No appointment inspections is a farce unless you want to wait 2 hours or more. They try to upsell everyone. The 4 people ahead of me all required new wiper blades, most unusual. Said my headlights were to dim but they could fix them up for $35.00 each. They aren't Jiffy. Will never go there again and would not recommend.

I've been here three times for different services and every time has been great! Also, each time has been with different mechanics and each of them were patient and honest. They also informed me when there was going to be a wait and for how long. My go-to place for service.

First time I've ever written a review for a car service/repair shop. Arrived at 7:55, five minutes before they opened today and was first in line. Went inside when they opened and told them I needed an inspection and oil change. There were several guys there and no one doing anything yet. I was told it was going to be a while because the guy doing inspections was busy writing up a schedule and emailing it to their employees. I sat patiently in my car for 40Minutes. Another car pulls up for an oil change and they took them right in. I asked them why they were taking them in before me when I had been waiting for 40 minutes. They said it would still be at least another 45 minutes before they could take in my car. I asked if they could at least do the oil change while I was waiting and they said no, they'll do it all at once and then they said we usually don't start inspections until 9am. Finally gave up and left. Not sure how you can run a business line that

Visited on Saturday right when they opened at 8am to get a car inspection. There was only one car in line before me that looked like it was left there overnight. I waited over an hour and a half for a car inspection and after growing impatient I asked how much longer I needed to wait. They said they were short staffed and it would be 10 more minutes. Fair enough, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Over the next fifteen minutes I watched one of the two employees take a phone call walking around outside. He was clearly not on break because he took the phone call in the middle of using tools to rotate the car s tires.I can understand being short staffed and I figured there would be a wait. But I do not appreciate wasting my time for a car inspection. I decided to take my business elsewhere

Terrible service. I was the only one there on a Saturday morning and they told me it would be an hour wait at least, 20 mins before they could even pull it in the empty shop. Guy named Adam purposely held onto my car while he goofed off because I did not bend over for their $300 brake pad replacement job I needed for state inspection. Never coming back and don t suggest this place to anyone.

I gave up JL a long time ago. I used them "once" for fleet maintenance on my company van. I was in the waiting room and saw them putting wipers on and pulling the transmission change machine over to my van. I recently put wipers on and used my expense account. The transmission was done six months earlier at a local shop. I confronted them. They said the fleet company told them to do it. I only go there for oil changes but now go to Valvoline. They do only what I ask for.

(honesty) and ther willing to go thee extra miles to satisfy the customer not to mention they don't overcharge you and they're willing to give you a discount, coupon if they're available thanks JIFFY LUBE !!!! Definitely be coming back for years to come as long as the service stays like this.

I have oil change today and Also have air filter change. The air filter at any auto parts about $8 the charge me $54 . Regular oil change 5w-30 most of the shop I paid $40 I paid them $70 . Total for oil changed $124

Failed my inspection for nothing but lies. Took their list to another mechanic (dynatune) and found everything Jiffylube said was wrong. Thanks for wasting my time and money. What a joke. One of the many examples was saying a boot was ripped and slinging grease, no it wasn't. Or the "bad tie rod". Another and even more rediculous was that I had a power steering fluid leak, no I didn't, because I have electronic steering.. It doesnt even use power steering fluid! They don't know the first thing about cars. They shouldn't be trusted by the state to give inspections, and should definitely not be trusted by you..

Need something done so I could get my sticker, so wife could take her driver's my test the next day. One of their guys came in on his day off to help me. These guys are AWESOME! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

