Excellent experience from start to finish! Andrew, the body shop advisor was professional and very helpful with good communication. Our vehicle was repaired from an accident within a few days and they did top notch work. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Had a deer hit, and Littleton Auto Body was able to get me in and get parts faster than the guys local to me. They worked directly with my insurance company and the entire process was pretty much hands-off from my point of view. Car is in great shape, and everyone was courteous and professional. Don't know what else you could ask for from a body shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I decided to have my vehicle repaired here after a good experience with a previous repair, despite my insurance company strongly suggesting that I have my car brought to a certified body shop. When I finally got my car back over a month later there was a large dent in the supposed new hood. The supposedly new grill emblem had a massive chip in it. Both of which they blamed on a dealer they sent it to after to repair a charging system issue. I also noticed afterwards that a door emblem was missing. Now two years after , the supposedly new hood is rusting severely underneath, my insurance company wont cover it and this place is blaming it on a part issue, they said they would call me back. That was several weeks ago. The rest of the car doesn't have a speck of rust on it!!!! I've since realized that this shop did work on family members cars who had paint flaking off after a few months, which surprise, surprise they blamed on other factors. This place refuses to accept responsibility for their shoddy work, avoid Littleton auto body like the plague!!!!

This is my second time utilizing the services of the Littleton Autobody shop, and I have nothing but praise for the team who work here. Both times were due to unfortunate circumstances, and both times I was greeted with immediate and courteous service-- a complementary written estimate and instructions as to how to present the information to my insurance company. Upon getting approval by my insurance company to move ahead with my repair, Body Shop Manager, Ken B. was able to schedule me within the same week. The shared building between Enterprise and Littleton Autobody allowed for ease of transition from my personal vehicle to a rental vehicle. While at the body shop, there was an unexpected hiccup when my vehicle failed to start, and Ken walked me through the process of making contact with my vehicle manufacturer's Roadside Assistance program. The vehicle was towed-- at no charge to me-- to a local dealership, and Ken maintained a channel of communication that allowed for information to be shared with the team at the body shop, the dealership, my insurance company, and myself. Ken went above and beyond my expectations as a consumer in terms of his resourcefulness, his commitment to assist with communication, and his ability to manage high stress/emotional situations with respect to all involved. He even ensured that my vehicle was returned from the dealership to the body shop for its final repair without any interruption to my work/vacation schedule. Ken-- I can't thank you enough for your kindness. I highly recommend Littleton Autobody for anyone whom is seeking out a professional and thorough autobody shop.

I've used this shop in the past and they do excellent work. Very knowledgeable people and friendly to work with. A body shop is not a place you normally want your car to wind up at but if you do this is the place to take it.
