We have bought most auto parts here. That is until today when I was asked by my husband to return a $5 part WITH a receipt. The associate refused to give me cash because the transaction(over 2 weeks ago) was with a debit card. I told him it was my husband's card and I was expected to make a second trip in order to get my refund. This is horrible especially considering it was an employee at the store that gave me the wrong part to begin with. A return policy like that on a 5 dollar item? We are buying our parts elsewhere from now on. Also...teach your associates the difference between a hangar and an insulator. Their lack of knowledge cost me 6 bucks plus a round trip to the store!!!!

The used motor oil return always seems to be full when I visit this location. It was again when I visited on 8/27/23 at approximately 12:45pm. The assistant manager likes to give me attitude about it as well. I have to wonder why I spend my money here.

More expensive and in very drug infested city. I'll go to the next county next time. I only deal with O'Reilly's and Chevy dealers. No back yard mechanic for me lol

Everytime I go in the sales associates are very pushy and when I talked to the service CTR they as well seemed not very knowledgeable but tried to get me to bring my vehicle in for them to work on the quotes were outrageous

Very helpful sales associate.I purchased 3 new wipers for my vehicle, and they installed them for me. It was not an easy job, but they persevered and got it done. I was very grateful as we were expecting a big snow / sleet / rain storm, which would make seeing while driving difficult.

Staff is very pleasant. However the store needs a knowledge base addition. Knowledge leads to better service the correct parts and increased sales with add on sales for the incidentals used.

I would like to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, hence three stars instead of two or one. Twice now I have ordered a part that they had to have shipped in, and didn't get a phone call to inform me that the part had arrived- then take time out of my Saturday to retrieve the part, only to find that they had sent it back because it sat unclaimed for a few days. Twice this has happened, and I feel (I know for fact) I haven't had this problem with their competitors. To compound the problem, I had ordered shop supplies for a Saturday delivery as these guys are the only ones to deliver on Saturdays, and was assured that my order was on its way, but I never recieved it- until Monday late morning. They could be doing much better, and given their diverse inventory and weekend hours, they could easily be leading their competition rather than trailing so far behind.

O'Reilly Auto Parts was the only auto parts store open (a Sunday). I needed a good spark plug socket to change my spark plugs. The SP socket I had with the rubber collar was giving me trouble, but the one O'Reilly's offered me was different. It was magnetic and the #&%* thing worked like a dream! Thanks guys!

Great for your small maintainance needs like Wipers oils fluids. Its quick and about as cheap as anywhere else for that stuff.The cashiers and helpers there are nice people But Dont buy anything you can order online, if you know what you need and you can wait. everything besides your basics like i listed is gunna be a %50-150 markup.

Quite pricey on parts! I can get 2 rotors with brake pads online 4 less than what they charge for one rotor! If they come down on their prices people might want to shop locally. If you can't take care of the local people then they're going to shop online where they can get it cheaper. I know if I want to stay in business I would make my parts more affordable for the locals so they wouldn't have to shop online. One brake rotor for $72 and pads for $52 is a lot more than what I paid online for two rotors with pads for $83. Way to go O'Reilly's for taking care of your local people! Not the way I would do business!!!

If it's a special part you have to order go to Napa. the service and people here are great and you might find what you need but if you need to order it you're best off going to Napa
