After a thorough Google search I found Reliant and read the reviews of the shop, when people use the word honest that says it all. I found Mike to be very honest, kind, personable and friendly. Will definitely be going to Mike again for any car repairs. I was given a quote for work on my car, brought it in and turns out the quote was wrong. Which happens. It would now be nearly triple the original price. Sheeeeee.... I told them I'd talk to my dad before deciding (his number was listed as secondary contact).Well we didn't get the work done but SURPRISE they started working on the car anyways!!! So I got charged 200$ for the work they'd already put in :/Then they said they also fixed something else on my car? Which it wasn't in for. They just decided to do that and charged me 60$ for it. When I asked why TF they did all of this without asking, they said that my dad approved it.Which he didn't.So yeah, don't go here. They're just a scam and are gonna charge you for everything they possibly can.

These guys were very honest and reliable. I had them fix my work van and my personal vehicle. They did a great job and I will be bringing my vehicles there in the future.

Mike has done work on a few of my vehicles and has done work for my dad and brother. He has been able to perform just about all the work I've needed at a more than reasonable price. He was very honest, which is hard to find in a mechanic nowadays. Unlike some other mechanic I've dealt with, he isn't the type of guy to start fixing things that he doesn't know how to do and throwing away your money, He told me that I needed a new catalytic converter and recommended a specific exhaust shop in the area because that's their specialty. Honest work at a fair price.

Took my Jeep Cherokee to Reliant for AC service and they did a great job. It had been loosing a charge all summer, and I had delayed getting the job done because it required the whole dash be removed to get at the evaporator! Mike gave me a competitive estimate and was also able to get the work done quickly. He did a fantastic job, and everything is back together and working properly. Really happy with the quality and the service! The AC should be all set for a long time! I highly recommend Reliant!

I travel an hour now just to have an honest mechanic, Mike, service my car. Several local mechanics were telling me I HAD to have every service under the sun (or hood) and Mike takes care of only the items that are truly necessary for a more reasonable price to boot. He is also very flexible and does everything he can to accommodate my schedule. This is especially valuable to me because I have a son with special needs. After every appointment, we've gotten a very special treat too. I'd call that a very sweet deal all the way around!! Thanks so much Mike and Viki!

Our company has been working with mike and his son for over two years. He has the best prices, always helping out not charging to look at our vehicles. He s fast friendly and I highly recommend his auto shop to everyone. He s the smartest mechanic and most honest one I ve ever met!!

After our local mechanic failed to undertake effective repairs on the family minivan, a friend recommend we give Reliant Auto Repair a try. Mike properly diagnosed a number of faults including an engine management malfunction and a number mechanical/structural issues, and rectified these in addition to correcting our previous mechanic's incompetence. Mike does good honest work; plain and simple. No games, no tricks. He takes the time to do things properly, shows great attention to detail and excellent service. When I recently needed tires for my car, I didn't hesitate in trusting Reliant with the work.

If you live in the Derry/Londonderry/Windham area and you need to have your vehicle repaired, you need to go see Mike at Reliant Auto Repair. He's an excellent mechanic and a great guy. You don't find many honest mechanics like Mike these days. My girlfriend and I brought our vehicles to Reliant when we moved to the area, and both of our cars are running smooth, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg to fix them. Outstanding service, more than reasonable prices, and cupcakes! Yes, you will get a cupcake when you go there!

Just got my wife's car inspected. I saw this place that had 5 star reviews (unheard of in the automotive industry). So, I had to try them out. I used to be a mechanic and did inspections in Maine in my early 20's and nobody that worked with me was as nice as this guy. His daughter even baked cookies for the patrons. I was impressed. I've never had an experience like this at a shop. The guy runs his shop better than Apple when it comes to customer service. You barely make any money on inspections and he didn't try to squeeze more money out of me for things that should pass an inspection. He was honest and told me upcoming issues like brake wear and even oil. After, I found my registration inside the glove box folded neatly in a plastic case he gave me with the inspection report along with it instead of sitting on the seat somewhere. The waiting room was clean and even had a keurig machine. It just speaks volumes to the amount of pride he takes in his business. If I have a repair in the future that I can't handle on my own, I know where I'll be taking it. Keep up the great work!

We love the folks at Reliant. Mike goes above and beyond. I needed an emergency appointment last week as my car had broken down and I needed it for a trip. Mike fit me in, even came in early to get the job done. I highly recommend this garage. :)

Excellent, friendly, honest service!!! Small family-owned & operated shop open Monday thru Friday, 7am to 5pm; located on the Londonderry/Derry line near Hannaford's. Mike is a very knowledgeable, talented, seasoned mechanic. He always explains problems & options thoroughly, before doing repair work. He treats every vehicle with great care, while keeping your safety in mind! We completely trust him & highly recommend his services to family, friends, & strangers alike!!!

I have used Reliant since it opened and have been very happy with both the customer service and the mechanical service to my Honda CRV.My schedule was accommodated and the owner even arranged to have my windshield replaced by a third party at the same time that he serviced my car.Awesome!(plus, every time I leave they give me a home made baked goody... a yummy way to wrap things up! :) )

Got my car towed here by AAA because it was the closest to where I broke down. Got a call in the morning from them saying they won t even look at the car.... smh. It is a very low car so I understand it s hard to get into shops but the fact that when I asked them to even just take a quick look in the parking lot to help me out, they wouldn t. At least have the decency to have good customer service to put in an effort.Had to get my car towed to another shop that gave a damn so shout out to 603 Performance for helping!! 10/10 recommend them.Would not recommend Reliant Auto Repair..Thanks for nothing.

Went in very abruptly as my car wasn t starting this morning, got a estimated time for about 1pm when they would get to it, as soon as I got my car there around 10am they started looking at it, waited all but 25 minutes maybe and i was already out the door with my car, they were extremely friendly and didn t give you that grungy mean mechanic vibe that a lot of shops do lol, also got a free cupcake from them when I left?! Incredible

Knowledgeable, honest mechanic. And inspection stickers are only $35! Can't beat that! I hope he stays honest and fair. Its a good feeling to find someone you can trust.

This was my first experience with Reliant Auto Repair.I must say I was very impressed with the courtesy,integrity,and efficiency of this establishment.Mike personally explained what needed to be done,showed me all the parts that were involved and the damage that needed fixing in a manner I could understand.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the work done right by an honest mechanic!!!
