We bought our daughter a new Toyota Corolla Hatchback from IRA Toyota of Manchester. This is the best car buying experience I ve ever had. From confirming our appointment today to delivery of the vehicle, everyone involved made the process so easy and pleasurable. Rommell and his sales manger were excellent to work with and I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new Toyota, give them a call.

My husband Raul and I went in yesterday, to buy a certain truck. They had sold out before we got there. But Steve Mathieu, Ricky Depres, and Peter Plansky were amazing! Steve was very pleasant to work with, had excellent knowledge of the vehicle we ended up choosing. Ricky made sure we were taken care of. Very cool guy and I like the way he jumps in instead of watching from a cushy office. Peter was great on the financial aspects. Very patient. These gentlemen are willing to step up to bat for their customers. Thank you Steve, Ricky, and Peter for going the extra mile and making us part of the Toyota of Manchester family! Overall was a very straight forward process working with this Dealer. Mo was great. Our negotiations were all over the phone/online as the vehicle we wanted was still being built. Excellent communication and Mo was fantastic keeping us updated every step of the way as the car was built, in transit, and delivered. Only small issue was the value of our trade-in. They ended up honoring their original offer in the end and I appreciate that. Pays to have things in writing.

Working with Rommel was great!! Easiest car buying process! Knew exactly what I wanted and I didn t even have to tell him. He did his best with working with my budget. Overall everyone in the building was very friendly and helpful! 100% recommend!

With a new baby on the way, me and my husband needed an upgrade that gave us space and security when on the road. We are over the moon with the help and support we received when walking into the dealership. They worked with us without making us feel pushed into anything, and we left THAT DAY with a perfect match for our new lifestyle.Not to mention, their customer service cannot go unnoticed as they made sure we were comfortable and I was fed! Very good experience shopping here. No high pressure sales tactics. My salesman Josh "Doc" Roberts was great. Very pleasant to deal with. Was very prompt in getting back to me after my initial inquiry, had everything ready for when i arrived and went out of his way to help me take delivery and get the vehicle home that day. Very professional.Highly recommend Josh and Ira Toyota.

I have had a very negative experience with a Nissan dealership the day before coming into the Ira Toyota, so I was very uncomfortable and had no idea what to expect when I showed up. My husband and I were greeted at the door by Byron, who ended up taking care of us for the day, and holycrap what a difference in experience.This guy had great energy, he was positive, relatable, and spoke to us like we were people, not a sale. He was very comfortable to be around and knowledgeable, and never once did I feel like he was trying to upsale us on something or trying to rip us off. He was very honest and upfront and I genuinely feel I got a fantastic deal I was happy with.I ended up buying the 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 lt trail boss and that thing is a literal TANK. I LOVE that truck and still in disbelief that I own it. I couldn't recommend this place enough to someone. So if you're looking for a vehical give Ira Toyota a call and ask for Byron, this dudes got you.

We had a very good experience buying our new RAV 4 yesterday at Ira. The sales and service team were very helpful. We had sent in an email to check inventory. Joshua Dawson, our sales associate, contacted us immediately on a car that had just arrived that morning (only 6 miles on the odometer). We went in and did the deal. Joshua was very friendly. Because the car had just arrived, our wait time was a little long, while the car was being prepped, but he kept us apprised of the status throughout the wait and multi-tasked so that the process was efficient as it could be. He also explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle; no sales pressure. He was helpful all the way through the process, and we recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota.

Had a great experience purchasing a used Truck. Team was quite fast. Purchased and was out door in just a few hours. Allowed us to do multiple test drives and very transparent. Yoel Batista was a great help and his knowledge and honesty in the process was extremely professional. Would reccomended this dealer if you want to buy a good vehicle.

Seamless, transparent, professional and fair, is how I will describe my recent purchase from IRA TOYOTA OF MANCHESTER AND CELINE CORRICELLI, the sales representative, along with Andy and Peter that helped put me in the driver's seat of my new 2024 Camry SE. Selection, test drive, negotiation and financing was like interacting with friends, and I was made to feel comfortable and respected throughout the entire process. The only way they could have done better in my opinion is if they gave me the car, and I financed it for 60 months so they have plenty of time. Seriously, they were great and I recommend them highly...

My family just had a great experience with the service advisor John Oliver at IRA TOYOTA of Manchester. The water pump for our car Camry was leaking, despite the fact that it was replaced a year ago. As such, he contacted the manager to honor the year long warranty for it. He listened to what we needed and didn't push into anything. Furthermore, he kept us up to date with the progress of repairs. Thank you John for all your great work. It is awesome to know there are such a wonderful person working at IRA Toyota of Manchester.

