It was my first time going to Auto Care plus, (I needed new windshield wipers) and by the time I paid for them and got a receipt, they already had them put on for me. For free, no additional charge!! You can't beat that! I'll definitely go back there for my "auto care" needs! Rick was the guy that helped me out, and he gets 5 stars by me! Thank you Rick!

These guys are great! Rick and Barry provide top notch customer service and were very helpful and empathetic regarding my repair situation.The loaner saved me so i could still get to work and they were great about letting me keep it a few extra days until i received my insurance claim checks. I highly recommend these guys.

I came in for an oil change and was helped immediately by Rick. The other guys in the office were very helpful as well. I called and got an appointment within the next few hours. Rick went above and beyond. He gave me all the information I needed to keep my vehicle running in great condition.

Absolutely fantastic staff and service! I called at the last minute after a poor experience elsewhere and Rick was able to get me in within 5 minutes! They provided excellent suggestions for future maintenance and offered help working with my after-market warranties. 10/10 recommend

My first visit to ACP was a great experience. They completed my tire swap in world record time. Service Advisor (Rick) was the perfect professional. They even drove me the one mile home while I waited for my cuv. I will definitely give them full opportunity to Service my entire vehicle once the oem warranty expires (not saying they can't perform oem warranty work, I'm just weird about that stuff). They showed integrity and respect.

Rick was a huge help, and got us back on the road fast. My partner and I ran into some car trouble after driving through a ton of mud. The car started shaking like crazy when we got on the highway so we stopped here to see what the problem was. They got the car cleaned up and working properly in less than an hour. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Stay away from these guys. They overcharge for work, they look for problems, and will pork you in the wallet for it. I recently brought a vehicle here and told them that I am going to take it elsewhere after they did the invoice. I showed the other mechanics what was typed up from here, and they said they see it all the time, from people who have come here. I'm very serious when I say, find someone else and avoid these people at all costs!January 30, 2024 Edit: As you see, they left a long winded reply. It goes to show that they know somewhere, that what I am reporting back, is accurate. I got my vehicle to take a sticker at my own mechanics. So, yes, the decision to not let these frauds work on my vehicle, was a smart one. I am telling you all, do not use this shop! They will reach as far as they can into your pocket, with no conscience or problems doing it. The long lists they give customers are not even close to anything wrong with your vehicle. It is price gouging, indeed.Screw you Autocare. I got my vehicle fixed for a fraction of the cost of what you people made up! And my vehicle runs great. No problems at all!Stay far away, anyone contemplating going here. And I mean it.

Rick is very professional and polite I was very pleased with his service. I am not sure who my technician was but he was also professional and honest. I appreciated the use of the vehicle when my car was going to be longer than planned, my only complaint about that is the customer shouldn't be responsible for gas, it was given to me not quite at full, and I returned it the same way and was expected to put gas in it. I think maybe if the agreement was if you go more than 10 miles you should be responsible for gas. I used it to run an errand locally on south willow, and then drove it home which is about 2 miles from the shop. I am sorry I didn't get the gas, and I understand the frustration but I did not use the amount of gas it was calling me to put into it. Outside of that one complaint it was a great expierence.

Price gouging, condescending, will charge you for absolutely anything they can. It really says a lot when you tell other shops about your experience here and their response is, "Oh yea, I've heard many horror stories about that place". Definitely take your business elsewhere, your wallet will thank you.Edit- I say all of this and their only response is, "You are not in our database." They don't care about you or your car.

I had a great experience here, I just purchased a small utility trailer and called around to get a vin verrification form. I had six shops that wouldnt do it (any inspection station can do this). They told me I could bring it by right away and help me out! When I got there, Jay helped me and got me on my way! They even did it for free!Thank you guys!

I'm sure I'm not the only one nervous to drop off their car for their oil change or whatever , fearing what are they gonna find when they have your car. I'm confident that if they find something it's something honestly wrong. I trust they will not mislead me or lie. This is why I continue to bring my car that I love to them.

