Amazing experience! Was instantly greeted by their friendly sales representative Andrew! He made me feel comfortable and heard. He patiently and efficiently helped me find the right car for me, my budget, and my needs. Andrew explained the entire process to me. Steve in financial was also super friendly and helpful and ensured I understood everything that was included in my purchase. I highly recommend coming here. Great service, environment, and people.

This is my third purchase of a Honda CRV from AutoFair. I can t say enough of how easy it is to work with them. Giovanni was kind and knowledgeable and worked through all my questions and concerns for this purchase. He sat and talked me through the set up and changes of my car as it s been 9 years since I ve bought a new car. (Honda s never die!) He also made it fun by having me ring the bell and put a bow on the car for pictures!! What a great experience I would also like to say that Dan Griffin the sales manager was also very kind and helpful. I never felt pressured into any thing just helped.Thank you both!

Always great service here, my most recent purchase was with Giovanni and he was awesome. Keith Rodriguez is always exceptional and Victor that handled the F&I was great. Two and a half hours to purchase a car from walking in to two test drives and finance / recon and even transferring all my stuff from the truck to the new accord. Excellent service and a good deal!

What a great experience I had @ Autofair yesterday. We did most of our communication/negotiation online first. After some back and forth they accepted my offer (!!) and I was there 30 minutes later. Jeff R was my salesman and he was really polite and respectful. I ve bought a few vehicles in the past year, and I must say he was the best of them. I told him I didn t have a lot of time so he definitely heard me and was working really quick. Then Shawn @ finance took me in and explained everything. He answered all of my questions. There were no surprises, and Shawn had me in & out in no time. It was really busy (Saturday in the late morning) so the total time was about 90 minutes from walking through the door to driving away in the new truck. I m sure it would ve been quicker if it wasn t so busy so I won t knock them for that.Overall a great experience and wouldn t hesitate to go with Autofair again. Well done!!

Best Experience from Sue at AutoFair Honda . She is awesome she was referred to me by a good friend and I would highly recommend her. She is real and not pushy by any means . I test drove two vehicles and she offered to come with me or go alone and reassured all my concerns. After having a bad experience else where I would absolutely come back here again !

My wife and I had a great car shopping experience here. Alex and members of the sales team are fantastic people to work with! We didn t feel at all pressured and really liked how they identified with our approach to car shopping. When going to a dealership it s easy to feel like you re being cornered or pushed into something you don t want. I never felt that way here. They are top notch in service and we like how they helped us identify exactly what we wanted. Buy your next Honda here!

First, the entire sales and finance team were courteous, friendly, and kind. They let me know my options but were not pushy about it at all. The sales team honored the price they negotiated over online and went above and beyond for other requests to get my used car up to my desired specifications before I bought it. I truly enjoyed working with Giovanni and the staff that night and they closed the sale after hours since I came late to my appointment.Service has also been wonderful and the staff has honored all their promises including the Autofair Advantage of first free oil change and tire rotation, a coupon book full of great discounts, and so much more. I didn't have to use their 30 day exchange policy and it speaks a lot to their confidence in providing that!Overall it took about 2 hrs to get the car after negotiating online, valuing my trade, and going through some odd-ball hoops that they happily accommodated! Will definitely come back :)

The salesperson was very helpful and patient. He took the time to answer our questions and find additional information when he didn't have it on him. We never felt like we were being pressured by him to do anything. I did not appreciate the push to get us to buy a warranty. It makes the car buying process less enjoyable. The continual pushing and pushing made me feel uncomfortable. Also, if I'm spending 30k on a vehicle, fill the gas tank. It's such a small gesture that would have communicated something.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. An online inquiry showed that AutoFair Honda had a great selection of the Ridgeline we were interested in. I had shopped around a bit beforehand with other dealers but couldn't find the color and trim that I wanted, and the pricing was unclear to say the least. After a short online inquiry with AutoFair Honda, a member of the sales staff called me and immediately provided a very competitive price quote. We stopped by the dealership the next day to see the truck that our Salesperson, Joe Kennen, had ready and waiting for us to test drive. We ultimately selected a different trim level which was more to our liking, and he in combination with the Sales Manager, Shantel Frost, put together a fantastic deal from the start. Just a short negotiation relative to our trade-in and we were done. Business Manager Stephen Doyon quickly got our payment in order and we were done with the entire deal in short order, despite it being a very busy Saturday afternoon. I've bought a lot of cars over the years - some of which have been very painful and others which have been very good - and this was one of our quickest, easiest, most transparent, and stress-free vehicle purchases I've ever made! From start to finish AutoFair Honda did a fantastic job!

