As your shop tech. We have been having a problem with the call system they set up. If you want to contact the shop directly. Hit the number 2 on the main to confirm the appointment and we will receive your phone call. This is the way around the call center to make sure we have the tires in stock..thanks you and please bare with us till this is figured out completely.

I had a flat tire while visiting from Maryland. I took my tire in and he immediately started looking at it and found the nail. Within a few minutes he had it patched. I asked how much I owed and they said it was free! I definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I have been to tire warehouse in Littleton for 2 separate vehicles now and we have had such amazing customer service that we won't go anywhere else. Always able to get us right in and the speed of service is excellent. The manager is very knowledgeable and has always worked to be sure we got the best price possible on what we're looking for.

I just have to say Kane is the best! I tried to make an appointment online and they really didn't have the time but still did my tires for me before I had to leave town tomorrow. Ranting and raving about these guys. Thanks so much Kane!!! Recommend to anyone.

Excellent service! Very pofessional staff that were honest, friendly, and provided a great experience. Will highly RECOMMEND. Take your vehicle here for the job to get done right, the first time. (Fair repair costs as well)

Couldn't pass a check or debet card though.I had to run/drive to nearest bank and go back and Pay in Cash.. They gave me a receipt..Nice Tires and they took me in one hour earlier then my Scheduled Appointment Time.. While I Waited ..Very nice Managed Polite Men..

Our rental car picked up a nail and needed to be patched. Tire Warehouse not only performed the work right away, they did not even charge me for the repair! So glad I found them. Other places I called said that I needed an appointment, which is understandable, but would be a problem for our travel itinerary. Tire Warehouse made it supper convenient for us and not charging for the repair work was a real blessing!

I wish I could give this place 10million stars. Seriously- the people here are so incredibly kind. I chose to go to them instead of town fair tire & I'm so glad I did. They fixed my tire super fast & didn t even charge me I still wish they did because the experience here was so fantastic.

Don't ever bring your car here. They put all my lug nuts in with a 800 pound impact. The bolts all snaped when I tried to take the tire off. They did not use a torque stick like it should be done If you are using in impact to put lugs back on. They have no idea what they are doing this could of killed me. Also them over tightening the bolts causes my hub to go bad.. avoid this places we bought 4 tires from them never again. I have reported to Osha and the state auto inspection.

The danger of writing a good review is it might get so busy that you can't get an appt there. However, I feel compelled to write a good review for this place. I have an ID.4 2022. I was traveling to see family at Mount Washington. Got the TPMS alert. My back tire was leaking pretty bad. Apparently new cars don't come with spares anymore....and they come with something called tire filler. DONT USE IT if you can avoid. It makes your tire not patchable. Anyhow, I called tire warehouse and a man name cain helped me out. My car is a real problem, non standard tires and there's two sizes. One for the front and one for the back. Anyways, they troubleshooted the problem for me and told me what I need. My car is drivable back to where it needs to go and I wanted to say these guys are awesome.

AMAZING PEOPLE !!!! My number 1 place to go from now on. I had a flat tire and they fixed it so quickly and professionally and they didn't even charge me. WOW !!! These people are truly the BEST !!! I am telling all my friends and family to go here if they need tires. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making my day. You are just AMAZING !!!

I called everywhere in my hometown to do an alignment on my only source of transportation and they were 2-3 weeks out. So I called over this morning and they got me in. The best part of it the crew there did not treat me like an ignorant woman. They were pleasant and spoke to me respectfully. It only took them about 20 minutes to do the alignment. And it s guaranteed work. Very nice and professional interaction all around.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. I purchased two tires & asked for a tire rotation. I also requested for an alignment. I was told they weren't able to do it due to needing to replace my ball joints. I asked my personal mechanic & I was told the ball joints were not an issue. Then I paid my mechanic to do the alignment Tire Warehouse wasn't willing to do. Other than that I had a great visit. Will be returning for my future tire needs.

