This place has worked on my phone screen twice in 1 year now and both times they've been amazing! Fast service which they tell you how long it'll take before you leave the store, also if they come into a problem or an issue that they have to address to you they will notify you via phone call and leave a voicemail if you happen to not answer but they put the progress on hold until they speak to you. I highly recommend this place and the staff here is great!

Bought three batteries last year for my boat. Paid premium price. All batteries are maintained with a battery tender. 1 battery failed after 1 year. Batteries plus tested it and told me I did something to the battery to make it fail. Would not honor anything. I have bought batteries from Walmart and had them for 4-5 years without failure. I won t buy batteries from Battery + ever again. Back to Walmart.

Can t say my experience was amazing. Simple online order for curbside pickup. Informed by email that my order was ready. Went the same day (today) and called to advise I was waiting out front. Order was only partially filled with 2 of 3 items - incorrectly pulled. Rep had to ask my name again - wasn t listening when I shared my name and asked if he needed my order number - nope but didn t remember my name. Also had to ask what I was driving - which I had provided when paid online. Took 5 mins or so for him to come out and deliver order to my car. Seems like they just aren t very smooth with online orders with curbside pickup.

Needed a new battery for RAM 1500 PU. Bought it online, the guy behind the counter had it already to go once I got there. He picked it up, carried it out to the parking lot and put it in. In and out of there in about 15mins, pretty sweet...

Very helpful ray and Jeff bother assisted me in finding the battery that I need for my vehicle. Help in install as well and did go the extra steps to help. Update I also came back to get a battery charger Jeff recognized me off the back asked what happen and then told me what he could do to help. I highly recommend this store it s money well spent with honesty and caring pride !

I need my phone to access my work computer, so you can probably understand how upset I was when I dropped it on the floor and cracked my screen at 3 PM on a Sunday. The team here was INCREDIBLY helpful, and not only happened to have the screen my phone needed to be fixed, but was able to have it done same day. Major kudos to the team!

Don't be fooled by Batteries+ GREEN WASHING claims on their website!Batteries+ website touts their commitment to recycling of batteries and bulbs. I took some of both in today and was promptly told it would be $3 per lb. to recycle the batteries. My batteries weighed in at less than 7 lbs. So, I was thinking worth it since I'm in the process of moving and it would save me a trip to the transfer station. Well, the guy helping me scanned several barcodes on a sheet and the total came to $33 dollars plus. Funny math. At any rate, I told the guy I'd take the batteries to the transfer station for that amount, to which he replied, "good call."Very, very disappointed with this first hand green washing experience.I will be avoiding Batteries+ in the future based on their deceptive marketing.

Easy to get an appointment time for battery change. My battery was in stock. Took all of 15 minutes to switch batteries and was 40.00 less expensive than other businesses in the same area. Great customer service!

Great experience. Customer service is great. Awesome product pricing too. Some lowlights: Don't arrive there with a trailer or very large vehicle, limited space in parking lot. Also the product I purchased had a problem and had to emergency remedy with a terminal shim kit and wasn't expecting to.

The staff at Batteries Plus Bulbs are always extremely friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. They consistently make me feel that my problem or need for that day is their only priority and that I am their most valued customer. They are my go to for anything that they stock including automotive batteries and I would not go anywhere else.

I took 2 switchblade keys to be programed and cut, I was made aware the programing (lock/unlock) features might not be able to be done due to various reasons, I told the employee fine. But Instead of first testing if the key fobs could be programed BEFORE cutting them, then letting me choose if I wanted to proceed with just cutting the keys I was charged for 2 key cuts + programming only for the pr ck to tell me he couldn't program them. So, I paid $86 up front to have 2 basic keys that anywhere else would have costed me no more than $10 each.

The associate Ray that works at this store is a complete "hot head" and is a liability for this franchise. Thankfully after I called the next day the Store Manager resolved my issues. From now on, if I return to this location for future business and Ray is there I will be going to a different location.

I ordered a battery online for my jeep & got an email very shortly after that it was ready for pickup but I wasn t able to get there till the next day. I walked into the Manchester NH store & got help Immediately and they got someone to install the battery quickly. The person installing the battery was knowledgeable and courteous and was quick to install I was very happy with the service it s the second time I ve bought a battery from them and will definitely be going back if I ever need another..

Great customer service! Disappointed my truck battery didn't last more than a year but they did everything to make it right. Quick, easy, warranty swap and I was on my way! The staff here was great!

Amazingly great experience. Prices were amazingly low, and the tech guy at the sales counter was amazingly smart at solving key-fob problems by switching a few parts without replacing whole fobs. Final cost was a tiny fraction of what the dealer told me. The 2 bad fobs both work great now.One of his tricks was to combine the best parts of both fobs to create a new fob, which he called the Frankenstein fob. Works great!When I told him I was amazed at how smart he was, he said it was just that he had LOTS of experience detecting which parts of fobs were bad. His fancy testing equipment helped too, so the problems were solved amazingly fast.Also, about a separate matter (not involving cars), I was surprised that other kinds of tiny batteries were easily available to grab off the shelf, and nicely organized to find the right ones immediately.Fast service, low prices, smart guy... wow!When I arrived, there was a line to wait in, after other customers, but the line moved quickly, and extra employees promptly showed up at registers to move the line fast.The tech guy was also very polite, asking me whether I wanted him to discard the bad parts, etc.

My Duracell 51R battery failed to hold a charge after 10 months. Jeff tested the battery and determined it was, in fact, failing. He replaced the battery under the warranty and tested my car's electrical system for proper operation. Entire process took about 10-15 minutes. Excellent customer service from Jeff. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased from start to finish. Easy shopping online, easy ordering. Notifications through email, convenient. I called to check on curbside and the rep gave me great info. He greeted my husband when he arrived, placed our battery in our car, removed the core. It was simple, pleasant, and best of all it was the best price anywhere! This was our first time purchasing from Batteries +, but it won't be our last.
