Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Been using Rob Roy for many years and now my son is using them as well. At my sons they fixed a potable hot water problem no one else could fix. Highly recommend

Rob and Cara were very knowledgeable on the water issue in my cellar and were able to temporarily ensure subpump was working as expected. When I contacted them, they came within an hour and a half and showed up on time. Very professional.

I called Rob Roy Mechanical after hours due to a gas leak at one of the fittings. After a few questions Rob decided he should come out immediately as it could be a safety issue. He came out after hours, fixed the fitting and pressure tested the entire system. Thank you Rob and Cara for great service!

Matt and Mike installed a whole new combination boiler for me. It was a big job and they did incredible!! These guys really know their stuff. Dwayne from the office is super nice and and very responsive. This is great company to hire, you won't regret it!!

Rob Roy Mechanical has been a great company to work with! They were able to help me out on an old radiator heating system issue.I had reached out to other companies who would either advise me to take out the system and put a whole new system in (very expensive!!) or when it came time to doing the actual work wouldn't respond or show up to the scheduled job.Rob Roy Mechanical was not only responsive to my needs but also helped to rectify the situation in a timely and professional manner.As a homeowner and landlord I greatly appreciate the fact that they worked what I have rather than suggesting something completely new which is costly and overwhelming.My radiator heat is now quiet and efficient. Thank you Rob Roy Mechanical! You guys are the BEST!!

The team at Rob Roy is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Matt from Rob Roy came out to my house in Deerfield to fix my oil boiler and to install a bypass for my whole house water filtration system. Matt did an amazing job and explained everything he was doing. You can trust Rob Roy Mechanical. Everyone on their team is great!

Had to replace our original furnance in our home. Met with Rob to get our estimate while answering all our questions. Matt and Dimitri were wonderful.They spent 2 long days doing the install. They were friendly, professional and cleaned the area when done. The explained the system and new thermostat settings. They appeared knowledge about their trade and checked the heat and working hot water before they left. Their prices were very reasonable when compared to other companies estimates. I would highly recommend Rob Roy along with Matt and Demitri.Service: Heating system installation

Rob Roy did an excellent job installing our HVAC. Once started, the job progressed without substantive delay. Installers were courteous and conscientious when cleaning up after themselves each day. At no time were we inconvenienced and the final result is a clean, professional system that achieves our requirements for the investment. Dimitri came out for the consult, and confirmed that we needed a new disposal. He was professional, polite, and efficient. He gave me all the options for replacement, and even advised me on what parts to purchase, as I did want to purchase them myself. This is my second time using Rob Roy and I am very happy with this decision! Highly suggest for all.Service: Garbage disposal repair

Very responsive and great customer service. They arrived at my mothers house on time and were able to do the job for a very reasonable fee which was great due to my mother being on a very tight budget. Definitely would recommend. Very professional.

I had a leak and they sent somebody over within 45 minutes to come check what was going on. I called at 5:15 and they were here by 6. Very courteous, very responsive, eased our fears about a major leak and they're coming to fix our issue tomorrow. I would ABSOLUTEY recommend.Update: had an issue when the pool was opened by another company, they told us it was an electrical issue. They sent Matt over asap because they wanted to help us get the pool going for Memorial day. They helped us diagnose it as a faulty pool pump. These folks are great and are my go to for all my household mechanical needs!Update 2: Our dual zone cooling system died on the same day. I can't say enough how great both Matt and Dimitri have been through all of this. We had an issue with a new washing machine. They had Mike come by within 24 hours to diagnose the issue. I thought new pipes would have to be installed but it turned out to be a clog. Mike fixed it up, no problems. He was h thorough, explained the issue, and fixed all within a day of me calling for help. I hired for disconnection of plumbing for new appliances and then reconnect everything. The disconnect went fine. They came back 3 hours past the time frame they told me they were coming. 2 guys came and I got charged for both of them to be here and got charged a rediculous amount of money. The job was not finished based on the timing of my countertop people coming. When they returned 4 days later, they suddenly told my gf that the shutoff valves needed to be replaced ( nothing was ever mentioned to me). Added another $615. The same tech was supposed to also install a microwave, it was never done. The dishwasher was not secured to the cabinets, as discussed. When I called to convey my displeasure for the service I was told by Dwayne he would speak with techs and Rob about finishing the rest of the job and seeing about making me whole with everything. That was 6 days ago and haven't heard a single word from anyone. This company is dishonest and I will never use their services again.Service: Installation

Was recommended to me by my plumber. They were able to schedule me quickly and arrived on time. That's the good. The tech that came out seemed confused about heat pumps in general. They replaced a fuse, but it was a fuse I had, not one of theirs. I know the fuse blew but needed to know why. So for 225 dollars I have a new fuse which was mine to begin with and no idea why it blew. 3 stars for being on time but that's about it.Service: Repair HVAC

This is the fifth or 6th time we ve used Rob Roy Mechanical. Each time, they are friendly, professional and are always efficient and resolve our issues. Would highly recommend Matt. They are excellent!
