Honest, professional, and excellent service. They keep you informed about diagnostic issues and get permission before conducting any unexpected repairs. When it turned out the recent repairs my car would need (which a previous business had supposedly already repaired) would take another day s work, the let me use the loaner car. This fall when I had to buy new tires for my Jeep, they took the time to suggest tires based on my driving habits and needs but still gave me a detailed list of brands/styles with prices for me to choose. Jake and his crew are the best!

They were able to get all 4 new tires mounted, balanced, new TPMS sensors installed and programmed, 4 wheel alignment and a state inspection all done under 2 hours. Very decent pricing. I would use Tires Too again.

Russ and his staff at Tires Too go above and beyond the call of duty to get you back on the road. They are very reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They have never tried to "add on" services or parts that were not necessary. Thank you for years of service. Keep up the great work!!!

Tires Too never disappoints. They always get me scheduled in a timely fashion and never try to add on more work than what is needed. They are honest, reasonable, and the only place I will go to with my suv!

Tires Too has always provided me with great, honest, and timely service. I trust them to fix what needs to be fixed or inspected without worrying if the work will be done in a professional manner. I have never had a problem there and would recommend them to everyone.

Came here to get my car inspected not that long ago. Given my cars condition I knew it wouldn't pass but wanted experts to tell me what I needed to fix/repair as I had heard great things about Tires Too. As I expected my car did not pass, they were very thorough and showed me what they found and how to repair it which I liked and would give 5 stars for, however, Something that stood out to me though was the outrageous quote they gave me to get just my rear breaks and a new oil gasket that was leaking, that was quoted for $1,400. At this point I also want to mention I am a young female and in my opinion feel as if I was used for Tires too to get more money because I asked for a detailed quote as this was a lot of money and the person on the phone was rude and had refused to give me a detailed quote with hourly rate, parts, etc. (other places had given me a broken down quote) I had my breaks and my oil gasket changed elsewhere for almost 2x cheaper. After the work was done on my car I again went elsewhere and got my inspection sticker as I was disappointed with my service at Tires too.

I am preparing to drive to Iowa- my car has 160,000 miles- I dropped the car for an oil change and tire rotation- during processing the Tech noted that the coolant was low and recommended a pressure check of the system- check was normal- what a relief to know that the car is sound and I won t be stuck in Chicago with a problem- the out-processing paperwork was completed by a delightful young lady, I suppose an intern, a big plus!Services: Tires, Electrical, Oil change

I have been using this shop for years. I always get such great service! They pay attention to detail and treat you like family. They stand behind their work too, I recently needed a new control arm and ball joint and they had replaced them 3 years prior, so it was covered under warrantee, they replaced both control arms and ball joints and did a front end alignment for free!

This place is amazing. I bought 4 new all season tires for a really great price. Amazing quality,They did them quickly,my car drives awesome and the customer service was wicked friendly.5 Stars all the way. I'll never go anywhere else from now on!!!!!!

Russ, Jake, Alex, and the Mechanics at Tires Too perform quality work and do not cut corners. My 2002 Avalon had a stubborn knock sensor fault code amongst a few others codes and the guys followed through on the repairs to the very end. It now runs excellent with NO check engine lights.Jake and Alex kept me updated on the status of the repairs and were able to get answers to all of my questions. I was never left stranded without a vehicle because they loaned me a car for the duration of the repair. I recommend this shop for there professionalism and expertise.

First time customer of Tires Too and found it to be a very positive and pleasant experience. Had them balance and rotate my tires as well as a wheel alignment to which they performed at a very reasonable price. They took the time to explain the outcome of the alignment and what adjustments they made. Very friendly and easy to work with. I had tried a few shops and they were ok until I happened upon Tires Too and Russ Hilliard. A great place, with honest discussions and reasonable costs, Russ and his entire crew do a remarkable job in a tough business. I would highly recommend them for anything you need auto related. I have been using Tires Too for about 20 years. In the beginning I lived in Derry, so it was bringing the car next door, so to speak, (they are so close to the town line). Today I live a couple of towns away and still keep coming back. I get that same personal service today as when it was the smaller garage. There have been a couple of times when I felt that a less costly part could have been used until Russ took the time to explain the total difference, (labor, modifications, & trust of), then I was agreeing with his choice. An honest garage. They try to keep to their estimate, or inform you of the change, beforehand.

