The story is long but I will make this review short. My wife and I had done business with another Ford dealership just a few exits South of Londonderry since 1991 when we first moved to the area. We had purchased 8 or 9 vehicles from this dealership (ownership and location change included) over those years. My daughter's Ford had an issue and when I brought the car to this dealership they pretty told me "Sorry but we can't help you". What they actually meant was Oh Well go away. The Service Manager gave me a number to Corporate Ford and said good luck. Good luck was not what we needed, we needed good service. After I spoke with Ford's Coporate office I was given contact information for Londonderry Ford. The difference between the two dealerships was astounding. Shane at Londonderry Ford was on top of his game and I could not have asked for a better encounter. We have also since brought my wife's Ford to the collision center and again a positive experience. I know I stated I would keep this short and believe it or not I have not included much of the frustration I encountered with S-Ford. Londonderry Ford is our new go to and I have told this story no less than 100 times. Treat yourself to a better experience, drive a few more miles north.Thank you Londonderry Ford

My sons car has been in the shop for a month now. He was told 1-2 weeks to be fixed. His conversation with BJ yesterday was that it was fixed and just needed to be painted and it will be ready tomorrow. My son just left there and is very angry. He was completely lied to!Nothing has been fixed or replaced yet . Id like to know how it will be ready for pick up tomorrow? Why lie about it? Will you be paying the bill for the rental car? This is such poor customer service. Unbelievable.

I have been In the ford Lincoln service. for 50 years my experience at ford of londonderry ford was exceptional my car was repaired to perfection and the personnel were going above and beyond thank you BJ and your crew

Extremely happy! We worked with Kevin who made it so easy and painless purchasing our new truck. Everything was ready as promised when we took delivery and I will highly recommend him to family and friends!!!! Roger in the finance dept. was pretty awesome too!

Had a broken tail light on my Ford Fusion. Brought it into the collision center and everyone there couldn t have been nicer. They were very honest and told me what the cheapest option would be (finding a used part and having them install it). But I opted to have them take care of it. I left and was set to return on Monday. But the woman at the front desk called me and said they found the part! Already happy I went back to get it installed. They were on lunch break so I figured it would take a little bit. In about 15 minutes (mark I m assuming but it could have been another technician) came out and said merry Christmas. Today s 2 days after Christmas. I stood up and go don t I have to pay and they said nope he s Santa this year merry Christmas! It was free! Completely restored my faith in humanity. Don t go anywhere else!!!

I couldn't be more surprised and beyond appreciative of the care that I got here. I was lucky enough to hit a stray trash can on 495 that blew out my fog light and punctured the washer fluid reservoir. Good news for me is that both of these options will fail you on inspection. I went in knowing I'd fail and was given various quotes with cosmetics included blah blah. I just wanted to pass my inspection. They sent me to collision to meet with BJ to get further details. He was genuine, listened to what I was trying to accomplish, and gave me a quote that I couldnt even think to complain about. It was truly amazing. I've never felt like I was talking to a buddy vs a salesman at a mechanic shop before. Thank you BJ for all that you did for me.

They are busy with alot of work you have to schedule your car waiting time is about 1 month before they can work on your car
