Don't get work done on your vehicle here. They are a dual business with Express Lane Towing, and they spend the majority of their time towing vehicles through that company. But it's all the same staff and same company, so they are busy with that and don't spend the proper time on repairs. They shouldn't take vehicles to be repaired based on this. I originally called them (through express lane towing) to tow my car to a repair shop. They offered to tow my car and also look at the issue I was having. Sounded great. They offered to fix the issue for cheaper than the repair shop was going to, sounds great again. So they finally did fix the issue, and yes it was at a cheaper rate, but it took weeks and weeks and weeks, couldn't reach them on the phone for days on end, and the fix ended up having a further issue which they attempted to fix but made minimal effort and my car was left with a partial repair but an ongoing issue. And this further issue was only handled after further weeks of calling and waiting and calling and waiting for a response. They should stick to towing vehicles and not repairs. They will give you a good rate but I highly recommend not to get repairs here.

Horrible experience here. Owner took my money in full, up front then took 4 months to slap used pieces on my car, missing parts that were paid for. Car was delivered with trim missing, headlights not working, etc...and NEW damage that wasn't even there at drop off!! No contact for days & weeks on end, rarely answered calls. I literally had to threaten to call the police to get my car back and it cost me over $2000 more dollars to have it finished elsewhere. Would not recommend for any repairs.

Best Car dealership in NH Manschester for real is insane how fast they will get you a car. I recommend you to go to they will approve you they will make sure you walk out with your fav car 100% guarantee. they such a great people real nice people to communicate great customer service such a beautiful cars too I walk out with my new Volvo v60 2016 and I really love it best investment I ever did in my life best dealership I ever been thru & trust me I been thru a lot dealership looking for cars and I did not like none of them till I finally found this one in Facebook app and I m glad I found it and didn t have to choose another dealership. Recommend this dealer? YesPurchased a vehicle from this dealer? YesI just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Auto Haven. As you can see I gave it 5 Stars! This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, Henrique Alves. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. I did not walk in to Auto Haven at 7:30 PM on a Friday night intent on leaving there with a new vehicle, but the more time that I spent talking to Henrique about my situation at that time the more inclined I became. His years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Henrique to get that deal. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Not only did I get to leave Auto Haven with a new Honda Odyssey, but also with my dignity intact. Thank you for all the good work, character and transparency.

Auto Haven LLC set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Henrique Alves was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process.This is the third car my family has purchased from them. From our first 2016 crv, second 2018 Jeep Grand Jerokee and 2020 Jeep Wrangler, everything has been perfect. They helped us in each choice to identify which was the most suitable car to meet our desires and needs, the process was fast and completed within a week, we achieved low inputs and the cars were always clean and serviced, they solved all our doubts and attended to all our requests. I leave here my special thanks to each of the two mechanics they have on the team for taking care of every detail and being very attentive and explanatory with care. thank you auto haven familyIt could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Tried to look at a car twice and no one was there or available. Tried to call and phone is either disconnected or turned off. Only way to contact them was through Facebook on a post that we saw on the marketplace. After finally being able to go and see the car we found that the car had a bunch of new parts that were cheap knock off parts and the car wasn't fixed in a safe manner. We were also told that the car had been garage kept and after seeing most of the brake lines rotting out the bumper brace and the motor supports and most everything else rotting not just rusted I took off. For anyone trying to buy a car that is sound, good, reliable and hell just safe and not held together with glue and zip ties I would strongly recommend not going and definitely not offering these guys your business. These guys don't care about you your family or anyone else on the road they just want to pull the wool over your eyes and take your wallet when you are not paying attention. Please keep your family and anyone else you care about away from here if you dont want to see them in a wooden box.

I do not recommend anyone to buy anything at Auto Haven ..Henrique Alves is a bad character, thief. I sold him my car to him . End he wrote me a bad check in July 2022. until today I still have the financing in my name.. because Toyota returned the bad check.. Henrique Alves is a person in bad faith, he takes advantage of the good nature of the person..

