I would like to give a huge shoutout to John for being so helpful. I spoke to John over the phone in regards to getting the maintenance done on my truck as my husband and I put a lot of miles on it driving cross country. John was extremely informative and took the time out to answer all my questions. He told me to come right on down to the shop, and he and Kevin the master tech helped me resolve all my issues on the truck. Their prices were very reasonable, and kept me up to date throughout the process. They even let me use a loaner vehicle for a whole day as I live an hour away, to prevent me from having to wait at the shop the entire day. This is by far the best place I ve ever been, and the best customer service I ve received at any shop or dealership I ve been to. That speaks a lot about their quality of service, the way they communicate with their customers, and last but not least, how friendly and welcoming they are. I would give them 10 stars in a heartbeat if I could. I highly recommend them and I will be referring them to all of my friends. You will not regret going here. The place is extremely clean and well kept, but John and Kevin make this place 100 times better!

Great first visit, I will be back. Everyone I met was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Waiting area was well prepared with refreshments, working desks and charging ports! I did not have to wait long for service to be completed, but I was perfectly content where I was. Scheduling was easy.Thank you Auto Care Plus

Highly recommend Auto Care Plus. Jon, the manager, and Kevin, the service technician were both extremely professional and helpful. This is not one of those shops that take advantage of people. I will definitely bring my business back to them in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Went in for sticker, knew there would be an issue with the brakes. John used all the available coupons I had and scheduled an appointment for 2 days after. They told me a couple of hours and it was .. just under a couple of hours. 4 new brakes and rotors. Thanks to John and Kevin the tech for helping me out!

This garage is pretty great Jon and Brittany are super helpful I have a fleet vehicle they worked hand and hand with the company paying the bill to get me the safest and best running truck possible. They listened to all my concerns and made sure that they were all resolved. Keith the master tech is hands down the best around I recommend everyone to come here you won t regret it . I want to say thank you to Jon, Brittany and Keith for all your help you are truly the best around

Not good. Flunked me for an inspection. I understand the headlight out, but 'streaky wipers'? And John 'did me a favor' by 'passing me on rear brakes. The car sat under a tree for 3 months due to my broken leg. The wipers were just dirty! I told him that. Just wipe them! Nope.Went to my dealership next day. No need for brakes or wipers! Got my sticker there. Also, they replaced my headlight bulb for 2/3 the price than AutoCare Plus. And, you know how dealerships are. John got nasty and defensive when I said, "no go on the wipers". Just got new ones 5 months ago. Not good

This was my first time at this newer Londonderry location and I am not disappointed. Beautiful and clean shop. Jon, my service writer was great to work with. Kevin was the man who took care of my vehicle and did a great job. I'll recommend this shop to everyone.

I had assisted by Jon when I came in with a flat tire. Even without an appointment he was able to help me, also took the time to explain the condition of my other tires. We were able to find a solution in my budget.He didn t try to upsell or recommend services that weren t necessary. He also offered me a loaner vehicle.The overall experience was great and everyone was friendly. I recommend everyone who is looking for a honest service center.

Had to get a state inspection done and had the best experience. John kept me up to date with all that needed to be done and also what was recommended. Kevin worked on my car and was very quick and helpful.

Took my car in for a state inspection. Easy to get an appointment first thing in the morning. Waiting area was super clean wth some nice amenities: a desk and outlets, great wifi, coffee and other beverages, a peaceful TV showing a crackling fireplace. Work was done quickly. I really appreciated how easy they made this for me.

Jon at Autocare did a fantastic job of explaining the repairs that needed to be done on the brakes for our Rogue, even pointing out on the vehicle what he was describing. Very conscientious in helping make sure the most important work was done first for cost-savings. Thanks, Jon!

I was concerned about a problem with my brakes and needed an oil change. John and Keven were patient and very helpful. The work was done and everything was explained in detail. John worked to keep the repairs within my budget. I will definately return when I need work done on my 10 year old car.

Bring your car here! John is the best! I just bought a car in december and i thought it needed to be balanced and aligned possibly. I was extremely nervous because I do not have a ton of money and I explained this to John and he was amazing. He explained my different options and he saved me the diagnostic fee and when he looked at it he saw it needed new calipers break pads rooters aligned and balanced. This would have cost more than I had so I was freaking out. John called the warranty company and at first they said they would only covered the Calipers but he explained my situation to them and she ended up covering all the work i need done! John truly wants to help people and I will never take my car anywhere else! They were also very fast and kept me informed the whole timeThank you John!

Friendly, courteous, professional staff made a thorough inspection of our car and provided daily updates. Reviewed all issues and recommendations and pricing to fix same. Car was inspected, repaired, and ready for pickup a day ahead of (our) schedule. Thank you Brittany!

Although I ultimately did not get my vehicle fixed here (car was deemed totaled) Jon and his team showed great hospitality, knowledge, and was a straight shooter when it came down to the issues. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

I had a good experience with AutoCare Plus. When my 07 Volvo wouldn't come out of Park, I would have usually opted to take it to Volvo to repair. They were booked, so I took it to Autogroup Plus. They offered me a loaner car and were able to take care of the issue successfully. Most likely a lot cheaper than what the dealership would have charged.
