This place is hands-down awesome never thought we would purchase from another dealership but here we are purchasing my wifes 1st brand new Honda Civic and me a brand new Honda Ridgeline. We had an awesome salesman for both purchases Andrew Pomerantz who made the experience easy and hassle free, and he is a super funny guy who doesn't play games. Thank you Andrew for this, Great job. We cant forget Keith Rodriguez and the crew you guys are awesome and we will definitely be going back for sure.

I have seldom seen such rude service but I guess when you are unhappy to be charged 239$ to be told my engine blew due to the oil plug coming off (after driving to Washington DC after my last oil change). After voicing my unhappiness of paying that much to diagnose that an oil plug came out, with no raised voice and especially no bad language, I was very disappointed how rude Jason was !!! Thanks guys. Glad I went back to Toyota and bought my plug-in hybrid! Goodbye Honda and thanks for the nice treatment

Super rude advisers. I ve had multiple issues with their service department. For one they serviced my ford and it had a transmission issue. Brought it to ford. They told me they had to be incompetent to not know it had a transmission issue. They serviced and sold me my Honda. Needed new tires a month after I bought it. Take 6 hours to do an oil change. They don t answer the phones. Huge attitude problems. I will be looking to service my vehicles elsewhere.

I bought my Honda accord from them, but their service department don't know how to change out headlights that have a warranty. I have a gap between the bumper and my headlight. I'm afraid to bring my car back to them for any work. I told them about the gap they sent this young kid out to try fixing it and didn't do it. You spent 20g on a car with a gap between the bumper and headlights

I have bought A New Honda from here . I have two Hondas and have been coming here for service since 2019 . I also brought other customers for them . But today I was there for just oil change and they ( Erica) returned me back saying that I had no appointment and they were busy . You don t treat your regular customers like that . May be you may have enough customers and you filter them based on some race or color not sure . They were trying to track the phone calling systems to validate my call . Come on you don t do that because I called for appointment for two cars . My brother with Toyota Rav-18 already came there and changed appointment based on my call. And you pretended that I did not call. You could have said it was called but we are busy which could be more professional .I alone with my brothers and cousin will not come here . This is nothing to you but it will affect your morality and professionalism as a business for sure .

Erica is a god send! I have never met a more competent, kind, helpful and professional person. She knows what she's doing 100%. Has loads of experience with cars. And is friendly enough to explain your cars ins and outs to you in a way that any layman/new car owner would understand.A guy at this auto fair once screwed my battery terminal back in loose, and it kept coming off for a whole week. My car wouldn't start unless I opened the bonnet and put the connection back. So I'm def glad I went to Erica the next time I visited and she helped me change my opinion of the place.

My company brings them vans now and then for service. They are very accomidating even though our vans are modified for people with disabilities.

They are well organized. The work I requested was done sooner than I anticipated. As a general rile I don't like dealerships- but this organization seemed okay. I'd use them again.

Feels like they will find something everytime you go and make it sound like it needs to be done or it's a safety hazard.I bought a car there like 12 months ago, and suddenly they're now finding all these problems? Where was your extensive inspection when you sold it to me?So hard to find honest work.I don't recommend.

I've been having my HR-V serviced here for nearly 3 years and I've always had exceptional service. Very polite and efficient and the work has been great every time!

I recommend the service department and in particular our long -time service manager, Randall Werner. He has always treated us fairly and makes sure that our vehicle is safe and well maintained. He's a great person!

Excellent service department. 7:30am appointment routine scheduled maintenance also recall notice. Loaner car reserved ahead of time in and out in fifteen minutes. Service completed by eleven thirty. Good job thanks Tim and team Honda.

My service rep Jake, explained what needed to be done, he was very knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and got the job done faster then expected. I will only have Autofair Honda of Manchester service my 2017 CRV.
