Had some front end work done and I am happy with the results. They were able to schedule us sooner than other shops, actually finishing the work a day early. Popped in for a seatbelt light that wouldn't shut off and they corrected it very quickly. They worked directly with my insurance, making my life easier. Will use them again.

I am extremely picky about my vehicles. I had a branch fall on my car and it destroyed my hood. I brought it to Auto City. Karen had my quote done with in a few hours, she sent it to my insurance and took care of all my concerns. Carol called me and kept me updated on all the progress and issues. David completed the paint job. The paint is very difficult to match and the results of the repair, paint job, and blend came out amazing. I am extremely pleased with Auto City and refer them to anyone who needs their services.

I totally recommend this repair center, the assistance was great the whole team was very gentle, I received updates every week which is great because you don't need to be calling to know how is everything going, they do it for you and answer all your questions. 100/100

OMG I M STOKED TO HAVE MY CAR BACK! THESE GUYS ARE FANTASTIC! Had a hit & run last year. Took my car with me out of state as I travel for work. Thought I would have it fixed while in another state at a Ford Dealership. That was a disaster. Glad to be back and have things done right on my Audi. These guys and lady are certified professional s. THANK YOU FROM MY HEART !

This place is FANTASTIC!! My car was ready exactly when they said it would be, the price was exactly what they quoted on the estimate, and best of all, the work is TOP NOTCH. An auto body shop in Tilton NH let my car sit on their open lot in the snow and rain for over 2 months and wanted to charge $2,700 MORE than what Auto City charged. I recommend these folks without reservation!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got into my first accident since I was in high school and was a little nervous about the process and just not having my car. Auto city was great from start to finish - my car looks brand new, they kept me updated throughout the process and were just overall friendly from start to finish. They even went above and beyond and cleaned the interior of my car as well (which not gonna lie was pretty messy). As a busy mom this really meant a lot and if I'm ever in this type of situation again I will definitely be taking my car here again

My car was hit by tree two months ago. I sent it to Auto City for repair. They originally told me that it may take 7 days but they worked extra hours and completed the work in one day. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed that one of the scratches on the work order wasn t fixed. Ronnie took my car back and arranged a loaner for me free of charge. The second time when I picked up my car, I saw some scratches on the hood and back door which I didn t notice before. I contacted Ronnie again. He was very patient and responsive. He took my car again and asked his staff to buff those scratches. I really appreciate their help and effort!Services: Painting, Welding

I went to this place, because this was the closest place my Insurance offered services. Boy am I glad they did. They made the repair process as painless as a possible. They offered inexpensive rentals, with good vehicles to use in the interim (Again, covered by my insurance). This made the drop off/pick up process incredibly easy. They kept constant communication of repairs & provided accurate time tables.Look, no one wants to use a body shop: it's like going to the Hospital: You're there because something is wrong. But it's good to know if I have future issues, this place is there to assist.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Thank you Auto City of Manchester! All of the staff and body shop workers were awesome to me when I had my accident! My Subaru looks better than when I bought it! It was done and given back to me on the day they promised me! I can't praise them enough for the awesome job they did on my Subaru, along with the customer service! Thank you again! I ve now had work done at Auto city collision twice. Everyone who works there is always so kind and easy to work with. Karen has always done an amazing job getting my car in for an estimate and the prices are very fair. I would recommend everyone getting work done here.

I go there for business reasons but I would definitely go there for personal reasons. The people are awesome and the quality of work is excellent. The reason for the 4 stars is there phone system. When you call there is no option to just talk to someone. You have to go through many prompts. If you don't answer the prompts then you get a person. If they changed their phone system they would get 5 stars.

Outstanding performance and service! Cannot recommend the folks at Auto City Collision highly enough! They fixed my car in a timely manner and made it look as good as new! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and took all my concerns into consideration. If you want the best, go to Auto City Collision!

These amazing professionals went further than above and beyond when they fixed my vehicle! They did it in a timely manner and even fixed a few things extra for me with no extra cost! When I got my car back it looked brand new not just the bodywork that they did, but they gave it a really good cleaning too! I highly recommend this place to anybody that needs auto bodywork!

I have used Auto City twice for accident repairs, as well as for some other car repairs, and I can say they are excellent in every way. Auto City is a professional business, and I feel comfortable working with them because I am not working with some mechanic trying to run a business - I am working with business people who oversee everything runs smoothly, from the work done, to my insurance, to my rental car. During my most recent visit, I had almost $6K worth of damage to my Infiniti, and they made absolutely sure to acquire only 100% Infiniti parts to rebuild my car. It is solid and I can find no indication that I was ever involved in an accident. I will never go to another shop.

Great work. This team knows how to make a car right again. Google map puts you on the wrong street but if you talk to them on the phone before going they give directions

Not only did they fix my bumper on my Scion but they also cleaned/vacuumed the inside of my vehicle, which was a mess. Much appreciated. The staff onsite and via phone were always polite and very informative. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.Thank you,Juanita H

Leo has been my mechanic for more than 15 years and always comes to my rescue. Besides the state inspection he fixed my grill, reinstalled muffler shield, and changed the oil. He always goes out of his way to help and if he finds something will call me and give an estimate before I make a decision. Thank you Leo and Auto City.

Coming home from work, the last thing I though was I'd end up at Auto City - - - Again! Unfortunately for me, being on one of Manchester's inner city one way streets, another driver failed to stop and remain stopped yielding to traffic with the right of way.Auto City had a flatbed at the scene of my accident in mere minutes after the police called them. When I arrived at the office, all the necessary forms were already prefilled out and a rental was waiting for me.Auto City restored my very damaged truck right the first time and provided me a written warranty ensuring I was completely happy now and offering me peace of mind down the road should something seem off later.I have used Auto City Collision Repair Center for my mechanical servicing and hoped not to have to use them for the Collision Repair portion of the business but Rob, Mike and the rest of the team made this experience as painless as they could.Thanks again Auto City!

They did a fabulous job with my car and was done in 4 days sooo impressed they even cleaned my car and vacuumed it so nicely they left me also a huge bottle of touch up paint I guess they thought I'd need it hehehehe ;) thanks again wonderful job!!!!

Always great work, the staff is very friendly & helpful in explaining all of your options. Plus is SUPER helpful that they have their own fleet of loaner vehicles while your vehicle is getting repaired.

The person named Ron refused to m ake an estimate after I got my car towed here, he just kept making a guess after looking at the car less than 3 minutes when I needed parts that need replaced itemized and printed on paper. I wouldn t trust or recommend this place.
