitation, I recommend GSC. Do yourself a favor and go to GSC where you can expect honesty and competence. Car problems are stressful enough...go to GSC and have one less thing to worry about.

I scheduled to have my 2012 Camaro repaired at Granite State collision on 5/8/18. At first the Geico agent walk around the car however when she wasn t able to answer my question she brought out Tim, the owner. I asked what I felt was a rather simple question which was, if in order to repair the damage to the rear end you decide you need to paint the entire rear quarter, will you prep the panel before laying down the paint? Specifically would he fill any chipped paint that may be further down the panel than where the actual damage occurred? He kept avoiding the question by saying if I wanted anything repaired not part of the accident that it would cost extra. I told him I completely understand that and I am not requesting he do anything extra, only that IF he needs to paint the whole panel to repair the car properly will it be prepped. Once again he repeated the same thing while raising his voice. Then when we moved around to the trunk which was now obviously misaligned with both the right and left rear quarter panels he tried to say it had nothing to do with the accident which was crazy since the car had never been in any accidents and I am absolutely positive it was perfectly aligned prior to the accident. When I attempted to explain again he said, and I quote, don t get your fancy pants all in a bunch . This was in response to me wearing my business slacks and dress shirt as I was heading to work after dropping off my car. I stood there for a second really not believing anyone would treat a customer like that. I told the Geico agent I wasn t using this shop. Before it got nasty he said that he was going to fog the whole side of the car in clear coat without doing anything to areas of the paint that might be compromised. I surmised this could easily result in the clear coat pealing at certain points. In my opinion this shop will perform shoddy work that may be fine in the short term but will most likely come back to bite you on resale. Use this shop and it s completely unprofessional owner at your own peril.

Very poor customer service experience. When I went in, the receptionist was on the phone but she didn't even look up to acknowledge that I had entered. The owner seemed annoyed that he had to deal with me instead. He was very terse and unhelpful when discussing the repairs needed for my car. The only redeeming quality of the place was that the estimate I was given didn't seem as high as I had expected.