We bought a used Lexus GX 460 from this dealership on 3/15/24, with the assistance of Steve DaSilva. We drove over 2 hours to look at this vehicle and Steve made the experience very pleasant! He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and accommodating. The drive was well worth it! We left with the car that day, after being cleaned, washed, and filled with gas. Excellent experience and highly recommend!

Today my daughter purchased her dream vehicle from Ira Toyota. The experience was seamless all thanks to Celine. She was incredibly helpful and informative. She took the time to explain everything to us and got my daughter into her car. If you want someone that is working for you, call and ask for Celine. Also the dealiership atmosphere was extremely upbeat and courteous. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I just showed up without an appointment and was immediately greeted by Sandra Silva. She listened to what I said about my car and set a reasonable expectation of when I would get a diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. She got back to me with what I thought was a fair price for the repair and a few hours later I was driving home. The visit could not have gone better. Thanks for your professionalism, it was appreciated.

The worst dealerships I ve ever done business with. (It should be noted that we did lease a vehicle through them in which this review pertains to)Communicated with them via phone for a few days as I was located a little over 2hrs away and didn t want to make the drive for a deal that wouldn t work. Once I was there they began changing the numbers and stated that the online system is extremely inaccurate and the supervisor didn t check the offer and wouldn t honor it. When I asked why it s not stated anywhere that the numbers weren t accurate and why I wasn t informed on the phone that they were different, I was simply told that s just how it is .They made a mistake on their end which completely compromised the deal and then did nothing to rectify it. They will offer way below value for trade in and give all kinds of reasons as to why.Constantly came back AFTER the paperwork and numbers were agreed upon and signed with reasons as to why the numbers were wrong and would go up.I ve been lied to a number of times at dealerships but when it came to applying the military rebate I was told multiple times by the salesman and supervisor that it wasn t included on their end and that it was something that would be handled with the finance officer. When I made it to finance I was told no that rebate is already included, they just lied to you They re going to force the nitrogen air change of $400 on you which is the biggest scam in the auto retail business. They add it to their markup already. Don t pay it.Terrible dealership. If they didn t have the color we wanted we would have walked. Find a different dealership to do business with.

The service was completed in a timely way, with no wait time to begin.The staff is very courteous and professional.The only negative: To sit in the waiting area in a comfortable chair, I had to listen to constant background music. The television is muted, everyone is quiet, but the music was very annoying.I don't know how the sales and business staff can work and communicate effectively with potential buyers with the music playing

It takes too long for an oil change. I had a set appointment for 7:30 am. My vehicle sat in the lot for over a half hour before they took it in. I had recommend services and chose to do one of them. My vehicle came in about 5 minutes of me giving the green light through the email they sent. The advisor I had never once checked on me or to let me know about anything. I had to search them down. My recommended services were never done and I had to wait another hour to get it completed. I wasted over 2 1/2 hours at the dealership and it was no big deal to them. Super frustrated that appointments mean nothing and services bread and butter is their selling services while you re there. Toyota of Nashua seemed to do it quicker.

It is not very easy to find a customer service that exceeds our expectations lately, unfortunately what we have seen most of the time is poor customer service.For this reason my family and I bought our cars at Ira Toyota in Manchester for 5 years with the salesman John Palumbo and we can say that as long as he works there we will be stuck with them. John takes his time to offer the best customer service in addition to knowing the product he is selling very well and most importantly the fact that he is honest and always openly tells us the truth. He really looks for satisfied customers and not just for making another sale.I highly recommend this dealership for the excellent customer service as I mentioned above and also for the negotiation flexibility they have. I have never found a better deal anywhere else.

Let's just say the service was Great I showed up Friday just before closing and there was No one eager to come to me. Then there was a gentleman named Adam Wing who helped me out and I told him. I'll be back Saturday. I was there a short time Saturday and I purchased a Toyota. Let me tell you about this guy he went above and beyond. I couldn't be any happier than I am right now. Then I called Toyota today having an issue with the USB port for Android Auto not working. Right away. They're gonna take me in and try to fix the problem. You can't ask for better service than that. I definitely would recommend that you go here and purchase a vehicle. I'll look into a vehicle and everyone in that area would do their best to make you happy including the general manager that came out of his way 1st in. The morning to make sure I was all set.

Mostly good. The staff were amazing. The only thing that I was sort of confused by was the fact that they asked me whether I wanted a shuttle to take me home while my car got worked on, or whether I wanted to wait. When I asked how long it would take, they said it varies. Now bear in mind that a) I had made appointment and b) this is a brand new car and this was it's standard first maintenance appointment. I just don't understand why they can't tell you how long it should take? Just a suggestion for what might be able to be improved upon.