I am writing this on behalf of my son who is too nice to say anything.For anyone who lives in the city of Manchester or even in the near proximaty of Manchester. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!. My son had his breaks done by Jiffy Lube on S Willow St. in Manchester NH a couple of months ago and he was noticing a burning smell coming from his back tires. At first he thought it might have been his exhaust system and had that checked and it wasnt the issue. He called Jiffy Lube on S Willow St. in Manchester NH where he had his brakes done and they told him he needed to let the new brakes set in, that it was normal. Well the smell got so bad that he took his car into Jiffy lube on S Willow St. Manchester NH This past Monday 9/11 and they seen that his back brake pads had melted into his calipers. So whomever did his brakes did them wrong! He was told to go back on Thursday which is today 9/14 so they can fix it. He brought in his car early this morning and is literally still waiting there for his car to be looked at and fixed. It has been 4 HOURS and they still have done nothing to his car!! This is unacceptable! He should have been first priority today since this was their error. He had to miss time off from work today because of JIFFY LUBE on S Willow St. Manchester NH. Their excuse is that the person who picks up the parts picked up the wrong parts, again their error. I am asking everyone and anyone to really stay away fromm this place, they can literally kill someone if they do not get their stuff together.

Don t go for an oil change within the last hour before close otherwise you ll get a b.s story from gingersnap stoned out of his gourd about the power being out all day and not having internet.The other guys in the mornings are great

The 2 employees showed me the problems of my car. They gave me options without any pressure or sales pitch to get it done there and that moment. The employees were honest, professional, and respectful. As a woman I felt comfortable and will continue doing business there. I have been going there for at least 4 years and have had no issues.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

LOCATION ON S. WILLOW. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND FAST. I WAS IN AND OUT IN ABOUT 15 MIN FROM THE MOMENT THEY PULLED THE CAR IN for oil change HOWEVER, ALL FLUIDS FILLED, CHECKED TIRE PRESSURE. VACUUMED THE FLOOORS AND SEAT OF MY VEHICLE, WINDOWS/MIRRORS WASHED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 15 OUT OF 10!!!Service: Oil change

Jiffy Lube is a Great place to have your oil changed. They have fast courteous service and their prices can't be beat. You can also go back and have your fluids topped off if you need any time free of charge. I recommend them Very Highly!

The oil change was quick and easy, even at 5pm. I opted for the headlight cleaning, because they really did need it. So badly I'm fact that they took longer than expected. They gave me a discount since it took the extra time, without me asking. Will be back for my next oil change.

Went in for Oil Change and Inspection.Took me right in. First thing in am On Sunday.(9:30am)Oil Change was perfect with interior cleaning, very happy even though the car failed state inspection. They are very thorough!It needed rear brakes.They offered a very competitive price to replace.Overall, good place would go back.Service: Oil change

I went in for a basic oil change & the team pointed out a faulty battery,brake lights,faulty wiring and a part that was leaking and responsible for my coolant reservoir emptying to quickly. The identified all deficiencies and recommended I bring it to the attention of my mechanic. Truly appreciated the team taking the time to point it all out.Service: Oil change

Just got my car inspected, which they failed. For something beyond my control. Then, when I went to pick up my car, they lost my wheel lock and claimed they didn't. They were very unapologetic! Wheel lock has to be ordered from the dealer. Good luck finding another one. Stay away from this place!

Laron was very helpful. Service was fast! The only shop in the city willing to take a drive in for an inspection on a Saturday at the end of the month without any hassle! Appreciate their professionalism and honesty!

Charged me just 80 bucks for an oil change, replacement air filter and windshield fluid. Very respectful and didn't try to force me to buy anything I didn't need at that moment. Really good people

Went here on a Sunday for a state inspection on my Chevrolet Silverado and got in with little wait. Vehicle inspection took about 45 min and I waited in the very clean and air-conditioned waiting room. I was recommended to replace rear brake shoes but was not pressured or failed because this issue. I do all repairs myself on my vehicle and was my first time at a Jiffy Lube and was impressed with the very professional staff. Thank you again to Joshua who completed my inspection.

I always travel to this Jiffy Lube location. The staff is very polite and professional. I feel seen as a valued customer here; I'm not patronized or condescended to. It's very important for me to have a good experience getting my car serviced on my own. I've had many bad experiences in the past at other businesses, and even other Jiffy lubes. Definitely try this one out!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Electrical, Battery, Oil change
