Called at 8am on a Friday and asked if my car could make a long trip despite the new mysterious noise coming from somewhere underneath. Nick said I could drop it off and he'd have a look. By 1:30 I had new, reliable brakes and and the confidence for a safe trip. Super nice guys. This is now my "Go-to" place. Highly recommend!

These guys are amazing. David is great. Took great care of me. I would advise to checkout the great services they offer and amazing prices and customer service is excellent they did an amazing overall inspection and informed me on what needed to be fixed. I couldn't believe how bad my cabin air filter was. Thank you again David for taking the time to show us and explain everything. My Corolla is going to be happy with new oil after 20 thousand miles without one.

I came in with no appointment because my car was breaking down and I NEEDED to get home (out of state). They managed to fit me in, diagnose the issue, get a replacement part, and get me on the road when everyone else I called couldn t even get me in that day. Great service and a huge lifesaver. Super helpful, friendly staff, took care of me like I was a local.

Great service. I couldn't make my appointment and they were able to fit me in, only 2 hours later. When I arrived, it was as if I had been coming for years: totally comfortable, laid back and the best part was playing with Cassie, the shop pup. She was quiet and well behaved for a 4 month old puppy. And stayed quiet the entire time I was there. I really enjoyed being able to give her loves because it made the time pass. As for my car, the oil was changed and I think they also topped off my fluids! And they gave me a $10 discount. It was awesome. Because I have only taken my car to dealers or 1 other places, if something wasn't done right I was know and can update. But, right now, it's 5 stars for me!

Got four new tires here. I shopped around extensively and VIP offered one of the best deals around with their 200% price match guarantee. Above that, I found their staff to be very professional. I spoke with David on the phone who was very helpful in clearing up issues I had online. At the store Nick was on point and went above and beyond in customer service. I'm very glad I went here.

Everything about every experience I ve had at this location has been amazing! From tires, to oil changes, to diagnosis of issues, to repairs they have the best customer service! They re competitively priced, scheduling is convenient, and their service techs are knowledgeable! Dave is the best! He is always willing to take extra time to explain things and present various options to fit my budget! Customer for life!

I bought tires here two yrs ago and they are still in good shape. I love how you can go in and get air in your tires free of charge. When it got real cold, my light came on. I called and I was able to come right over. The guy was very polite and friendly.

I brought my 2017 vehicle in for inspection. I was told it wouldn't pass as they found a ball joint with "excessive wear". Price quoted was $610 ($475 for ball joint replacement and $115 for a required alignment after repair). I told them I'd make an appointment after checking my schedule and left with an inspection failure report.Sounded expensive, so next day I visited another service center for a quote (just to compare pricing). After checking it over, he said the ball joint was fine and DID NOT require replacement! A third mechanic confirmed the ball joint was not loose, worn, or defective in any way he could see. He wondered if mechanics at VIP have an incentive to sell parts when they do an inspection. I have no idea if that's true, but I DO know VIP has seen the last of me and any of my vehicles.

I came in for an oil change. The technicians noticed my air filter had been damaged by mice. I appreciated their great service to me. I had them put in a new one and I'll probably notice a difference with my car. Thanks VIP!

The person who did my invoice was extremely rude and had a very poor attitude...the technician brought out the part that was faulty...and even though I had previously bought the part from there cause I already knew what was faulty as I was there making sure that nothing else was wrong...with a very rude tone that despite that I bought the part from there previously that they don't use customer bought parts and that I'd have to purchase the part the same day and he even tried to over charge me for labor so I'd would have been double buying the part I needed..and then when I refused to buy the same part twice he said in a very rude voice "then you can replace the part yourself"...needless to say I will not be coming back for any more service's in the future. And will not recommend anyone coming here

I had an issue getting my Tahoe alignment, but after working the issue out with the service manager, I was very satisfied with the end result.If you have any issues with the service dept, talk to Dave, service manager. He will make it right.Thanks Dave.

