From the time I called to schedule an appointment until I was handed my keys, nothing but professionalism. Mike at the front desk handled all my questions w/out talking down to me, as in my experience most mechanics do, so it's refreshing. Before they even started they went over my car to let me know what needs to be done(which is a lot) & informed them I need to prioritize & Mike worked with me & went over what is most needed next on the list. It also just so happens to be w/in walking distance to my home. Everyone at Brutus is very nice & they do a great job. Thank you so much & am so happy/relieved to have found a great place for me to be able to rely on.

Very fast and thorough service to get my vehicle ready for a very long trip. All workers were very polite and professional and I definitely knew they would stand behind their work. Reasonably priced. Comfortable waiting area Totally pleased.

I was recommended to bring my car to Brutus Auto Repair by a friend & as a female going into a shop we have the worries of being lied to, and them talking about things we d probably have no general knowledge of.. But so far I ve not only been treated with kindness, respect, but I know I m not being lied to! They can show you what they re talking about/proof.. && My guy Vinny is the best! He always listens to my concerns and always has me leaving with my car feeling safe & always tells me the truth, & if they see something with the car that doesn t need fixing immediately they will tell you about it, but doesn t make you feel like you need to do it asap, unless you really do. Also the front receptionist Suzy is fantastic! She is great at her job, and they always go above & beyond for their customers. This will continue to be my auto body shop until I no longer need them! Thanks to the whole team @ Brutus, y all the real MVPs! PS- office is super clean, and offer coffee in the waiting room/office area.And they usually always have a full house- but the guys get the job done & they will get you in & take care of your needs as fast as possible!

I am a new customer at Brutus Auto, the work that I have had done has been very satisfactory, there were some issues as to the time that would be required for each repair, scheduling was the issue as well as a thorough explanation of the repair!!! All was resolved and I felt that as a customer I was the priority! Thank you until my next visit!!!

Highly recommended! From scheduling, to service, to check-out, the whole team is awesome. If you have a question about cars, they really take the time to listen and then talk about it. I actually had three estimates and Brutus had the best price. Great experience. Thanks everyone at Team Brutus Auto!

Quick and professionalEdit: there was a hiccup and they communicated with me and let me know it would be a bit longer and even offered to drive to me with the part once it arrived so I could get to work! So nice of them! They really are above and beyond

Fair and honest people providing a service that we all eventually need but can be intimidated by the process.I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with these people knowing they will fix what my car needs and educate me on things that could use some attention.

Used to be great, not sure anymore. Still very nice and friendly service. The communications, billing and invoicing are awesome. I'm just not sure about the workmanship anymore. I have had problems with my last three services (all costing me more money). I know stuff happens, but 3 times in a row. Have been a loyal customer for years, not sure but I might be moving on, we'll see.

New to the area and went there at the recommendation of my friend who had been pleased with their work. Suzy at the counter was very friendly. Then I got the estimate for the work needed and lost all faith. The prices seemed way out of line (I'm originally from NY and these prices were very high) but the final straw was being told that my front wiper blades needed to be replaced (for a ridiculous amount). I had just replaced them 2 days before bringing the car in. When I questioned the mechanic about the front blades he told me he had made a mistake and was "in the zone". I brought the car to the dealer and EVERY single service quoted was significantly less expensive at the dealer.

I cant recommend Brutus Auto Repair enough! I was having issues with my car and not only did they take it in and diagnose it the same day, they were also able to replace my spark plugs and coils within a few hours of dropping it off - they have a very convenient system set up for payment and also offered me a coupon. Very fair labor rates and friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely be coming back for any issues with my car in the future!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I recently moved to the area and I chose this location because it has high ratings/great reviews, and after my vehicle has gotten worked on I agree with all of them. When you go for your appointment you are greeted quickly, they keep you updated with progress and very reasonable pricing.Got vehicle repaired to great satisfaction. I highly recommend this repair shop for any minor or major work needed. If I could give 10 stars I would. They have my business for now on.

I've been using Brutus for years now, and I've always had a fantastic experience every time. The staff is friendly, honest, and won't nickel and dime you to make a quick buck. A rare trait for any business nowadays. They have a customer for life with me, and I encourage anyone that has a problem with their car to give Brutus a try. You won't be disappointed! Bonus point: Suzi, the front desk lady, is really fun to talk to!

Brutus auto repair is great! We've been using them for several years now. Their prices are very fair and reasonable, and they post their per hour labor price right in the lobby of their shop!I always get a digital quote of the services that my vehicle needs, and I can choose which ones I want them to perform right from my smartphone, very convenient.Services: Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I was referred here by a friend and I'm local so I thought it would be a good shop for recurring services. I was told that they would diagnose the problem with my car and quote me for the parts and labor. When the bill came there was no quote for parts and labor, just another quote for a further diagnostic. This is really unacceptable business practice and I will not be coming back or referring this shop to my network.

Brutus Auto offers, by far, the best customer service you ll ever experience. I m not entirely sure on who owns this shop, but there is both an older man and woman who answer the phone every time I need to get something fixed. Both of them are incredibly friendly, and always remember who I am when we need work done on my bosses Tesla, which seemingly always has something else wrong with it. They re super accommodating to our unusual work hours and schedule, and always treat us with the utmost kindness. 10/10 customer service from these two.Brutus is definitely on the pricier side, but offers quality work that never fails to impress me. We recently had a manufacturer issue with the rims and tires of the Tesla, and a friend recommended somewhere other than Brutus. Against our best judgement, we trusted them and paid a disturbing amount of money. The wheels had problems almost immediately, making our trip to the other shop virtually pointless. We called Brutus, told them the issue, and they solved our problem to the best of their ability, with full transparency on price and their knowledge of Teslas. We ve had no problems with the wheels since.I d also like to add that it s near impossible to find local auto repair shops that work on Teslas, but they do!Thank you to the kind workers over at Brutus, we re grateful for all you do!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Came in to have my Chevy Colorado pre inspected and they fit me in on the spot! Found some issues and had dealer fix them. They even let me come back and they made sure the dealer fixed it for free! They re honest and truly care I d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for repairs.

Brian was very helpful and professional. I requested that the car be assessed from bumper to bumper. Three it's were identified, normal wear (brakes, rear shocks, and timing belt). Because of a better, I took the car to Sullivan's for the tires. After picking up the car, it was noticed that the car was hard to start and there was obvious hesitation on the highway. Neither of these issues seem to exist prior to the car being serviced. We scheduled a follow up appointment this Friday.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I found it so easy to schedule my appointment even after business hours. Great customer service and experience. Ralph, the owner was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating as well as the staff I engaged with who went over possible future maintenance items to be aware of. Highly recommend them! My drivers side windshield wiper broke off during the snowstorm this morning and they were the closest garage to me. I'm pregnant and hormonal and had a really rough morning but they replaced it quickly and were very kind and the price was reasonable. They truly saved my morning!

Loved the service I received at Brutus Auto Repair. Everyone was very friendly, professional and accomodating. I had a rim that needed to be repaired with urgency as I had an appointment 2 days after. I had to work and they managee around their schrdule sonI could drop off the car before work and then gave me a ride home so I wouldn't be late!!! I call that STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The rim was done in few hours and it was just perfect.No issues.If I have more work to be done to my car, I would def come back. I already told my friends about the place. Put in a good word out there.I am happy I found them and very satisfied with the work and service provided.Service: Tires
