Just a great experience working with Granite State Glass. I had an emergency and needed glass replacement asap. I spoke with a Nikki on the phone who was knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond for me. Same day. Jacob comes out and installs the glass perfectly with ease. These guys are the real deal. Thanks you GSG for having such high standards of service.

This is the second time I have had my windshield replaced. Granite State Glass did a great job. No squeaks and they even put all the stickers back on; it looks like it was never touched. Really nice office staff. However, a part of my car was damaged and the company did not want to take responsibility for it, as it is "not normally something they would touch in a windshield replacement" and the technician made a note in the work order that it was that way when he went to get the car from the lot. It is a large part which obstructs a significant part of the view out the windshield so I absolutely would have noticed this if that were the case. I did not receive a call to inform me of this and no one other than the technician can confirm that I dropped off my car like that. Also, if it was really like that when I left it why was it put back so I didn't notice it right away?? Unfortunately I think the tech is lying. They have agreed to pay half the cost, which was $380. Lesson learned--when I drop off my car for any sort of service I need to take pictures of its condition as I left it, inside and out. I would still recommend them, with the caveat that you should do the same.

My windshield was cracked on a 2023 car. No other glass co could find it, but GSG found the windshield in a day. When I picked up the car, they told me they had scratched a piece of interior trim and had already ordered the part. I had to look closely to even notice the scratch. They called when the part arrived and replaced it. I appreciate their honesty and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I recently had a glass door hinge pivot break causing the door to 1/2 fall off. I called Granite State Glass in Manchester and the nice women said they would send a technician over. Within 30mins. the tech was there and working on the door. A 2nd tech came with parts needed for the job on his truck. Both techs worked together to get the new parts installed and back together and working again. A quick glass cleaning made the experience a good one by Granite State Glass of Manchester,NH!

I had the rear window replaced on my truck. The person who made the appointment was super nice and friendly. The receptionist was too. Maybe the same person? The work they performed wasn t that great though. I could have gone to Safelite and paid $150 less but I was told by my auto repair shop not to go there. They recommended Granite State Glass so I paid extra thinking it would come out really nice. It didn t. Bubbles and scuffs in the molding around the window, razor blade cuts and some minor scratches in the paint. The window they installed is called FUYAO. Not sure if that s good or not. They charged 3 hours for labor too. 3 hours? You think spending that much time, they d be really careful but they weren t. Overall, not a horrible experience but you can get the same window and sloppy installation done at a bunch of different places for less money.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Quick, same-day service. Adhered the molding that was separating from the windshield. Took under 5 mins and free of charge! This is the 4th time we ve used GSG (other locations too), for big and small projects, and every time we we ve been happy!

I had a windshield replaced today and I couldn t be happier with entire experience from start to finish. Holly was great on the phone and stayed with me through the phone call with Allstate to get all of my insurance information. Then she helped me schedule my appointment with my local store.They were beyond accommodating with the appointment and found a time that worked well for my schedule.They even were able to install my windshield remotely while I was at work having a minimal impact my schedule.I came home to a brand new windshield and couldn t be happier. I highly recommend this organization if you find yourself in my situation and needing a new windshield.

I work as the property manager for a large apartment building, and Granite State Glass has been a lifesaver for us. From window repairs to working on our building doors, Nikki in the office and Jim in the field have helped us tremendously. Working with them is a delight - quick response times, good communication about ETAs for projects with longer lead times, and just great customer service all around. I won't be using any other glass company! Thanks GSG for all you do.

I got a quote online and immediately called. Zachariah helped me and was very pleasant. We set something up for the following Monday. They missed their date, and called me Tuesday. I said the vehicle was at a different address now and that they missed their date. The tech was friendly but didn't acknowledge the missed date. I explained the car was parked, and we have a garage he can use and my wife was home. The address was 10 minutes from Manchester where I asked them to come originally. He called his boss, and called back saying his boss didn't want him to go to a different address because it might rain...I get that I threw a curveball (not one I caused but...) the weather is the same in Litchfield as it is in Manchester. So he said they'd be out Wednesday. Wednesday rained all day but again, I have an empty two car garage and shop, it's huge. No call no show again. Then they called me Thursday morning and asked for payment...on a job they never did. Zachariah told me that they would ask for payment on site in person, not after...so this was different than was disclosed to me...but I explained that no one had ever installed anything, no one called, no one showed up. I checked my ring camera, confirmed that. My wife sent me pictures of the still cracked windshield. I told them all this and they were like "oh, sorry, when do you want us to come out". But I'm all set...this was a bad experience all around. Friendly people and the price was competitive but the communication was garbage.

