I am an 80-year-old customer sharing my experience with LITTLETON CHEVROLET. My old Chevy died peacefully before me, so it was time to shop for a new vehicle.My experience with LITTLETON CHEVROLET WAS OUTSTANDING!I wish to specifically note that the Sales Manager Mr. Snowman is a remarkably professional and equally helpful person! I pleased me that he was so knowledgeable and helped this old guy a lot.I also interacted with Mr. Coty Day he is Mr. Snowman's best Salesman. Another talented individual. Coty was awesome and he surely made buying easy as he handled the details expeditiously and most efficiently to my delight. Finally, a fine young lady named Patty, the Delivery Coordinator provided additional notable and courteous service during my time on premises while I selected and was securing my new CHEVY TRAILBLAZER SUV!I was so impressed that they have such a large inventory and a rainbow of colors on site ready to be viewed and from which to select.If you are seeking a new or a used car, may I happily suggest and heartily recommend that you visit this PARTICULAR SITE. I went to 4 other dealerships and sadly their customer service seems to have been lost at those dealerships.I encountered a level of professionalism and courteous informed and efficient service from each person with whom I had the pleasure of interacting there in Littleton. The word is integrity meaning the quality of being honest I believe this dealership has it I call them Thursday on a vehicle I was interested in and they had this truck. They would keep me up to date so I wouldn't make the long trip. Which was a little over a 100 miles. I called on Friday around 4:00 and they said it was still available just before closing somebody walked through the door and bought the vehicle I had no hard feelings on this. But they had the integrity to call me let me know it was sold so I didn't make a trip to the dealership to buy that truck. That means a lot to me thank you Littleton Chevy.

Service department is top shelf!! They diagnosed issue, sourced control module out of state, repaired, reprogrammed and had ready for me in an under 6 hr window of time . Totally impressed!!! Thank you very much!!!

I stopped in to Littleton Chevrolet just to look at a Silverado, Nick happen to be coming out to move rearrange the vehicles around to different location and just stopped to say hi and if we needed anything to let him know, no pressure. I told him that we had a couple of vehicles and would maybe trade both for one. We went back on Monday and tried the new one out and Nick got us into it. Also talked with Donny and Mike in the parts room about a Boss plow for it and they were both great guys to deal with. Everybody at Littleton Chevrolet was very good to deal with.

I was told my catalytic converter had a Crack in it and needed to be replaced for $2550. I got a second opinion and took pictures of it and it is in perfect condition..no cracks. Car has less than 27000 miles on it. Never again. Guess they thought they could defraud a senior citizen female

My experience at Littleton Chevy was a great experience the people that assisted me were awesome. They were very friendly and my time wasn't wasted the transaction took at most an hour. Nick is literally the best sales rep at Littleton Chevrolet! It was my first time buying a car on my own, also a new one I didn t know what to do and or where to start He made sure I got the best deal, felt welcome, and had such a relaxed funny attitude! Littleton is lucky to have him! He even left a nice note in my paperwork! I found it when I got home and it made me feel good and made me smile! Highly recommended! Thanks for everything!

I went in with a fairly new car, that I purchased in Maine, for a standard state inspection. The wait was fine and they didn t seem to mind that I was quite early. The wait wasn t overly long. Waiting area was nice. I got back in my car after they were done and realized they took off the olate frames from the other dealer and put them in my car. I never asked them to do that and was a little miffed that they did. Now I have to put them back on. I looked ALL over when we needed a car and this dealership, and others around, had hardly any so I looked elsewhere. Next time I hope they do want they are asked and not just guess someone wants something done. A little thing, I know but they had no business taking them off.

Went in to check out a few used trucks. I was very lucky to be helped by Coty! He was very transparent, informative, and extremely helpful! I can t recommend him enough. I did not end up purchasing anything but that was at ZERO fault of the sales staff or financial team at Littleton Chevy. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle anywhere in NH I highly recommend taking a look at their inventory and giving them a call!

I had an engine light on and I needed an oil change with a tire rotation. I got there early. They took my truck into the shop 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The cause of the engine light was determined. It was explained to me what needed to happen and how long it would take. When the mechanic was done with my truck, it was at the time promised. Littleton Chevrolet service has been very good to me.

A little slow getting my vehicle into the shop. Dropped it off Wednesday at noon for a Thursday appointment. Didn t get it in until Thursday night or Friday morning but had the service work complete by early afternoon Friday. Therefore no real complaints and the service work was clearly explained to me when I picked the truck up, even showing me the damaged part. Been a customer for a decade and will still recommend!

I brought my vehicle to the garage three times to get a sticker. The 1st time they said it needed rear brakes and would cost $800. Then the next time, all of a sudden you need an appointment for a sticker. Never had to have one before. Then this last time they did it need a cover on the license plate to pass. The light works so I don't know why it needs a damn cover. Now they want $400 for that. I will never take my car there again and I will never buy another car from them.

I was greeted with a wave and a big smile when I pulled in. It's the first time I've met Mary and she left a lasting impression. She was thorough, informative and professional, all while being pleasant and upbeat. It was a very refreshing start to my day - all while bringing my truck in for service. Imagine that! It's the first time ever that someone offered to show me the issue while the truck was up on the lift, flashlight and all on the brake pads. As a former business owner myself I am appreciative of good customer service. Mary made a lasting impression that should be acknowledged.

My wife decided it was time to upgrade from her much loved 2011 Chevy Cruise so she could give it to our new teen driver. She had her heart set on the new 2024 Chevy Trax Active. Don Young went above and beyond to get her the exact model she wanted with a 6 year bumper to bumper warranty that is the best I ve ever seen. To say my wife is happy with her purchase is a vast understatement. The driver s confidence package is fantastic. It s amazing what they were able to add to the new Trax redesign. It was the smoothest, most stress free purchase I ve ever made. I highly recommend as a many time returning customer to see Don Young and get yourself a Big Deal like we did. You ll be happy you did. We were on vacation in Lyman when our truck threw a check engine light. Mary was able to get us on the schedule. The oil pressure sensor was done the same day the truck was diagnosed. We're thankful to everyone working with us on getting our truck fixed at Littleton Chevy and I would definitely recommend thanks you guys

Nick E of Littleton Chevrolet and home of the Big Deal is awesome! So easy to work with someone that answers all your questions honestly. I spent several hours at a delearship the day before contacting Littleton Chevy so I knew what I wanted. A gray Trax Activ! And I didn t want to be taken advantage of, which is how I felt at the other delearship (ten minutes from my house). My purchase was done entirely over the phone with Nick and was so effortless and relieving. Within 3.5 hours of me saying yes deal, I had the sleek looking new car in my driveway (I live over an hour away). I did a test drive to be sure, signed papers, he helped me set up my cell and on star and away he drove with the car I traded in! Talk about service! I am so happy and thrilled with my experience thus far. I highly recommend Littleton Chevy and Nick E. I ll be back! Thank you so much!

I just gotta say. I was not expecting him awesome and outgoing everyone at this dealership was. Cody the sales rep did an amazing job helping my wife and I navigate through some options for 2 new vehicles for us both. We had run into some hard times with both of our previous cars malfunctioning. They heard our situation and Cody came straight to my house to pick my wife up so we could get a car. If you are a person in need of a car I highly recommend the Littleton Chevy. The people their are just that. PEOPLE. Not someone just trying to make a buck. So I am forever grateful for you guys and thank you all.
