I must say it was such a pleasure doing business with everyone at Jay s auto from the sales department right down to the repair shop. The pricing was right and they treated me almost like family. I have bought several cars in my lifetime new and used and I will definitely return. They always wanna make sure that you are happy and if you re not, they will make sure that they do whatever it takes. Give Jay s auto a chance and you ll see what I m talking about, this place is what definitely separates the used car dealerships because they go above and beyond thank you everyone at Jay s auto.

The worst buying experiences on purchasing a car from this dealer. Went to purchase a honda pilot and to find that the oil pan was cracked all the way across with the wrong bolt!!!!! Oil leaking and everything! The dealership stated it was "NORMAL" for honda's to have the grinding! HAHAHAHA. A bunch of incompetent sales and technicians. They refused to help and fix the issue. I am now $500 out of pocket for a new oil pan. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! There are plenty of other better dealers around the area. See the pictures here for proof of the cracked and stripped bolt of oil pan.

My boyfriend, Matt and I went to Jay's after he found a vehicle on the website he was interested in.Brian and Adam were great to deal with and so helpful!We brought the car home a few days ago and, so far, Matt is very happy with his purchase! Based on our experience so far, we would definitely recommend Jay's!

I had such a great experience working with Jays! They were always available for any questions I had and helped me work through the process while buying my first car! Brian the sales man I worked with made sure all my questions were answered and helped me find a vehicle that would work for me. Would definitely recommend!

I am so very happy with the Mazda that Steve found for me. He called us right away when he found the car and I am glad he did. Adam was great with the deal. Bought ford 2014 , I asked the salesman to open the hood which he and I noticed oil around inside, I asked him about it and I m he said it was just a spill . I bought the car anyways, but I made sure that I m driving a safe car I took it to do my own inspection and they found oil leak. I made an appointment at jays and I was told that they can t find any leak that I have to come back in two wks: I did , they checked and noticed the leak , I had to wait for the warranty to prove the payment after, I was told to $100 differ::: I said it s okay as long as my car runs well and it s safe me and my kids. I took for fix I went to picked, the surprise things is that , the car sound worse after I got it from them . It s grinding when I press breaks and I m on 60m, and turning . Transmission it doesn t sound smooth as it was b4 I took to them for the leak fix . Now I don t even know how to report this to them ..

This is the truth. While visiting our kids in Loudon N.H. our motor home had a brake issue. I called Good Sam club without any resolve. Began calling around looking for mechanic to come to me or me driving to them. After 10 calls no luck until I called Jays. They fixed my motor home in regards to brakes not holding. They were Terrific honest and professional. I could go on but the message is there. They are great people.

I bought a car here a month ago. They outright lied to us about MULTIPLE important points during the ordeal. They required my cosigners social security card (but not mine?), kept us waiting for hours, and were wrong about the price of the vehicle we were buying. On a good note, they allowed us to come back the following day to finish up since we had to leave for work, but the next day was worse. I was called early in the morning and woken up being asked why I didn't have an insurance binder for the vehicle I hadn't purchased yet, and I was never told it was a requirement to have insurance before the car left the lot. Nothing was explained during paperwork, the guy, I think the finance manager? was not understanding. We were visibly upset, and he kept cracking jokes. He told us it was totally okay if me and my cosigner wrote down the same people for references, but the next day I got a call telling me that I was wrong and I needed more references. They EXPLICITLY told us they were only sending our credit to 2 (TWO - this was a point of pride for the man talking to us) credit unions, and we each got hit by at LEAST 5 hard inquiries. All in all a horrible experience, would not recommend to my worst enemy.side note: Jeff is a good guy. Jeff was nice and treated us with respect and gave me genuine advice that I wish to god I had followed.

Great service. I bought my Jeep at Jays a few years ago. I bring it in for inspection and other maintenance and everyone that works in the shop are great. If something extra comes up they'll call and explain what needs to be done and the cost. No surprises!

Hands down, this is the best place to purchase a used car. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The vehicles are clean inside and out.I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and I have to say this was the best purchase we made. We had a little issue with the car, but Jay's friendly staff fixed in a timely manner. I want to thank Jay's staff and Jay himself for a wonderful experience. We will certainly purchase another car from this dealership again in the near future as I have a teenager that will be needing a vehicle.

My wife recently brought a car from Jay's, we are very happy so far, Steve Dudley our sales person was very friendly and professional: In fact, when we voiced our interest in a certain brand of car he found one and called us before putting on the lot for sale. I would recommend Jay's to anyone looking for a used car, asked for Steve.

I wasn't even looking for a new vehicle, but was driving past Jay's and saw the most beautiful Toyota Tundra for sale. The mileage was a little higher than I would have wanted, but the vehicle was in fantastic shape. I stopped in and was greeted by Steve. He just said "Hello" and let me know he'd be here to help. I liked his non-confrontational approach. Once I decided that I wanted the truck, Steve helped me through the financing process and made everything run smooth. I was super impressed with how Jay's Auto does business, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle. Ask for Steve, you won't be disappointed!!