Decent prices but don t even think about dropping in to get a leak fixed. I m driving around 2 months now with a slow leak. Stop at every VIP I pass (mostly Littleton) and it s sorry, but . My tire is a warranty tired purchased at VIP. Unless you can leave your vehicle there for a few days, don t count on getting serviced. They book weeks in advance- probably not a problem if you live nearby and don t work for a living.Friendly staff but their ability to provide service is suffering. I absolutely will not be going back for my next set of tires.

after what seemed to be some confusion about my appointment date and time a few days prior when i called to confirm... i came in a few minutes before my time, was greeted and began having my information taken by chris. the place is very busy but i was given ample time when relaying information and having parts and repair process explained to me. chris was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. i didn't feel pushed into getting something done "now" or brushed off when i told him i had to postpone my next appointment.chris was able to price out and provide me with a plan of action to get my vehicle in better shape.went in for an oil change that was fast and professional and came out with a better understanding of what needs to be done.excellent place.

Been there three times in the last month for work on two vehicles. Knowledgeable, pleasant and eager-to-please group and not predatory. One time, I asked whether I needed a repair that was moderately expensive: Not necessary, I was told. They told me another issue could be solved at no cost by a tire rotation.

VIP in Littleton, NH has become my go to for maintenance on my vehicle. They are very informative and personable. Prices are comparable to other places. Love that they are open even on the weekends. Two thumbs up!

In the middle of the winter tire rush, service manager David took the time to come out to my truck and diagnose why no hot air was coming out of my truck vents. He went to check the cabin filter and found a small shopping bag blocking the flow. Serious problem solved with no charge but a smile. I trust this shop!

I can't say enough of good things about these guys. Chris, David and Rich are1) Knowledgeable, they know cars, period2) Helpful3) Kind4) FastI once drove in with a flat tire and they took me on the fly. Fixed it in few minutes for me so I can open my shop on time!!So grateful for them, thank you!!!

I had popped a tire late Monday night and was stranded north of Littleton rising on a doghnut. I had to drag a trailer back to MA Wed. Chris was nice enough to fit me into his very busy day and I got 4 new tires on by end of day Tuesday. I truly appreciate his kind efforts.I still have a low tire light coming on - and this despite my having check all four tires and added a small bit of air to a couple of them. I wonder if I can get rid of those sender valves?Service: Tires

Service recovery is really important and deserves a lot of credit so I can t complain too much but basically my only critique is I called in advance of getting a boat rack installed on my car and asked for an estimate and was told they wouldn t be able to give me one until they looked at the boat rack, so I came in and halfway through the appointment, I asked if they had an estimate yet to which I was told yeah it s $140/hour so hopefully he ll be done within the hour . My confusion is . If it s a flat hourly rate, then why wouldn t I have been told that when I initially asked about estimate over the phone? I sat there pretty stressed as it took the guy an hour and a half to install a boat rack and cross rails that were advertised as a 30 minute install but also important would like to highlight how kind rich was and he decided to only charge me for the hour so I was grateful for this as he knew I was feeling caught off guard about the pricing and the guy took an extra long time because the kit came with screws that were too long. Anyways, transparency is always appreciated when dealing with garages. I ll give you guys a 4 because he was courteous enough to not charge me $210 for a basic roof rack install. Thanks

We were on our way home to CT after vacation. We broke down on a Saturday and were afraid we would not be able to get home. We were so happy to find a garage that was open. We were worried the part we needed would be hard to get. We were pleasantly surprised to find your garage share a building with O'Reilly's and they had the part in stock. These guys are great! Something completely tore up the undercarriage of my car late the other night on I93. I'm a female traveling alone so I was panicked and worried I wouldn't be able to make a 500 mile trip the next day. I popped in to VIP Tires & Service the next morning and they took me in right away, fixed me up and had me out of there within 20 mins. They were all very friendly and I would 100% recommend this shop. You can trust these guys!
