George and Sons was very easy to work and did a top notch, fantastic job with repairing my Mazda. John was professional yet personable and I would absolutely choose him again in the future if needed. I firmly believe that when the owner of the shop is the one to do the work, you will get a higher quality repair and finish and John George has proved me right. Also, his quote was the most cost effective of the 4 shops I got quotes from. I could not be happier with my choice in repair shops.

I made an appointment to bring my car in on May 17th 2017. I brought the car in, had the damage taken care of all in roughly a day and a half!! It was so quick!!! I would not trust my car to anyone else other then John. He does great work, and has an awesome turn around time.My car looks fabulous. You can't even tell where the damage was at all!!I would give George and Son's Auto Body a 5 star rating and recommend anyone to his shop. Thank you John for taking such good care of me!!P.S. John also did my Saturn Aura a few years back also, and I was also very happy with his work then too.

The husband had a little backing up fender bender that we wanted fixed. I was referred to George and Sons from my car maintenance guys (Garry's in Concord, also excellent). What a wonderful, honest and competent shop. Brought the car by on a Thursday, he took a look at it and gave me 2 options to decide on - expensive (replace all) or not-so-expensive. Even offered to roll the not-so-expensive cost over to the expensive opt if we didn't like how it came out. He suggested we'd like the less expensive fix saying he thought he could do a decent job. It's an old car w/ 200K+ miles so we said let's start there and see where things go.We dropped the car off Sunday night & received a call midday Monday saying it was ready. They even fixed a front fender dent we got over the weekend from flying ice off a car on the highway. I hadn't even mentioned it as we were focused on the rear bumper.No add'l fees were even suggested. Just the price he provided when we first met. Easy peasy. Love dealing with honest businesses that deliver on all they say they will.If you have an auto body need, these guys are who you should go to.

John George did EXCELLENT work on my Jaguar! I'd trust him with any vehicle: high end to your winter beater. The hood and bumper look brand new, the paint matches exactly. He kept me well informed of his progress by phone calls. I'd recommend him on any work type, plus he's an official state inspection station. GREAT WORK! A super work ethic too!

We have been using John George for a number of years. He always does great work at a reasonable price. John does a wonderful job matching the paint and remains within the price quote. John really cares about his quality of work and you ll be impressed with the results.

Last week a landscaping company truck smashed my rear taillight assembly. I went to John for a quote to send the guy and had it in a few minutes. The part came right in, and by the next morning I was back to new! I have always found John to be honest and trustworthy, and a complete professional with his quality work. I have asked him for referrals on other car topics, and he has never steered me wrong. This guy is great to work with.

After my 2013 Honda CRV was badly damaged in an accident my mechanic recommended George & Sons. George did a great job! The vehicle looks like new. He dealt with my insurance agent, I didn't have to do anything. He also had my car ready ahead of schedule. George was honest, easy to work with, and did great work.

I was so happy with my experience! I called and left a message on Sunday figuring I would hear back Monday and John contacted me that same day about a half-hour later. He even looked at my car that Sunday. John was knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. He was happy to work with my schedule to get my car fixed. I will definitely go back and recommend him to friends!

As a local insurance agent, I strive to advise my clients as to their best options when it comes to fixing their cars after an auto accident. John George is one of the best options available in the Concord area for auto body work.John is a perfectionist and is always concerned about the quality of the job. This past winter when the snow banks were 10 feet high I attempted to leave a parking lot after a day of work only to get into a car accident with my beloved 2014 Jeep Wrangler. No one got injured but the front end of my new Jeep was damaged. I called the only man I trust to bring my Jeep back to life John George. John was easy to work with and he not only got the work done very quickly but he also did an amazing job. You can t even tell it was in an accident before and now it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Thanks again John!