Bought two cars there in the last 4 months. Jon was very open and knowledgeable about all of inventory. Anyone looking for a used vehicle should definitely look here. Cars are the cleanest of any used dealership I've been to. No high pressure. No hovering. Great experience. They are busy so don't wait if you see something you like, it may be gone.

I bought a Toyota through Jay's about a month ago. I found staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, honest and easy to work with. Price was what I was looking for. Would I go back? You betcha!

I brought my friend car shopping here years ago and ended up finding a vehicle I wanted to purchase. The salesman told me he d give me $1,500 trade price for my current vehicle and $1,000 off asking price. I made an appointment to go back upcoming Saturday to purchase vehicle. Once I arrived the owner stated he would only give me $750 for my vehicle and nothing off the asking price. I would not purchase a vehicle from them again just because of that, the only reason I continued with the sale was because I really liked the one I was purchasing from them.

Buying process was simple, because I had my loan and knew what I wanted, they didn't need to "sell" me anything. The warranty service, however, not so much. I had a simple tire balance, and my car was still shaking at a certain speed. I was told I would be helped at 9am, we would go for a ride so I would be able to show the mechanic the issue, and we could go from there. I arrived at 8:50 (before the mechanics even were there), was not helped until 10am when no one else was there, the mechanic did not let me ride with him and he said he couldn't reenact the issue. I wasted 4 hours of my Saturday on being told I need to come back during the week. Do not come here for any reason, they do not take your concerns seriously, they only care that you made them money. 0/10, do not recommend Jays buying from Jays.

I happen to be a person who is passionate about giving a GOOD or a Bad review when either is warranted. Not only is this one of the nicest dealerships with an amazing inventory of cars and trucks for sale at very reasonable prices but the service center they have on site is in my mind the epitome of professionalism. Their car technicians are some of the most friendly customer service people I have ever met and dealt with. They are honest and extremely knowledgeable, especially a technician named Aaron. If you have a car problem, these pros ONLY charge just $69.00 bucks an hour to do repairs ! That is an unheard of rate! Do your homework if you have any doubt about my review. Call around. Call 10-20 different repair shops and see why $69.00 an hour cant be beat anywhere. They are passionate about earning your business and they surely have earned mine. I own a limousine agency, The New Hampshire Limo-Scene and I think the cheapest hourly rate I was paying before I was referred to Jay's was $95.00 an hour! Jay's will save me $26.00 an hour so my new go to place to service ALL my vehicles will certainly be here. I GIVE 100% HONEST AND TRUTHFUL REVIEWS BECAUSE I APPRECIATE PROFESSIONALISM. If the place sucked, you surely would be reading a review quite opposite of the one your reading now. We as consumers now possess the technology to spread the word be it good or bad annd I feel its our God given responsibility to pass information on to the public so people can stay informed and make an educated decision when a place as good as this exists! I write many many reviews, on all types of businesses so I appreciate you taking your time to read about my positive experience with Jay's Auto Sales and Service. I had recently needed to replace my truck and wanted a good one for plowing and wasn't able to find a reasonable deal. After driving around for days I found a good truck at a price I could handle at Jays. The truck runs great and I wanted to mention how much I appreciated the help I got trying to get me a good interest rate for my credit. Jay's is a place I would send someone who doesn't want to feel like they are being pushed into a car just to make a sale. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot, overall super clean but noted the timing belt, and rear brakes needed replacement. They agreed to replace the timing belt kit, and rear brakes. The service department is top notch Warren and Arron did a great job, showed me the old parts and they used top shelf after market parts. I was worried that they would use garbage autozone parts but they used a Continental timing belt kit, and the work was done to perfection. Best service experience I ve had in this state.

I had a pleasant experience with the sales dept. They did what they needed to do to get me in a car. Had one same day.Warren in the repair dept is fantastic. He definitely goes above and beyond. He always gets me right in for my repair.

I wasn't impressed the way they treated my son while var shopping. Made him to committed to by the vehicle with out test driving it. That is a big red flag right there. My son wanted to do a trade witch they won't even give him a estimate or offer. Took the vehicle home with no working Emergency brakes, they fixed it two trips and two weeks later. Would I go back to do business? No way!

The best way to experience buying a car is through Jay's, they are honest, quick, and most importantly they pay attention to their customers. I will most definitely be coming back again in the future and also recommending all my friends to go here. Best family friendly atmosphere.

My grandfather, mother, brother, and I have all had great experiences at Jay's. I was in the market for a car and Jay was patient, accommodating, polite, and thorough. He made buying the car a breeze and was a pleasure to work with. His staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly, and I can't imagine having gone anywhere else! Next month will be four years with my car from Jay's---still going strong! Thanks Jay & staff!!

Dealt with Steve, great guy. He worked with me and didn t try forcing a sale on me, I told him my price range and what I wanted and within 3 days the truck I wanted is sitting in my driveway. As long as Steve is there you better believe that s where my business is thanks again and I love my new Ram.

I haven't purchased a car at this location, but I love the staff of their service department. Very reasonable prices, and Warren is a great guy who believes in taking great care of any of his customers. I always feel respected and educated when I need work done.