My 2016 Rav 4 died in my garage, never had a problem with it before. Called roadside assistance who jump started my car. He asked me how old was the battery in my vehicle, I told him it was the original battery, he told me I should get a new battery. As a women you don't think about these things, that a battery doesn't last forever in your car. I was now nervous about driving my Rav thinking that it might die on me while I was driving it. I knew Auto Care Plus was in my neigborhood, so I called them that day and spoke to a very nice gentleman name Rick who works at the desk. I told him I needed a new battery for my Rav. Even though it was a short notice, he told me to come in and they could put a new battery in my Rav that day. I knew they were closing at 5:30 but couldn't get there until 4:00. They replaced my battery and I am truly thankful for their help on such a short notice. Now I will be a customer of Auto Care Plus to service my Rav 4. Thank you Rick and to the mechanic who installed my new battery.

First time customer. I had to get my vehicle inspected, but knew the brakes were iffy at best. Rick explained the repairs I would need to pass inspection and was able to get me in the following day. I didn't want a loaner for only a few hours and Rick arranged a drop off and pick up for me. And, he even called me the next day to let me know I paid just a tad too much. I loved that. Will be going back for any future repairs.

I had a great experience. I only have one vehicle, so it was a HUGE plus that this company offers loaner vehicles and even though all the repairs I needed took a little over a week to finish, they helped me out and let me keep the loaner for the whole time. The staff is very pleasant and professional. They call and update you on progress. The cost for the work I needed was on par with what I expected. I m in shock how well my 13 tacoma drives now. These guys did some magic and it feels like a brand new truck. Went in with a cambered front left wheel from a side swipe and they went above and beyond with diagnosing the problem and getting it back in action the same day. I first called asking for help while broken down on the side of the road. Rick was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong and was happy to look at the car right away. When we got there, they were very quick to put It on the lift and come back with a report. We have never been there before, as we were traveling but we lucked out. Rick and his crew were knowledgeable, quick to help and very affordable . Fortunately, we were on our way within 15 minutes. Problem solved we would highly recommend them! Rick was great!!

I have found the gentlemen at Auto Care Plus to be more than competent and extremely polite and courteous. My experience with other auto repair shops has been less than favorable. When they see a Mercedes or BMW coming in for service, I feel they figure, He drives a Benz (or BMW). He can afford as much service as we can toss at him. And I feel I get services I may not really needy right now. But for the most part I don t feel I ve experienced that with Auto Care Plus.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Wiper blade installation

Buyer beware!Classic example of a shop that stretches the definition of what fails a state inspection to put additional revenue on the books.Combined with aggressive markup on parts, only those who don t understand cars would suggest their practice was fair. I wanted them to earn my business. They did the opposite.Will pursue further action.

The AutoCarePlus station in Manchester, NH, really helped us in our time of need two weeks ago. On our way from New York to Maine, our 2019 car suddenly overheated, would not start up again, and AAA had to tow us to their shop. The considerate people at AutoCarePlus agreed to see us, even though their Saturday hours were coming to a close. In addition to diagnosing and correcting what the problem was, Barry, Jay, and Mike were extremely professional, friendly, AND very funny exactly what we needed!!! Although we don t live nearby, and thus can t use them on a regular basis, we highly recommend this crew based on the resolution of our emergency experience.Service: Auto water leak repair

Very low pressure environment here. I took car in for an inspection. They gave a very detailed report on what needs to be fixed but also tell you when they need to be fixed - most things didn't need to be immediately fixed, so this was good to know. If you enjoy being talked down to and throwing money away, absolutely use Auto Care Plus!Brought my car for an inspection and oil change. I was told that my front tires failed the safety inspection and that they were 'required' to use full synthetic oil for my oil change. I was never told that the oil change cost would be MUCH higher than when I dropped my car off.I was sent pictures of my 'failing' tires. On the meter that is used to test the treads on a tire, there are three colors. Green is good, yellow is getting low and may need to replace soon, red is failing. BOTH my front tires were in the yellow on the meter and I was told that it was the techs call to fail me anyway. They wanted me to buy two new tires. The ones that I have are just over 1 year old.I was able to bring my car to a competitor and was treated with respect and fairly.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON, NOT EVEN TO BUY AN AIR FRESHENER. They will lie and cheat to make money.