They replaced a sliding door glass for half the price that Andersen had quoted. Had a few issues scheduling, but the finished product is awesome. I have used them for skylight and major glass replacement .have never let me down.

Absolutely amazing service. Lowest offer I found in New England and navigating the website was hassle free. They called, we set up an appointment, I dropped my car off for the day and came back with a complete surprise....On top of being the lowest price replacement, they DETAILED MY CAR!!!! It smelled and looked brand new. I could not have asked for better service! I will, without a doubt, use them again if ever needed and will be recommending them to anyone else who needs windshield replacement/repairs! Great work guys! :)

Had a custom piece of glass cut for a plant table, to keep water and dirt off the wood. They did a fantjob, definitely having a few more made. Friendly and efficient company.

Had a passenger window on my truck broken this weekend. Called around to various places (about half a dozen) for quotes first thing Monday morning. Prices varied but universally I was told it would take one to two weeks to get the glass in. Granite State not only had the best price, they told me they could have the glass in by noon and would do the replacement in the afternoon. I dropped my truck off around 9:30 and got a call before noon that it was already done. Very impressed with the service and value.

Customer service folks were friendly and helpful working around my schedule and returning phone calls. Scott, who did the installation was polite, friendly and very professional. It was snowing that morning but he managed to keep the room neat, clean and dry. And left everything in good order. I have already requested more work to be done by them and will refer them to friends and family.

I was extremely pleased with the quality and professional service I received when I recently had my windshield replaced at Granite State Glass in Manchester. I've had this done before and other facilities and often found myself waiting because they were behind schedule, and/or having an issue afterwards due to distortions or leaks with the replacement windshield. At Granite State Glass I was in and out quickly right on schedule. The new windshield looks great. They even were able to transfer my stickers and E-ZPass unit onto the new windshield. Customer service was awesome and so nice . The men that came to replace my windshield were very nice and efficient. They were able to schedule me the next day and even do it at my work parking lot! I would recommend them to my family and friends !

They did an awesome job on my windsheild replacement and in a timely fashion, very accommodating. Called and got an appointment the very next day, also last minute added a side mirror replacement and they installed that during the same time. Also they have the best prices! Highly recommend

So not good this time around.I have used Granite State Glass in Manchester on 3 prior occasions over the past 6 years. I seem to be unlucky when it comes to my daily highway commute. The object kicked off another vehicle finds my windshield like a magnet. I have Never had an issue with this location. Always good customer service and any issues after the installation.This time, because of the governors mandated overtime for my department, I haven't had a life since COVID. This makes it difficult to get life stuff taken care of. So when I got another cracked windshield, I called GSG in Concord to have them come to my place of business for the installation.The service tech was done and gone in just under an hour. It looked great but a few days later, a high pitched squeal started. The window wasn't seated properly according to my mechanic. So I called GSG Concord. The female "manager" wasn't friendly from the start. So I ended up going back to GSG in Manchester. It cost me a 2 days off, one for them to check it out and the other to get the work completed. But it was worth it. Lesson learned, always go with who you know if they have done good work in the past. Thxs GSG Manchester!

Impressed with Granite State Glass in Manchester NH. I called about 11am hoping for a windshield chip repair today (wasn't sure if it needed replacing) they asked if I could be there in half hour. I was there for 11:30 and on my way home at 11:45! Repair done!I had called a "competitor" with that repetitive annoying jingle on their ads, and they wanted nearly twice the price for the repair. Not only was this fast, inexpensive and friendly service, but if my repair should fail at anytime, they put the repair cost towards my replacement! Good stuff!

I had my windshield replaced last week. I had called around and got many quotes but Granite State Glasses price where among the 2 lowest quotes and I've had work done 5 years ago on my previous vehicle and they did really good then so why take chances. These guys came the same day, where very friendly and did an outstanding job. Put the antenna for remote start right in the middle and replaced all the stickers in windshield for oil change and meter.

I had my windshield replaced and I m so pleased that I went to granite state glass ! I had my 2 year old with me and I wasn t looking forward to the long wait but they worked very quick and we only waited a hour and half. When my car was ready they explained everything that was done and the after care. I had previously had a windshield put in 3 years ago by a different business and did a terrible job.... thankfully granite state glass was able to correct the work of the other business terrible work. Definitely earned my business and I will refer my friends and family

This place is a huge life saver. I was on my way to the airport and got a chip on my windshield. I was 4 mins away when it happened. A quick Google search on maps added the detour and they were right off the highway and easy to find. I took a chance and obviously didn't have an appointment but they were able to take me right in and did the job fast and with great service. I still was able to make it to my flight on time, too! And now I am able to take my trip without worrying that the crack will take over the whole wind shield.Couldn't recommend them higher for anyone else in the future. Great job guys, you rock!