Made an appointment to have a screw removed from a tire and then plug it. Took over an hour and had to pay $25 even though I have the extended warranty and it should have been covered. I was told I should have mentioned it before the repair. I've been there before for service covered by warranty and never had to tell them I had an extended warranty. With all the data they collect on me you would think this would be in their system. I only hope the service advisor follows through like he said, and gets me a refund.

Appointment process was easy and prompt. The CS technician was great. He communicated well and promptly several times during the service process. Process was easy to get a loaner vehicle for the few hours my car would be in for service. Highly recommend Kyle.

Everyone was so helpful, I was not expecting the ability to leave with a car same day, let alone at $0 down, they really do make it happen. Bought a car here when i was in my early 20's. They played me. I was young and naive at the time. They sold me a car, next day they called because i wasn't approved for the loan, even though the previous day i was approved according to them. But i could be approved if bring in more money for a down payment. I complied but i know now that this is a game stealerships play to hope you fall in love with the car then ask for more money later.The first night i was there they kept pestering me about an extended warrantee and i told them no. When i came back to give them more money for a down payment i was presented again with a new contract and they once again tried to get me to sign an extended warrantee. I was in there for a half hour just saying no. The finance person then said "you are just like my son, he likes to make mistakes too." What a B***H, not only to me but her son.Place is not good. Stay away from all things Autofare.

My husband and I both purchased a vehicle from Debbi Roy. She took great care of us, never made us feel like we were just another sale. She was very patient, even when I couldn't make up my mind on the color. The sales experience is really bad here. I spent a couple hours getting the used 2012 blue civic inspected and test driven. At the same time, the sales team scheduled someone else to look at the car about the same time I came back with it. They did not want to budge from their price even though the car needs $1700 worth of repairs soon after it is purchased. It has a bad exhaust and bad struts. I waited for a half hour for the sales rep to see me after I had returned from my test drive. The sales rep I was talking to was friendly but kept me waiting for a long time and the sales manager did not even want to negotiate after all the time I spent with the car.The HRV and Civic I looked at with them was priced too high according to CARFAX, Kelly blue book, and Edmund s. One of the sales reps then went into telling me how those tools are not accurate but their system is.The first round of sales reps I dealt with were generally friendly and I had a good experience talking with them. They helped me look at the HRV one day I came in. The second round of sales reps and the manager I talked to when looking at the civic was the complete opposite. I waited around for a long time just for them to not be willing to negotiate the price at all. After that, I handed the inspection report I had done to the next customer that was looking at the civic showing them the $1700 worth of repairs it would soon need and they were appreciative of that. I told them I hope they could get a fair price for the car. The sales manager (Moe Khan) then came out to the parking lot and asked me what I did. He said don t ruin it for the other sales people and keep that to yourself . If that is your reaction to someone being transparent and honest there s something wrong with the way you re doing business.

Customer service was excellent. Nick was our salesperson who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. If you re looking for a salesperson that is not pushy and makes buying a car then he would be a good choice. Initially we had an issue with the way our financing was set up. So I ended up calling Autofair to speak with someone in financing. The Finance manager (Chris) returned my call and was very responsive and instrumental in working things out for us. He really took the time to listen to what we had to say and is follow up went above and beyond. You will not get that kind of customer service anywhere else. That is the kind of finance manager more dealerships should have. We have purchased many vehicles at autofair and because of Chris s response and follow up we will continue to purchase cars at Autofair Honda. You couldn t ask for better customer service.

I went in for an oil change , just an oil change . I have a brand new car with only 7k miles on it , this was my second oil change . I was told that one of my tires was punctured and they recommended I got 2 new tires , they quoted 2 new tires at $550 total . I was leaving for Florida for a week and a half the next day and told them I d deal with it when I got back. I was then told that that was completely fine but expect to have a flat tire when I came back . I left to Florida and came back , I indeed did not have a flat tire when I came back and no lights were on. I then went to a tire shop for a second opinion and was told nothing was wrong with my tires and I don t need new ones. I will never bring my car back to Autofair for any type of service again and I suggest no one else does either. I can t imagine how often they try to pull a fast one on people that are more naive than I am . BEWARE

Really didn't want to start my week at the garage in my brand new Pilot. Super friendly staff and didn't try to make me feel like I was losing my mind with the grinding of my brakes. Rock+brake pad.. ugly noise! Really quick to get me in, out and safely back on the road.