This is my first time bringing my Silverado into Tires Too. I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very accommodating when it came to making the appointment for a time that worked for me. I waited while the service was being done and they have a very clean waiting area with amenities to make your time there more comfortable.The staff is friendly and professional. In addition to the tire, rotation and oil change, they performed a 30 point inspection and showed me a very detailed inspection sheet illustrating that everything on my vehicle got a clean bill of health. I am very comfortable recommending Tires Too to anyone who has automotive service needs.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Tires Too is the place to bring your car for all your service needs!!I highly recommend them and am happy to have found a great place that I can rely on going forward. Brought my van in for new tires, alignment, oil change and all-over inspection as my car has almost 150,000. They were very responsive and kept me updated throughout the day. As a single lady I'm a little skeptical, but not of this shop! They communicate well, excellent work and are timely. Previously, they were able to locate a part that had been on back order for more than 8 months. I couldn't drive a mile without the vehicle overheating. They found it and fixed it within a week! At the time they gave me an overall assessment of other work needed. Today I called last minute and they were able to fit me in and make repairs before a trip tomorrow. I ordered tires on-line they installed them, and offered a free alignment diagnostic, to which I was sure they were going to tell me I needed one. Too my surprise, they found that I did not need it, I decided then that if I needed service on my vehicles that I couldn't do myself, I would bring it here.My son's car threw a code for his exhaust system (the Chevy dealer told us it wasn't warranted, and would cost $650to fix), he need tires, an alignment, and an inspection, I bought the tires on-line again, and bright them to the shop this morning, they mounted the tires, completed the alignment, repaired the exhaust, and inspected for a grand total of $680, do for about the cost of the exhaust repair at the dealer, we got all that, and picked the car up at 3:30pCan't recommend enough, you will not be disappointed!Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

My car broke down in Derry, NH on the night of the Wednesday before Labor Day. After getting my car jump started, I drove it over to Tires Too, left a note about the battery and a clunking noise, and left my key. I called the next day to see if they had seen my car and they said they had and would take a look. They called back a bit later and said the battery needed replacing and so did one of the ball joints. And, they would be able to fix it by the end of that day! I left my car there a couple of days before Labor Day, and they were able to diagnose and fix it the very next day! I did not expect that. We always use Tires Too because after using them for several years, we trust them. 100% But, this kind of service is pretty amazing. I am very happy.Service: Auto battery replacement

I failed inspection at a Jiffy Lube and they gave me a list of reasons why and how much it would cost to repair. I wanted a second opinion and other product options, so made an appointment with Russ at Tires Too because he was highly recommended by some co-workers. His crew looked at everything, showed me what was wrong (my brakes were definitely metal on metal ) and was able to do the work next day, as well as give me a loaner car so I didn t have to worry about how I was getting my kids around. He s a genuinely nice guy and takes the time to explain the job. I would highly recommend going straight to Tires Too when you need car maintenance!Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

Brought my car in recently to have some work done on the exhaust and was told it would be about an hour or so before they could look at it. Tires Too provided me a loaner car so I didn t have to wait around and within a couple of hours I received a thorough rundown (including photos) of the issue as well as a list of other potential repairs. I spoke to Russ about the work that had to be done and he did a great job explaining what needed to be addressed now and what could wait. They managed to take care of the repairs that day and for a very fair price. I was more than impressed with the level of service, the quality of work and the time it took to complete. Highly recommend!

Russ Jake and the Team always provide great prompt service. I had an oil change and the Rustproofing treatment. (Highly recommend that treatment as I had another mechanic look at my 2015 Q50 and tell me that was the cleanest undercarriage he had ever seen on that model and age.)
