Purchased a vehicle from a small dealership who uses Alex Auto Repair for inspections and what have you. Bought my van a month ago. They inspected and passed the van prior to my purchasing it. After it broke down on the highway last night (we were 2 hours from home and 2 hours from our destination with 6 young kids in tow) we go to fix it today, to find the floor under the driver's side was all rusted out. How the heck did they pass this for inspection and say it was safe to drive?!?

Alex and his team are the best, they are honest and efficient. They have fair prices and won t try to get you to do things you don t need with your car. I have been taking my cars for a while now and it is the only shop I will be going to for any of my car needs.

Ive been going here for all my cars. Even after moving two hours away i still come here. Alex is honest and his crew is knowledgeable, he will always try to help you so come here first i cant say enough good things about these guys

Alex does excellent work at a fair price. They treat their customers fair! Just like his Father. Been taking my cars there since 1993 and no complaints Alex Repairs Rocks Solid. The best small car repair business in Manchester, NH! Father & Son great people.

Yea I went in there wit a mass air flow sensor problem they told me I needed injectors.. now my car has check engine light on and my motor is shaking.. I put the old mass air flow sensor in and it's doing da same problem it was doing when I brought it.there. They are not honest..

Charged me 500 to replace front suspension. Car still making noise, took it somewhere else and they never replaced them, just painted them so they would look new. I have been going to Alex's garage for years and I have never been disappointed in their service. Before I went to Alex's . I being a woman ,was always getting ripped off from other auto service places! I found all these mechanics at Alexes to be honest and very polite . There services are reasonable and I never feel that I've been taking advantage of and ripped off. I highly recommend ALEX'S and will continue to trust them with my vehicle.

This garage is excellent. They have serviced my vehicles several times. They do a GREAT job and are very honest and fair on all their prices. This is the only garage I will use for my Flower Shop and my personel use.

Horrible customer service. Never returned my calls, lied about pricing and then tried to blame someone who wasn't there, lied about how long it was going to take for labor, will say anything to get you in the door but then change everything once your there. You can only pay cash and they charge more than most shops in the area. All employees are paid under the table and doesn't do anything legally. I wouldn't trust them with anything.

I've been going to Alex's for 10 years. Have referred other people there too. I went there yesterday and for the first time I felt like they ripped me off. It's a bummer. So, looking for a new mechanic now.