John did an excellent job repairing the damage done to my husband's 2013 Jetta when he was rear-ended in Concord. The rear bumper was dented and scratched as well as the trunk. John meticulously matched the deep grey color perfectly; sun or rain you can't see where the damage was! I would recommend and use George and Sons Auto Body for all future work...hopefully there won't be any in the near future for us!!!Thanks again John!Suzanne

John George is a perfectionist!! He has done body work on my truck and my motorcycle and they both came out absolutly perfect. He has a very clean and organized facility, I would highly recommend him for all your body shop needs. He is the only body shop I trust with my vehicles.

The best work ever!! I have had three vehicles in three years needing damage repairs, each time the work is exceptional. I trust George and Sons Auto Body will restore my vehicle to as good as new! They have helped me navigate difficult insurance issues with excellent customer service and made it simple for me!

I drove the rear driver side door into the garage and bended it. I took it to two body shops to get quotes, the 2nd one being George and Sons. While both places provided similar quotes for putting on a new door, John George was the only one who listened to me closely and understood that cost was my first concern and that I wouldn't mind driving the car with an imperfect door. Therefore he offered me more options, including one where he would just unbend the door with tools and touch it up with some paint and he would charge me only for the labor involved. I ended up choosing this least expensive option. The outcome exceeded my expectation. From a bit of distance, you wouldn't even notice the problem. I was very happy with John and how he conducts his business honestly and putting the customer's needs first.

John was recommended by a friend. I could not be more pleased with his transparency, honesty and outstanding work. You can tell he takes pride in his work and he is simply the best. Plus he is the most affordable Auto Body shop in the area! I Highly Recommend!!

I brought my car to George and Sons after backing into a trash can. Not only did they repair the dent beautifully, but they repaired a scrape that I hadn't mentioned. There are places that provide good service and good workmanship out there, but very few that provide the level of outstanding service and workmanship with the level of integrity that George and Sons does. Exceptional!

I have known John George for a long time and have a great deal of trust and confidence in the service he provides to his clients. John is highly skilled at his craft and has always provided exceptional service for me - I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else.

My son caused damaged to someone else's car and they wanted John to do the work. I was a little nervous as I knew nothing about this shop, and we (my son) were handling the cost. John did beautiful work, was very fair and was great keeping me informed throughout the progress of the job. I would highly recommend them.

They do great work. Fair prices. Lot's of attention to detail with high standards. Defiantly recommend. However, you should know that during busy times it may take you a while to get in. We have always planned ahead when we needed minor repair or detail work done. So just plan ahead if your work is minor. Worth the wait for sure. Fair prices on detailing and friendly guys to work with.

My son literally ripped the font end off my VW Passat while backing out of a tight driveway and scrapping against a brick wall. I took the car to George and Sons Auto Body and was pleasantly surprised by John's quick turn around and the quality of the work (like it never happened). He was also very helpful when working with my insurance company. I have also used George and Sons for a brake replacement on my Honda Civic and again the job was quick, thorough and reasonable.

I had a great customer experience with John. He was friendly and accommodating. He explained exactly what he was going to do (and what he wouldn't do), when he could do it, and how long it would take. He followed through perfectly on each of those points. He was even able to do the repair for less than we had originally planned. I couldn't be more satisfied. His is the only shop I will consider going to in the future.

Top notch business, highly recommend for anyone needing quality body repair. John is a very professional, personable, skilled, and down to earth kind of guy. He is clear and honest on presenting on what you need, and finishes tasks as promised. Had I known him sooner, I would have used his services a long time ago. I've been referring everyone in my family to him.

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this autobody shop! We took our truck in for some repair on the back fender, and not only was the work done quickly, but the truck looks flawless, and the prices were extremely reasonable. We will definitely be returning here if our vehicles require additional work in the future, and would highly recommend it.

I had a minor problem with my car. Maybe 15 mins of work. Most shops might charge a full hour minimum to look at it. He took care of it quickly and for a very good price. I would definitely recommend him.

Rocker panel was smashed by an icy snowbank with bare metal very visible and door buckling. John fit me in quickly and returned everything to brand new condition for a reasonable price. He also took care of a few minor issues at no charge! THANK YOU, John!!
