Such a great shop! They really do go the extra mile to help and the techs are on another level. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, I would highly recommend them.

Headlight out of service due to short circuit. Needed a shop that could get it taken care of right away. These guys were able to work me in. Arrived around 11am. Was out of there by 2pm. And the price was quite reasonable. Not bad at all.

The techs and staff were great. Had a great experience, got us right into the shop and had us back on the road same day. Would definitely use the shop again if in the area.

Showed up with my problems and they did whatever it took to get me up and running within 24 hours they got trailer drop lot .. they got fast mechanics, they people who keep it real happy to spend my money here .. thank you

These guys always take me in. I'm a new Owner operator with a million questions and even when I'm annoying them on a busy day they answer and help to the best of their knowledge. Great Service !

I took my truck here as a last resort since the other locations would not be able to look at my truck sooner. I called Wednesday to let them know I'm having a few issues with my truck, I'm leaking antifreeze and I have a hub seal leak from the drive tire. They told me that they can look at it on Thursday, so I drop off my truck Wednesday evening. Thursday morning I received a call that I need new brakes, I approve the work that needed to be done. Friday and Saturday I did not receive a phone call about the status of my truck. I called Monday morning to get an update, I was told that the technician that was working on my truck was not in and that they will give me a call when he got in. A couple of hours later I received a phone call saying that I have a massive air leak and that they have ordered the part to get it fixed, and my truck would not be ready until the following next day. So, When I drop my truck off there was no massive air leak, did not receive a phone call Friday or Saturday saying I had a massive air leak, it's not until Monday morning now I have a massive air leak. Picked up my truck on Tuesday. The cost to fix the massive air leak, was $1000 alone in labor. The next day my truck was leaking air. This is one of the reasons I don't like taking my truck to places like these. In my opinion, they like to take advantage of Owner Operators.

The service here is outstanding! We have a motor home that we brought in without an appointment and the techs looked at right away. Parts were brought in overnight and repairs were made on a Saturday morning. The techs stayed past quitting time to make sure the repairs were successful. Driver s lounge was very clean and comfortable.

We've had service done here for several years. We've been happy with the service performed and everyone has been pleasant to deal with. The lot is tight and full, its a busy location. While the service performed has been completed properly, there have been a few issues with the work asked for not getting translated to the tech properly. Review the work order thoroughly with adviser. The Service Manager DID RESPOND QUICKLY to address the issues and concerns to our satisfaction.

I had a problem on a delivery to Nashua NH. and brought my truck and trailer to New England Kentworth. They were able to squeeze me in and diagnose the truck even though they were really busy on Friday so they could order parts just in case they were not close. They ordered the parts and installed on Monday. Brandon my technician was great. He explained everything to me and did a really good job. Thank you to everyone at New England Kentworth for all your hard work. I will be bringing my vehicle to your shop for all it s service.Thanks again,Jon Lord

This is my comment A+ THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME I had an issue they got my truck in excellent work they don't leave you sitting in the waiting room wondering what's going on they explain everything to you once they diagnose it. Then go over options very respectful too bad all Freightliner dealerships are not like this job well done guys

They over charge me.i pay $517 for a wire $17.and that place is dirty, there's no Driver lounge.i never see a freightliner dealer like that. Don't go there.