This place as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. The entire staff is so friendly. Will found my family the perfect vehicle. He was extremely friendly and had great communication. I have never had such an amazing easy and friendly car purchase until this place they didn t force me into something I didn t want, instead Will helped me find something I did want and love. If I could give this place a 10 I would. Give them a shot I m sure you will find exactly what you want. I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed I promise!

BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED AT! I just want to leave an honest review here about my experience at Auto Haven. I love that here at Auto Haven everyone is super nice, honest and transparent. Whether you are looking to purchase a vehicle or you need service at the mechanic shop, they will take care of you and make sure you understand and know everything through out all the steps/processes. You can send your mother, grandma, kids here and have peace of mind!

The gang at Auto Haven are great! Very helpful, honest. They preformed a brake job on my car, even finished earlier then they told me. I was very happy with their work. They have quite a selection of vehicles to choose from as well. Thanks Auto Haven.

Best dealership hands down! Put me in the car of my dreams. Worked with me to make it all work him and his wife are the best!!!! Won t do business with anyone else. They took the time to help us out, was willing to work with my family! Our kids even enjoyed the time there while my wife and I signed papers. Everyone there was so helpful, kind and patient. I brought my wife s car back after buying my Cadillac, and had it detailed. The customer service we experienced was the best we ve ever had. I wish we had dealt with them when purchasing my wife s car!!!! Enrique is the most kind hearted guy I know!!! Will definitely be sending business his way!!!

Was randomly walking by and asked about a car. They were very kind and friendly, very lively and excited to help me out. What I love about these guys the most is the fact that they're dedicated to providing clients with nothing but top of the line, platinum quality vehicles. They also worked with my not-so-stellar credit.. and found a bank with a surprisingly good rate. This is not somewhere that is going to sell you a clunker. These guys are what a dealership should be. Great job and big thanks to everyone there.

Henrique was a huge help getting my car a car starter! He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy to rely on the job. Autoheaven made my experience super easy and comfortable as I waited for my car to be worked on. They're employees we're very friendly and professional. 10/10 will definitely come back here next time I need car help.

I installed the remote start in my car in auto haven and besides the best price I found, the service was impeccable! after a while, I had to open a company in NH and Vitoria, owner of Auto Haven, helped me with everything until the car registration! she is simply cordial, polite and very kind! I refer Auto Haven for sure!

This is absolutely the BEST car dealership I know of. I have been working in the automotive industry for over 20 years, and have never felt so close to the people here. It s amazing how much they honestly care about me and the customers that come in. It truly is like a huge caring family who loves and cares about people and doing the right things. I have bought a lot of cars in my life. AUTO HAVEN for sure has their priorities straight. Best car buying experience ever. From Will in Customer Relations to the owner. They surely went above and beyond for me. Everyone is humble and kind, sales doesnt make commissions soo the pressure to buy is relieved. Everyone was super amazing, they care about their customers and make car buying simple and fun. Support small businesses , I did and would do again 100� over.. I stopped in auto haven to get an oil change and got much more than that. Beyond Impressed with the service. They took the time to not only look through the entire vehicle But explain to me in detail until understood what they were talking about. The only thing better than the service on the vehicle is the service from the staff inside while I was waiting for the work to be done I had a great conversation with Ryan the owner Who is telling me about how passionate he was to give back to the community and how the most important thing to him with building relations him who his customers he won me and everyone in the waiting Room over. Thank you auto haven for redefining how an auto service center should be.

My husband and I were looking for a car starter for our SUV. We had been given a quote at dealership of $550 plus an additional $300 for a second spare key. Henrique from Auto Haven gave us a quote for our car at a fraction of the cost from the dealership which saved us hundreds of dollars. The amount saved would be enough to get a second starter and possibly even cover part of a third car starter. Auto haven has fair pricing and excellent customer service, will always recommend to friends and family who need auto work done or are looking to purchase a new vehicle!

