Can NOT recommend Bonnie with Glass America enough! I have recommended her to so many people & everyone is always happy with their communications with Bonnie, the office & end results of the repair or replacement. Bonnie is so kind & is very responsive to any questions or concerns. When it comes to do with ANY type of car repair or issue it can be so nerve racking & frustrating, none of that exists when working with Bonnie & Glass America..10/10

Performed windshield replacement. The installer failed to secure body panels, which fell off while driving. Installer bent clips that attach other body panels. Dented roof of vehicle using crowbar to remove panel that isn't supposed to be removed. They did more damage to my vehicle than the value of what was supposed to be repaired. (Edit) Review changed from 1 to 3 stars. The service was absolutely poor, but the owner of the business paid to have the car repaired. He was honest, and he made it right.Service: Auto windshield repair

Avoid at all cost if you have hi tech features in your vehicle. We have a vehicle with a heads-up display (HUD). After the repair, we noticed that the HUD was out of focus and appeared blurry. When my wife brought the vehicle in for a remedy after I schedule a recalibration appointment with Glass America corporate office, the technician told her there was nothing he could do and wiped it down to clean it. I got my insurance company involved to force a remedy, and then Glass America claimed that my wife said it was fine so they didn't try to refocus things. They also argued with me that "recalibration" was specific to lane assist and not the HUD, when it was very clear that we brought it for a HUD that was out of focus. They asked us to bring it in yet another time, to which I resisted as the last time we brought it in they said they couldn't do anything so I lost all faith that this shop knows how to replace a windshield on a vehicle with a HUD. Rude, poor work, and a waste of time.Service: Auto windshield replacement

It took a bit to obtain the sunroof glass. The manager came out to wrap the sunroof & subsequently 4 more times the sunroof was rewrapped. The manager put the sunroof in on Friday 6/16 within an hour. Dallas office staff was very professional as where the techs that came out to my place of employment to re wrap the sunroof prior to the repair.Service: Sunroof glass replacement

I found 3 local windshield repair options. Your brand had the lowest rating in Google reviews. I read the reviews and decided the negative reviews were possibly unwarranted. I called Portland Glass and waited a long time on hold. I called Manchester NH Glass America. The receptionist was prompt, courteous, reassuring and accurate. The price was good so I didn't bother continuing to shop around. The technician came the next day, in the AM, as I requested. He was courteous and competent. Thanks for the good service and now I have a new windshield!

Help manage a flower delivery business. Had four windshields that needed replacing. The cars run 7 days a week. The service to the first was late, frustrated, but we worked around it. The second, even though promised to arrive early, they called to say it would not be until 1 or 2 pm. Not a way to run a business. They may be cheaper prices, but their service is horrible. They lost my business forever. Went to Glass Pro in Epping. Better service, equal cost. Do NOT recommend anyone use this service.

I wanted to give this place a good review because I believe they deserve it , I had nothing but a good experience and I almost did not call them because I didn t see too many great reviews and the 3 star rating- I give them 5 - nice- courteous- helpful -timely - communicated very well , came out in 27 degree weather to replace my window. In addition I looked all over NH for a reasonable price on this back window as insurance wasn t involved and coming out of pocket - there price was the best - All other places prices were 40 - 75% more. I will recommend them to anyone based on my exeperience Service: Auto rear window replacement

I had Glass America replace my windshield. The windshield replacement was done incorrectly and was leaking into the electronics in my car. They came out and replaced the window; however, I have contacted them at least 5 times to speak with a manager about the damage to the electronics and have yet to hear back from anyone. The last time I called the receptionist contacted the manager directly. The manager told her he had left me 3 messages and he must have the wrong # (seemingly funny as all of the technitions have had no trouble getting into contact with me throughout this process). I again provided my # and was told I would be called by the end of the day; I have yet to receive a call and that was almost a week ago. I would not recommend this company due to its lack of integrity.

Very disappointed with Glass America. Had a small ding in my windshield asked for a repair the tech that came to do the repair was very nice but made the ding worse. Ending up needing a winshield replacement because of it. Charged me 225 for replacement, and screwed up my inspection sticker. I now need a new sticker and a reinspecton done when I just had it done 3 weeks ago. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Very disappointed

I would recommend! Scheduling was very easy, all online. They called when they were on the way, showed up on time, did the work very quickly, cleaned up afterwards, and were the least expensive of 3 places I tried. Crystal clear, like new windshield!

I am Thankful for The tech in this crisis we re going through ,to come to our house to fix our car windshield and he s doing a fabulous job.. The tech was on time ,found our street ,was done in the hour. Was friendly from a distance, was. Professional. Would recommend to anyone. Last thing the Price was very reasonable. Thank u again

they had a tech show up who broke the glass he was installing and tried to pass it off like it was ok. when i called and asked for a new technician, they sent one out the next day who refused to replace the weather strips that the other tech had removed. they claimed to have pictures of the car with no weatherstrips which is a lie then hung up on me.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Had an appointment for my windshield to be replaced first thing in the morning because I had to work that day, they didn t start working on my car until a full hour after my appointment and ended up spending 2 hours in their waiting room missing alot of work time for a quick replacement.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement
