We came from over an hour away traded our 2021 Honda in for a 2021 Hyundai Tucson ever since we have bought this vehicle we have had nothing but issues we have now had it put in the shop going on the sixth time it is sitting in In my driveway unable to drive yet again I have tried to reach out to the service department. Nobody calls me back and I have lost out on work as well as my wife has lost out on work because of these issues and we ve lost out on a lot of money going to, and from Manchester due to this car. now the check engine light is blinking yet again and it shut off on me. On my way to work for the second time. And at this point, I feel, I have not been helped whatsoever in fixing the issue, or even trying to put us into a better vehicle, considering the price that we were charged for it is not with the price of the car is even worth. This is now the second time this has happened to the vehicle where his shut down, and I have almost been rear-ended by either an 18 wheeler or this time it was a oil tanker that was behind me when I was going 55 in my car went down to 10 miles an hour

Best car buying experience ever! I have always dreaded buying a car and this changed my mind and made my son's first car buying experience better than we could've imagined! Our sales person Tyler was amazing, helpful & knowledgeable (and not pushy at all...A++++). He made sure our questions were answered and took incredible care in us with great customer service. Austin in finance got us an amazing deal and made sure we understood that part of our purchase! Highly recommend and will be back!

Excellent service buying my new auto. Roy took the time to make sure I understood all the features and made this an exciting purchase. Finance manager Austin was very detailed and made sure we understood everything about our purchase. Even the manager came over to speak with us and congratulate us on our purchase. I would 100% go back when I am ready for another purchase!

Very nice salesman helped us! He even helped entertain our one year old while my husband took the car for a test drive. It was a long process but that s not a bad reflection, we just haven t done this process before. Kind salesmen and it all got done! We love our car! No problems with it. So glad we went here.

Of all dealerships we've been to, this is the best! We were lucky enough to get Saurav to help us with our vehicle purchasing journey, as he was very professional, efficient, and just a great guy in general. Hyundai has really stepped up its cars in recent years, especially with their electric vehicles, and if AutoFair is any indication, they've also stepped up the dealership experience as well. We'll definitely be back as a repeat customer and we can't recommend them enough!

We had a wonderful experience at auto fair. We previously before hand went to merchants auto and had a horrible experience they only cared about making a sales and not us.But we had decided to go to auto fair and was very wonderfully greeted by Lorenzo. He was very caring and helpful and so kind. And he cared so much about what we were looking for and our budget. And talked to us more than just a customer and we had a lot of laughs and we felt very comfortable with Lorenzo with deciding on a vehicle.We also saw Zack in finance before we left and he was also extremely nice and kind and caring And explained everything very well. And didn t rush us with any of the paperwork.Everyone may have their own opinions about this dealership and there own experiences but my review is definitely 100% genuine and true.Im very satisfied with my time here and I m happy I came here instead of going to merchants auto.Definitely Ask For Lorenzo & Zack for help with your next car purchase.

After a deal going south in a bad way at Nashua Hyundai the night before, I decided to give AutoFair a shot 11/17/23. I was greeted by Brandon Blanchette at the door. He was outstanding from start to finish he was the star of this purchase. I got to say this was by far the smoothest purchase I have even done. The knowledge that Brandon had on all aspects of the purchase was impeccable I cannot emphasize enough how good Brandon was with our purchase of a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy. His efforts did not go unnoticed including by my wife. After our horrible experience at Nashua Hyundai she really didn't want to go to AutoFair. I did convince her to go pick up the car on Saturday and I told her she would not regret going.11/18/23 Brandon met her and he did what I knew he would do. He started off by apologizing for our bad experience at Nashua Hyundai and hoped he could make it a great experience. Brandon did just that. She never once felt rushed with him. He spent a good amount of time going over the car yet again. My wife was so happy with his approach she made sure he knew it. I also have to give everyone from the sales manager Eric making sure I was good. Also Sam in financing he was also outstanding explaining everything to us clearly and patiently with so laughs in between.Also one more person I need to give a shootout to is Jessica Welch she called me to see if I would come in and give them a shot. I told her I had already purchased a car from Nashua . She congratulated me and said we were going to love the car. If we needed any assistance don't hesitate to give us a call. She never rushed the phone call and we had a nice chat. She didn't know the deal was going to fall through and that's she's the reason why I went to AutoFair in the first place so THANK YOU!! I would highly recommend going to AutoFair Hyundai ask for Brandon Blanchette he will do his best to get you in a vehicle as he did for us. To be clear I have never EVER given a review to a car dealership none were worthy of one at least a good one. That's how great Brandon and the team at AutoFair did from start to finish.

I had an unbelievably hassle free visit to this dealership. The sales people were very welcoming to the point were I felt more like one at a social gathering of friends and casual acquaintances than at a busy place of business. My sales agent Ryan was very knowledgeable and energetic, yet made me feel at ease and comfortable when asking any questions that came to mind. This was the best car buying experience of the handful I have had in my life. Thank you.

My salesman, Lorenzo, was personable and charismatic. Would recommend him to anyone. He was honest and very helpful with the purchase of my used suv. This would have been a five star review but they promised delivery of my vehicle with it having been detailed and gas topped off- which they did neither. Maybe that s a service they provide for customers who are purchasing new vehicles only, but that was the finishing touch I was hoping for with this experience. Traditional extra sales pitch and push for things you don t need in the mangers office but that s going to come with any dealership.

Our salesperson, Ryan, was absolutely phenomenal. He really helped to streamline our experience in getting a new lease, while still taking the time to help us consider all our options. Can t speak highly enough about him and Austin from the finance office. Both of them made us feel confident in our lease and clear on what we were signing up for. Ron, was absolutely amazing he was so friendly and kind. He made sure I got the best deal possibly and just made sure I was comfortable when I was making my decision on the car and throughout the whole process. If you are not from New Hampshire this dealership will look at you differently. I bought an Elantra 2024 with many challenges and now the paint is peeling on the brand new car. Let me tell you it has been a struggle. When I mention certain nuances happening with my car it is shameful that they don t bother to be the least concerned. Also, no one is ever accountable so you end up spinning your wheels and paying out of pocket on a brand new car. Well, that is the case with me. If you have basic commonality with the employees your experience will be heavenly other than that choose wisely. I would look into other options when you purchase your choice of make and model. I bought this car in October of 2023 and originally I was going to buy a Sentra if only I would have known. Let s all brace ourselves for the Hyundai dealership is going to be passive aggressive and make this defect my fault. Because it s always US with the problem!

I give them 5 stars for their effort to get me into a car I could afford. Buying a car is very stressful. Young Brady was fabulous. He was very informative about the vehicles he was showing me. He took away a lot of the stress. He was able to get me to where I needed to be.I think as far as dealerships go they are by far one of the nicest. Their entire staff seemed friendly. From the greeting at the front door to the parting and congratulating goodbye. Great place.

Brady and Luke at AutoFair were super friendly and extremely accommodating. They made what is usually a stressful process for a lot of people, an easy and relaxing experience! Can t say enough about this dealership. From the start Mariah in the business center answering all my questions in a quick manner via email made me want to come to see what they could do. Was greeted by one sales associate that was busy but he found Eric and boy am I glad he did. Was upfront about my credit history and explained that other dealerships would just pass me over or offer me an older model with very high mileage. Emily in finance was great she explained that auto fair works with all types of credit. She was able to get me into a car with less than 20k for mileage. I can t rave enough about the customer service and no pressure atmosphere I can say I am a proud new owner of a 2021 Kona. I will be highly recommending anyone I know that is looking for a car.

The sales manager used shady and unethical practices to get an extended warranty into the price of the car. When challenged that the math does not add up he proceeded to tell me I do not know what I am talking about. He also had to write up the paper work for the sale twice as he is unable to add numbers correctly (a skill learned in second grade) but the numbers were incorrect in the dealer's favor.

This was My first time dealing with AutoFair.I must say that I was impressed!I had made an appointment to test drive a 2021 Hyundai Tucson.Immediately upon entering the showroom I was greeted by Roy Khayat, . His friendly nature and welcoming demeanor set me right at ease. After introductions he got straight to business. He gathered my information and pulled up my reservation. While waiting for him to bring the car around I could not help but notice how busy the dealership was. Yet everyone seemed to be getting all the attention they needed. In short order Roy returned with the car and we took it for a ride.He pointed out all the cars finer points while also familiarizing me with the features. He didn t rush the test drive and continued to answer all of my questions. We were able to quickly strike a deal. Sam the finance guy got right down to business as soon as we had completed the paperwork. Everything went very smooth.This dealership knows how to treat potential customers. The facility is welcoming. The Staff especially Roy and Sam are true professionals who take pride in their work and treat customers very well. No hard sell, straight forward answers and a quality product. I would highly recommend AutoFair Hyundai Genesis of Manchester and Roy Kahyat to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

This is my second time purchasing a car here. And I couldn t be happier with my experience. The Salesman that took care of me (Trey) was absolutely fantastic. He fought to make sure the deal worked for me. Five stars for him! The finance manager Emily went above and beyond to help me with the financing portion of the process. She went over everything with me to make sure I understood everything and went over all the approvals I had. My second time was just as great as the first. If you re looking for a stress free, no hassle experience, Autofair Hyundai/Genesis of Manchester is the best you ll get. I ll definitely be back for my next purchase!

I have purchased 2 cars from autofair and did not return for my 3rd. My first car they sold me had a lemon engine, which I find hard to believe they didn t know.My second cars sales woman was not personable nor cared for me as the buyer and it was obvious she only cared about the sale. I was also told I d be getting a certain amount back from finance for the warranty reimbursement on my first car and didn t even receive half of what they told me I would to talk me into a higher down payment.Matt Jimino the finance manager is terrible and has no customer service skills. Anytime I have tried to reach him, I get sent to voicemail and have to call multiple times and still either won t hear back from him or won t hear back for days. When you speak to him he is just rude as well. I had to physically show up to get anything I needed from them.I have dealt with no one good at this establishment. I went to team Nissan for my third car and was shocked at how an actual great dealership runs things. Please go literally anywhere else for your vehicles.
