I had my first oil change and tire rotation. erveryone in the service department is on top of their game! Mary said about an hour and my new vehicle was done in 40 minutes!!!Thank you guys!Rob

While I cannot understand why I am having this seemingly perpetual problem with my right front tire, I do very much appreciate the service and care rendered by Mary Ubaldo. She is a terrific addition to your service team and makes the trips much more enjoyable. She actually cares!! Bravo to you for having her to run interference for the department. Now, if this could please be my last trip North for this stupid tire......

I ve used Littleton Chevy service Department for the last 2 years. They have always been more than accommodating in scheduling service and completely thorough in servicing my 2021 GMC Sierra.Looking forward to having them take just as good care of my new 2023 Chevy Silverado.

Mike in the service department has great situational awareness in coordinating service on vehicles. The department worked hard to get my truck air conditioning back into working order ASAP. Hello to Rich HoppOn a score of 1-10, 10 being the Best..I give you folks a 10! I really Appreciate Littleton Chevrolet, because you folks have been so good to us and have taken care of our car right away when we called about the issue of the car smoking and smelling of Antifreeze. You got us in right away, ordered the part and put it in ASAP! They replaced charge air cooler, charge aur duct, and installed PCV Heater. (All these were listed on invoice). The car didn't smoke after this was taken care of. Before, it had white smoke coming out the exhaust. I'll send a picture, if I can. But it is all fixed now and we Appreciate the Fast and Great Service You gave us! We are Glad too, to know we can call with any questions or concerns! Excellent! After getting home our Salesman, Don Young, called to see if we had any questions or concerns with the car, so I explained the repairs we just had done by you folks, and he told me the same... that if we had any questions or future concerns about the car, to please call. We Truly Appreciate All of You Folks at Littleton Chevrolet!THANK YOU SO MUCH! Thank You Rich, for sending this to me! I Appreciate your Great service! My 8-year-old Chevy was giving in to age related problems and I was exploring my options as to whether to buy another car or put money into extending my car's life. As I am on a fixed income, this was a big decision for me. I received a quote on the work that would need to be done on my car and decided to invest in revitalizing my vehicle. I felt great confidence that this was the best decision I could make. The work was done in a timely manner and the cost was $300 under the original estimate. Mycar runs like a top! Once again, the service department went above and beyond. I took my car in for service to the AWD system. It took just over an hour and that included an oil change. Amazing people and great service!

Great people just wish I didn't pay 170 just to look at it without fixing the issue or setting an appointment to get the part and fixing it. Just sending it saying nothing we can do don't have the part. First time I've had that happen.

Littleton Chevy took my truck for an Inspection and covered it due to my vehicle purchase sometime ago. They were very precise as to taking the truck in on time and even looked up any recalls and took care of that recall. Thank you for great service and another awesome experience!

Everyone in service department does a great job taking care of both our vehicles. The vehicles are clean, no grease hand prints or smudges. They call if there is a problem and everything goes very smoothly. I had a 1:00 appt for an oil change and tire changeover (from winter to all season). I asked and was told it should take about and an hour, I didn't get out till after 3:00 and no one came out and said "sorry for the delay" or any explanation. I didn't want to seem inpatient so I didn't say anything.They also should mark the tires they remove with their location. I forgot to ask before and when I did they had already taken them off.Service: Auto maintenance

I was having issues with my brakes and the service dept at the dealer that sold me the vehicle 3 years ago couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks. Since I was moving to the Littleton area anyway, I called Littleton Chevrolet and were able to fit me in the next day. They got the brake job done in short order and now I'll always return for their great work and service! I highly recommend Littleton Chevrolet Buick!!Service: Brakes