The tire pressure light came on during a seven-hour trip through rural towns. Tire Warehouse was about an hour away and they fit us in immediately upon our arrival. Within 15 minutes, our tire was patched (large nail puncture) and we were back on the road - free of charge! So grateful for their professionalism and kindness!

Had a leaky tire on a Sunday. Called up and told us to come in. Drove down in and out in 10 min and had it fixed. Didn't even want to charge us. Hard working and honest. Highly recommended. You don't find honest hard working people like this.

UPDATE: Called the shop 5/19 and got, oh yeah sorry I meant to call you, I m still waiting for my District Manager to tell me what s going on told me he can t give me his DM s # Called the number given in the response below on 5-19, went to voicemail. No call back. Called again today, 5/22 SHOCKER VOICEMAIL AGAIN and still no refund. I was NEVER rude to any of these people so I don t understand why they are treating me like this, especially since apparently, everyone else had such a great experience here. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waiting for your call back Mike and my moneyhad bought 4 new tires totaling over $1000 over a week ago.I didn t like how they felt or looked so I made an appointment a couple days after, to have them taken off and return them for a refund until I found the right size. Which is what they guarantee. They switched them out and I got my old rims and tires put back on, no problem there. However, they didn t offer to help me find a different tire and it almost felt like the techs were irritated that I was returning them just a couple days after getting them. I also found it strange that they gave me nothing to show that I returned them. When I asked, I was told, nope, you re all set and the money should be in your account within 3-5 business days. It has now been 6 business days. I have contacted them twice and they have not called me back to tell me anything. I ve been patient, but I want my money back. I will never go back to this place and will be sure to let everyone else know that apparently you have to fight to get your money back even if it s guaranteed .

Excellent, fast service! Better price, warranty and service than we could find anywhere else. Get your snow tires here when everyone else say 2 weeks from now!New manager is great too- customer service focused!

I just had another awesome experience, here. It's always a fast service and very reliable. I really appreciate Kane taking charge, too, I trust him with my life and I'll always be a returning customer because of the great service his team is providing!

Fabulous customer service by the store manager and the rest of the staff! Had a nail in my tire, brought my truck over on my lunch break and even though they were busy they took the time to help me. Have purchased tires here in the past for my daughters vehicle and recieved the same great customer service, will definitely be back again!

Recently limped into Tire Warehouse, Littleton with a flat tire in my trunk and the donut on the rear wheel. The guys were super helpful and in just minutes had diagnosed the issue, repaired my tire, and placed it back on my car. I had my wallet out to pay for the service but was told you re all set just leave us a review . Wow! Now THATS good customer service! I ll be back.

The head manager Kane is great he goes above and beyond helpful for customers. Had some issues with tires he is working on getting that right with us and could not apologize enough. Thank you Kane

There is a reason why I love the North Country so much . I am still amazed when I encounter a business that is as generous as Tire Warehouse in LIttleton NH. They spent time and resources by patching my tire and performing a tire rotation and surprised me when I checked out by telling me there was no charge. They are a hometown group and make customer service a priority.

Woke up with an almost flat tire, was very grateful to be able to show up without an appointment! I arrived at 8 Am and spoke with Kane explained I found a screw in the tire, he told me to pull my car in the first garage bay. The tire tech Devin came right out, got right to it I was out in 15 minutes. Great customer service! Fast and friendly! Knowledgeable!

We were traveling through the White Mountains and had brake trouble. Kane took such great care of us. They ordered our parts and had us repaired and back on the road the next morning. He was a pleasure to deal with, the repairs were very reasonable and we would give him our business again without question!!

I was having trouble with a small leak from my driver front tire. I had been filling it every three days for weeks before deciding to get a patch kit. After watching a video on how to patch the tire I thought it would be worth paying to have someone else do it. I'm glad I did as the staple in the tire was tiny! these guys set up my appointment and fixed my tire in the same day.. during tire season! They saved me over 300$ Will definitely go back again!
