Set up an appointment 2 days in advance, dropped my car off on time at 9am. I was told that it would take 2 hours and they would call me when complete. I called at 12 noon and was told it was in process. So went to pick up my car at 1:30 and it had not even been moved! They lost a good customer!

Service was quick and amazing ! I called while I was parked on the side of the road to get a quote on a tire replacement. I was able to go in and get it replaced same day. Super helpful and affordable. Ryan was super helpful and friendly, will be my go to from now on.

I brought my car into get brakes done after I failed an inspection at the dealership. They worked on my brakes but apparently there was still an unresolved problem, so when I went back to the dealership, I failed inspection a second time. I brought it back to Firestone and they may right on their fixes and found some new problems. The reason they're getting five stars is because of all of their effort and customer service in between. It's not easy to admit that you made a mistake when you fix the brakes the first time. Later on I brought it back to them because they hadn't inspected my car when I asked him to. Like before, they admitted their mistake in not noticing my request for inspection. My experience with Firestone over the years has always been positive and the staff here always are are easy to talk to, they explain what's going on, and I never feel like they're shoving products and services to me that I don't need. In this case I was really frustrated by mistakes that were being made but they made right on their mistakes and I continue to be a satisfied customer. If you can get work done by these guys, instead of the dealership, I'd recommend it 100%.

I was blown away by the service I received today at the Manchester, NH Firestone location! I was greeted promptly by a friendly associate the moment I walked in and I was given a specific breakdown for what was needed for my vehicle. I thought I needed 1 thing but the other gentleman working, Ryan, was very helpful in explaining what actually needed to be done. I was in and out in about 2 hours and quoted a very reasonable price. I will definitely, positively, absolutely be back! Thank you John and Ryan and the whole team!

I brought my car in because low air pressure light was on. It was a rainy morning at 7 a.m. just as they opened. I asked if anyone could add air to my tires as I am elderly, and couldn t do it myself. Not only did the service advisor put air in each tire, he refused to take the $10.00 I offered him for his help. Exceptional place, exceptional guy. Thanks

Due to unforeseen circumstances had to replace one of my tires. They were able to squeeze me in the next day to replace it quick and easy and at a reasonable price

I was a bit skeptical given the negative reviews for this location. I for one had a great experience. Andrew greeted me right away, was very polite and provided excellent customer service. I was in for an alignment and rotation which was completed in about an hour. I ll definitely come back to Firestone/this location in Manchester. Thank you so much to Andrew and the team for their help with my vehicle!

I had an appointment on a Saturday at 1 pm. 3 full days later and multiple phone calls and still no price quote for work that needed to be done. I brought my car and got it fixed elsewhere in one day. Hard pass for me in the future. I love the Firestone in Fitchburg Massachusetts. They are professional, honest in their communication of wait times, do good work. I won't be returning to the Manchester NH location based on my experience. Hopefully others fare better here.

Marshall and Andrew are awesome. Had the car towed in with unexpected belt/pulley repair. They called that it was ready in the same day!! Everytime I bring a vehicle here they really go out of their way. Great job guys!

Very disappointing. I always go here for anything my car needs. It's very stressful going to the mechanic as a woman. I always feel like I'm being tricked into paying more than I need to. I went here simply for an oil change. Then I'm told I need to change my air filters and that it would be $75 total for the air filters and Oil Change. After being there for 2hours.. Suddenly I'm being charged $180. I explained in the beginning that I dnt have a lot of money and if it's only $75 then that's fine. I'm very disappointed. I dnt want to be argumentative or confrontational especially in front of others or when money or my car is Involved. I really feel like I was cheated. I will not be going back.. This really upset me.They also left a hole in the floor of the driver side where the heel of my driving foot rest. If this was there beforehand I would have noticed it with how deep it was.Also how can I know if they actually fixed the filters. Again, very disappointed. You all have my number. You will call if you actually care. 2018 Nissan Versa. You all have other regular customers and new ones everyday... However, I will not return.

Made an appointment to have them look at my brakes, they came back to me with a laundry list of things that were wrong with my car. When I asked about my brakes they told me they didn't get to them but that I could bring my car back and for $150 an hour they could take about 4 hours to find out what was really wrong with my car. Also, I took my car to another mechanic and it turns out pretty much nothing they said was wrong with the car was actually wrong. I would suggest you take your car anywhere but here.

I just had an alignment done. the tech rayn smokes weed on the clock. If you confront the manager about it he becomes speechless about it. Rayn forgot to secure the probably because he probably smoke to much weed. And if you bring any of this up the tech rayn will Confront you about your complaints and then talk trash to you. This place is very far from professional that I've ever seen.the Alignment wasn't even done properly Now I have to go somewhere else for one.

Firestone Elm St Manchester, NH.Brought my 2021 SUV to only get the Check Engine light diagnosed. My appointment was an hour behind. They were actually sending customers home because they were so behind. Anyway. They finally got me my diagnosis and sent me on my way. I had my AC on and the inside of car now smelled like fumes. I got home 4 miles later. Opened my hood and oil was literally misting everywhere. The entire engine area, lower half of windshield covered. Oil on ground in front of my house. They never put the oil cap on. It was nowhere to be found(I wasn't getting an oil change either). I made them call a tow truck and bring it back for cleaning and to make sure the engine wasn't damaged. I never got an apology, just a "this is an inconvenience ahh" like I was the problem. They kept it overnight until 11:30am next day. I had to call them. The underside of hood pad was still covered in oil. The vent still smells of gas like mix when air is on. Total amateurs and unprofessionslism. Also, the front counter employee probably shouldn't be Vaping in main waiting area where customers can see. I would not recommend them.. See pics.

