I don t have a single bad thing to say about this place. Every time I go here for work, I feel taken care of and well-informed about what s going on with my car. I know very little about car mechanics and Scott is always so generous and kind in explaining everything in detail so I make informed decisions. Quick and smooth turn around and flexible pickup. Thank you Scott for your great services!

Car inspection station at Vons Auto went smoothly today thank you Scott , garage looks great! new seating area also in case you have to wait.

I was on a business trip and my care broke down 15 min away, I called to get a tow and my car looked at. The guy on the phone quoted me $100. I got a ride into town and when I got to the garage I was charged $125 for the tow. Nobody was able to look at my car that day (which is fine if you're busy). A few hours later, after my appointment, I ended up deciding to get my car towed 75 miles back to my house so I could sleep at home. The garage had closed when the tow truck an I arrived. The key to my car was locked inside the garage but we got my car on the flat bed any way. I got a call the next morning asking whats up and I explained and asked to have my key sent to me. The guy on the phone said no and that I can pick it up when im around. Also there's no waiting room. Parts every where, opened engines on the floor in puddles. Sanitization and organization does not seem at all priority to these guys.

They were really nice. It's not a fancy place. No waiting room yet they are honest and affordable.... I will go back.

Couldn't install a ball joint properly. So I had to go somewhere else and spend an additional $300 to get the job done correctly.

They have no waiting room and completely ignore you when they have your vehicle. They also charge alot more than tire warehouse or townefare tire.
