I contacted John to replace the water pump on my 2015 Toyota Sienna. I dropped my car off Sunday evening and it was ready Monday afternoon! His communication was fantastic. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable, and isn't pushy like some mechanics can be. I got a detailed inspection report with photos and video with maintenance recommendations to chip away at - I don't know of another shop that is as detail oriented! John was great with answering any questions I had. I absolutely recommend Toyota Workshop and will absolutely be a long-term customer!

I recently moved to New Hampshire and wasn t in the market for a new vehicle. I purchased a 2007 Tundra SR5 and knew it was going to need some work. Luckily, I came across Toyo Workshop LLC through social media, contacted John via e-mail, and the rest was history. For anyone that owns a Toyota or Lexus, I would say that Toyo workshop LLC is hands-down worth every penny that goes with your budget; not against your budget. The diagnosis I got on my 07 Tundra was not only thorough, but straight to the point and documented the entire way. John has a plethora of knowledge that enables you to see a clear vision on what s going on with your vehicle. His customer service and work ethic is phenomenal. I have a peace of mind knowing what kind of repairs I would be looking forward to with safety being the priority.

Enjoyed my interactions with John at Toyo Workshop. His evaluation of work needed on my Tacoma was detailed and informative with cost estimates for each project. Communication was excellent. Very pleased with John s work and my Tacoma is doing great.

This past August, I brought my 2010 Tacoma to a local Toyota Dealership to have the calipers replaced. I prefer using the dealerships because I want genuine Toyota parts on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I do not like the high costs of their services. They were very nice and fixed what I asked and then charged me an arm and a leg for the service and suggested that I start looking for a new truck because there was a lot more wrong with it. They also gave me quotes on what needed to be fixed and said it wasn't worth it.I love my truck and wasn't happy with this news! Then I remembered seeing John's Toyo Workshop ad on Facebook. I took my truck to him and asked for his opinion. Not only could he fix everything, he could do it without breaking the bank! He did an initial review of the truck and took pictures of everything that needed work and emailed it all to me in a very professional presentation. John uses all genuine Toyota parts and made my truck ride like new again! I am 100% happy with his work and will be going to him from now on. As for the cost? He saved me a little over $1000 in comparison to the dealership quote.I'd call that a win, win, win. Thank you, John!

I am pleased to give Toyo Workshop my highest recommendation for prompt, efficient, and thorough automotive service. For example, when I brought my 2009 Toyota 4Runner in for an analysis of its overall condition and subsequent service and repair recommendations, John Tucker provided me with a detailed summary of his inspection with attached photos, called to follow up and discuss appropriate repairs, and then provided me with a detailed work estimate. Once I approved the work, John completed all the necessary repairs promptly, keeping me informed during the process. I am very pleased with the service I have received at Toyo Workshop and, importantly, with the quality of the work. Five stars all the way!

Originally contacted Toyo Workshop to quote changing oils in the driveline and door lock issues. We arranged the time to drop off and complete the work. I received a detailed work order and then when work was completed a detailed inspection of my truck. John took plenty of time explaining everything he found, good and concerning. John and I reached an agreement on how to proceed with repairs. He ordered appropriate parts, some genuine and some not(but just as good in his opinion) and scheduled another appointment. Same easy drop off and pick up of my truck as before. On time and fully completed. I still have more appointments to book, my truck has not seen a mechanic other than state inspection for more than 50 thousand miles. I now have more than 105 thousand on it. With John's knowledge and my desire to not buy another truck at this time I see Toyo Workshop in my fucture for some time now.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Brake service & repair

If you want someone with expert level knowledge of Toyota-branded car lines...John Tucker is your man.I have a Lexus hybrid and was having an issue with the hybrid battery. All kinds of engine lights, couldn't be reset, couldn't pass inspection. I brought it to the dealership and their computer diagnostic spit out that 2 fuel cells were reading zero voltage. The dealerships conclusion was that the battery was shot and the only option would be to replace the battery entirely with a new one at a cost of $8500. My research into the secondary recertified hybrid batteries wasn't much better. A cost between $2000-2500 and a lot of anecdotal evidence of a high level of failure and warranty replacing failed batteries. It took me a few months to find my way to John's shop since I live in NYC and he's NH based, but as soon as I connected with him and outlined the issue, he had a few ideas of what the actual problem might be. As soon as he got his hands on the car, he confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the battery. The issue was the sensor that reported the fuel cell voltage to the computer. The leads connected to the 2 "zero voltage" cells were visibly corroded out. John swapped in a new sensor and voila! Problem solved. Cost of the replacement part? $650. John's expertise, problem solving and critical thinking saved me almost $8K. He knows what he's doing and has the years of experience to prove it.I would be skeptical of the cost of a dealership and the quality of their mechanics. In my case, I didn't feel like they dug deep enough into the problem to find out what the actual source issue was. They simply had an error code which justified the cost of a new battery and went with that when in fact, there was nothing wrong with the battery. Thank God for John and his ability to move beyond the obvious and not stopping diagnostics until he found the root cause of the issue. In addition to fixing the battery issue, he ran through my whole car and determined a set of preventative measures to get the car into top notch condition. He uses this amazing CRM software which makes everything he's doing and his reasoning behind fixes super clear and easy to follow. I normally feel like mechanics simply give you a raw dollar amount and I never feel like I know what the breakdown of cost is for. Not with John. Everything was laid out and make me feel great about the value of what I was paying for.John is a gem and you will not regret going to him for your car issues.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

I took my wife's Rav4 hybrid in for regular service. Nothing exciting, just rotating the tires and an oil change.John also checked the filters as well as the tread depth on the tires. I got a full report of everything inspected. He was also very communicative and accommodating. My wife's Rav4 will be going back there and my Tacoma will be there as well. Thank you John!