I read through a lot of the reviews and I must admit. Most of them are from basic ignorance of cars. The front desk clerk is not rude. He's looking for decisive answers so he can get your vehicle done correctly and in a timely manner. Sorry people, this isn't a restaurant where you know what you're talking about (sometimes). I went here for a front end alignment, tire balance & proper inflation. I made an appointment a few days beforehand online. It was accepted early the next morning. I was brought in 30 min early and they had it done in the estimated timeframe (1hour).They did advise if there were any issues it could take longer. He asked me a few basic questions, if i didn't understand, I ASKED what he meant, not that hard people. I waited on site and while waiting, many satisfied customers came and went. When finished they showed me the report of findings and let me know there were no other issues with that part of the vehicle.Please don't believe everything you read on reviews as most of these are bitter people who have issues with their car then blame the people (due to ignorance) who didn't cause it.Service: Wheel alignment

Got my car back with 1 tire not holding air, they didn t resolve I brought it in for (alignment and balance) but managed to get all new wiper blades and a few tires. Car still drives horribly. It s a company vehicle and wish it wasn t Firestone required.

I went to fire stone today because I had a leak in my tire and I was told I could leave my car and that they could see if they can get to it. After telling the representative that it s my only car, he says that s not my problem we re fully booked and I only got three reps on. I walked out no empathy poor customer service.

Always check your oil after getting it changed here. They put an extra quart of oil in my car and caused over $1500 worth of damage, not including long term wear and tear damage that this also has done. I had to wait 3 weeks (without my car) for an inspector to be sent out to look at my car for them to tell me they had no wrongdoing and are not liable for the damages.

Front desk worker was not friendly. He made suggestions to my car and didn t offer me any other options. When I questioned if I needed my wheels balanced he said your confusing me do you want new tires or balance I went first thing in the morning and the staff was already combative. I can t imagine the worker behavior as the day goes on. He mentioned I had a bent rim and gave me no options to fix it other than replacing it for 200$. He said it would be fine probably because I bought a set of tires from him already and he just wanted me out of the store so he could sell more tires to the next customers.I recommend going to another place that will treat their customers with more respect.

Worst place that I've been to in My Life the most money hungry building in the world if you are broker than broke don't even attempt to go in there I walked in there to try to see if I can get a nail remove for my tire and the tire fixed they told me that there was nothing that they could do because it wasn't in a place that they could fix and that I would need to get all new tires and not just one tire all four new tires. Went to a different place on South Willow had them look at it they told me the nail was in the shoulder of the tire and that they COULD fix it for $15 and they did glad I didn't stay there at Firestone money hungry business

If you want to deal with unprofessional staff who won't give a decisive answer on when to pick up your car, give your car here. They will give you a pick up time and then when you get there they'll tell you "I don't know man! I'm sorry it's not done. The weather is hot". I have no problem with delays and I understand that. If that's the case don't ask me to come to shop. Atleast have the courtesy to call and tell me it's not ready. And when I asked if I should wait , he gives me this answer, "I don't know man! I'm not sure"If you want textbook dishonest technicians, go here. If you want them to diagnose your car and scare you with services that you don't need, go to this place. I asked them to diagnose a break light issue and the technician tells me I need a break booster and two new struts. I really couldnt help but laugh. That break light was because of the break switch near the pedal. Classic shady mechanic!Don't bother getting any lifetime packages. They will treat you like you are 3rd class customer. If you don't want to do free tire rotation and alignment, don't offer lifetime services.I've had great service from other Firestones in the past but this location in Manchester ,NH is one of the worst ones.All the 1star reviews here are probably legit. My rant is not based on one service but based on multiple experiences over the last few years.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I ve had the worst experience with them- do not go here! They replaced my wheel bearings and one of the wheel bearings they replaced broke within months causing other damage to my car that ended up costing over $1000. They didn t even realized they had already done the same work months before until I brought it up so they clearly didn t even look at their own work history on the car. They replaced the wheel bearing again along with the other work and when I got it back I had more issues. The first time I drove my car since it had been fixed by Firestone, I drove about 60 miles from home and I started to smell oil really strongly. I dropped it off at a shop immediately and ended up stranded for day waiting for it to get looked at. The shop told me that someone had left the oil cap off and that most things under my hood were drenched in oil. The shop cleaned it up enough for me to drive home and told me to have Firestone call them about what had happened since Firestone was the last business to work on my car. I brought my car back to Firestone to get looked at and they immediately refused to take any responsibility and claimed it was from the place that had given me an oil change which happened months before Firestone did the work on my car. I had driven about 1000 miles since my last oil change with no problems, including some long commutes. It wasn t until Firestone touched my car that I started smelling oil. It s bad enough that they caused the damage to my car which could have been extremely dangerous for me but to immediately tell me there s no proof that they were responsible was even more upsetting. Do not trust your car with this business!

Won t get into details on that but Marshall was extremely helpful and informative. After calling several places to have a flat tire fixed there was nobody who could do it that day. Called Firestone in the morning & was told if we dropped the car off they would definitely get to it. Sounded great, had another ride so was not a problem. They close at 7pm so after not hearing back from them all day, I called to find out the status of my car at 5:10pm & was told my car was next in line & would call when ready. At 6:30 we went down & saw the car was still outside with the donut on. Stayed outside until 6:50 figuring they would take it in...but that wasn't the case. Went inside & was told it was busier than they thought, so if we wanted to leave it they could get to it the next day. I work 12 hour shifts & working the weekend so have 2 days of riding on this donut at 45mph hence having to leave earlier for work when I already have to be in early morning. We could have found someone else had they just said no. Won't be returning!!