This place is wonderful!!! I went to autohaven when my car broke down. I have to admit my credit is pretty messed up and Will had me in a brand new car the same day. Excellent service... Excellent vehicles...very satisfied with all the help they provided to me...I couldn't thank them more.

This place is absolutely amazing, they will bend over backwards to get you in a car you will not only love but it will feel like it was made for you. The sales guy Will is the sweetest and does everything to get you the car you want. Bad or good credit they will help you and get you set up with a finance place to raise your credit like crazy!!!!

Can t say enough good things about these guys. Honest, fair, and responsive. I bought a used truck, a few weeks later had some minor issues. They immediately came, picked my truck up from my house (50 mins from their dealership) fixed the issues and then drove it back to me. They re great people who take care of their customers.

I had a problem with my suv ( not purchased through auto haven ) I got an appointment the next day with not having to wait . My suv was fixed that day and handed the keys over with in a few hours . I am so happy I was able to have quick, reliable service . My car is now perfect . Thank you so much auto haven . I definitely recommend going to auto haven for all your car needs . Will was amazing and even came to get me in Gloucester ma! They got me into a nice 2015 chrysler 200c and it only has 76k miles on it and I couldn't be more happier then I am right now! Henrique was amazing as well and I would recommend anyone to buy here ! I wish I worked here this is probably the only place I would wanna work besides the airlines! :) and I never wanted to work anywhere else as much as I do the airlines and that says alot!

I wanted to surprise my oldest grandchild with a car for her birthday. I looked at so many dealerships, the prices for a (and I quote) car that would NOT pass inspection and would need work. 3k..I happened to drive by auto Haven, and spoke with Ryan. He made a phone call to Henrique, 15 minutes, the PERFECT car drives in. Great Price, amazing service, the car was perfect...Don't get stuck with a clunker..go to Auto Haven. I know I will be back 7 more times... (8 grandkids total)! My granddaughter loved the car! Thank you Ryan and Henrique!! I see you soon...

They rush you through the sales process. Add on additional services into the cost without telling you. Then withhold necessary documents so you can get it registered. Then when you find out you need them say sorry we didn t know it was needed. They expect you as the customer to know what documents are needed to register your car and request them from them in advance. Then refuse to mail them to you so you have to make an additional trip to see them again then once you come in. Only now you probably don t have a car that is legal to drive so you have to arrange to get a ride there but when they want to sell you the car they offer to pick you up and take you out for the test drive but won t bring the paperwork they forgot to give you to you. So you find that ride to get it and then they tell you we can t mail it but we could have overnighted it to you. I definitely would not recommend shopping from this dealership to anyone. Oh and also just so your aware upfront they don t take checks or if you want to use your debit card for the deposit you need to pay a hefty surcharge.

I needed a battery for my Lincoln because my battery was failing! I went to Ford for a replacement battery, and a sales man rushed me and tried to have me trade out of my "old" lincoln, then they wanted to charge me $210 plus labor. He told me it's a Lincoln so they use a heavier duty battery for all there accessories. Then I went to Napa they charged me 170 for a replacement battery, then I called AutoHaven cuz my boyfriend recommended them to me, they got me a battery then and there and only costed me 110 and the nice tech changed it for me free of charge! Thanks guys for a great deal! Will definitely come back for all my automobile needs and will definitely recommended this place! Great environment to be at and no slimy people trying to over charge me!

I work for a vendor called Recon Velocity that offers used-car reconditioning software for the automotive industry. Auto Haven has been one of my favorite accounts thus far. Their progressive and foward thinking approach to the used car sales industry is refreshing and game changing. I have spent many years in the automotive sales industry and have witnessed how this company interacts with their customers and other business associates. They are a class act! They put alot into making sure the cars they sell are mechanically sound. I have been building their used-car reconditioning tool and the checklists for what they are putting into their cars is by far industry leading. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, go see Ryan, Henrique, Victoria, and Hugo. You won't regret it.
