Got my first car thank you Todd for being the best manager at gold st motors and making it such an easy process also thank you kalif at credit acceptance for driving 2hrs to make things happen when the computers where down. Overall experience was amazing!

This has been the most educational, easy, kind experience of buying a vehicle I have ever had. Todd is the most honest, informative car salesman that anyone would be blessed to come in contact with for such a big decision on a purchase of a vehicle. I highly recommend to anyone. We will definitely be back as well as tell everyone we know to stop at Gold St. Motors in Manchester first.

This place isn t fancy, but I think they re a good operation. Georges was attentive, responsive, and accommodating (he s also quite an interesting guy we spent a few hours at the dealership while we did our paperwork and loan processing, and really enjoyed getting to know him). They don t hit you with a hard sell, also which, after shopping for a used vehicle for a couple of weeks, was really refreshing. We were in a rental, and they even cleaned the interior for us to save us the trouble. I love the car I bought here, and I feel good about my experience at this dealership. Be ready to do some research on their available stock, and maybe prepare to line up some independent financing (the rate from the offers they arranged was terrible, but they were perfectly willing to wait for us to find a reasonable deal on our own), and I expect you ll walk away happy.

First make sure you do your due diligence.Have the car inspected somewhere else, don't trust Todd. He says car pass inspection when there's a seal that's leaking and two tires that's not even good and shouldn't pass inspection gold motors work with the garage that when it's time for state inspection they look the other way around just to make sure the car passes.The seal that they were supposed to repair I ended up repairing it myself and pay $250 for it.Once you pay for the car, he'll avoid you and won't return your call.This guy he's a scamI'll never buy there again.I wish I could put 0 star

My sister Sanny and I stopped by the dealership to check some of the vehicles. Sanny is in the market for a vehicle for her daughter and wants to test drive 2015 Mercedes-Benz GL, however we end up dealing with Todd Grant. He is very unprofessional and rude. We didn't get chance to say anything. He tried hard to impress us how wealthy he is. After his monologu we lost interest in doing bussines with the dealership. Then he sent my sister inappropriate messages on her Facebook account. Terrible

My wife and I bought a 2012 Land Rover LR4 from Gold Street Motors in June 2021. We worked with Joe, he was honest and pleasant to work with. They did not budge much on the price, but it was a fair price and accurate to the pricing seen on Kelly Blue Book, so it was a fair deal all around.

I was sold a 2013 BMW X3, I traded in my 2018 Subaru crosstrek. I d give anything to get it back, because now I m car-less and my bmw had metal flakes in the oil and several mechanics told me I d need a whole new engine.

I went in there and George Helped me out, and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I ve had looking for cars. Unfortunately the car I was looking for was not there but I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you need a car at a fair price!

This is the only negative review I've ever left for a business.In July, I bought a 2013 Volvo XC60 T6 AWD from Gold Street Motors. During the purchase process, Joe, the sales person, made multiple rude comments toward me after I had wanted to check that his mechanics had fixed a tire balance issue. He also promised delivering two sets of keys to me, and only had one at the time of sale. I should have walked away right then. After driving off the lot with the car, within two weeks of purchase, the AWD system failed. Joe and Gold Street offered no assistance with this problem that was supposedly covered under their dealer "warranty".Then I discovered the real kicker: The vehicle makes a loud grinding/shaking sound in heavy rain, which makes the car all but undriveable in rainy conditions. Once again, after reporting this to Gold Street, they provided no assistance to me, even with their claimed "warranty".In summary, I was promised two keys but only got one, was treated poorly during the sales process, and ended up with a broken vehicle. The only positive is now I'm learning to be my own mechanic.Gold Street was offered multiple opportunities and ample time to fix the problems outlined above. They refused to do so, and therefore, this review is being posted so you don't have to experience the same ridiculousness that I did.Update 9/17/21: I received an angry text from salesperson Joe yesterday after he read this review. Note the line "I can only hope someday you become a better person". This is the appalling level of professionalism you can expect from Gold Street Motors. They have no track record of customer satisfaction as they claim they do. Don't waste your time like I did, it will only end poorly.
