I just bought a 2024 Ram 3500 from Crosstown motors in Littleton NH. The salesmen was Bob Rayburn. I was introduced to Bob after having a frustrating interaction with a different dealership and decided to call Crosstown Motors. I wish I started with Bob. He has been great to work with and he makes me feel like I am his only costumer. We have no bought 3 vehicles from Crosstown with Bob as the sale agent. I hope Bob is not planning to retire any time soon!Bob is just one of the great people at Crosstown Motors. The parts and service dept. as well as management are all wonderful people to work with. In todays climate of poor service and being made to feel you are a bother while spending thousands of dollars, you will NOT have those issues at Crosstown Motors! I plan to get ever vehicle from them now!

Great experience in our purchase of our new Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Our salesman Bob Rayburn was very professional with the whole process.I liked the fact that they had what we were looking for on the lot and we didn't have to order one and wait months for it to come in.

The staff at Crosstown Motors is wonderful. The owner is the one I have a problem with. My husband was promised a special car and then the owner came back and said no, I don't think so, I want the car. After some commotion, we were told we MAY get the car, the owner hadn't decided yet. They kept our deposit for at least 6 months and eventually we were told we would get the car, but at a HIGHER PRICE. A huge price increase. My husband wanted the car, so we paid the addtional money and did receive the car. I don't like people who go back on their word and then screw you in the end. I will never buy another vehicle from this business again.

My father used to tell me, he hated Lawyers and Car Salesman. I heard it all my life and agreed with him, until I met Bob, yes, Bob Rayburn of Crosstown Motors. This will be my 2nd transaction with him and probably not my last. I've had the smoothest deals you could ask for! and that goes for the rest of the dealership, too. THANKS!!

Paige was great to work with and open to researching all our questions. Her team was helpful and supportive throughout our whole process. I am loving my 2023 Jeep Compass and it has been given a paw of approval by our black lab, Zeke! Highly recommend dropping in to see Paige if you are looking for a new ride! I appreciated her transparency and no nonsense approach!

Paige Roy was amazing from start to finish! She listened to my needs and was extremely knowledgeable. Sales associate Paige was beyond awesome she went way out of her way to get the vehicle I wanted and was beyond accommodating with my special requests. The GM and dealership its self were also awesome and bent over backwards for me, I am not an easy person to please or negotiate with but they went above and beyond to bend to my requests. I would highly recommend Crosstown Motors to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle the experience there was just amazing. If you stop in ask for Paige and she will bend over backwards for you and get you the best deal for the vehicle you want.Mark

I want to give a huge thank to the whole staff in the Service Departement. They help me in my time of need when my truck broke down on my trip down in New Hampsire.I got my truck towed in at night after an engine failure on the highway. The next morning, we talked it over and even if they had other work lined up, they decided to get out of their way to get my truck into the shop, order the parts and within 48 hours, I was back on the road.Without them, my whole trip would've been a nightmare. I was lucky to find this dealer.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Steve Northrop at Crosstown Motors in 11 years and the service recived was top notch. Steve really listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions and respected if I chose not to go with what he suggested. There was absolutely no pressure or hard sale tactics. He was professional, very personable and really strives to not just get you into the vehicle you want but to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I very highly recommend Crosstown Motors and I especially recommend seeing Steve Northrop for your vehicle purchasing needs.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.Went multiple times giving them chances but always ended up disappointed. For example, we had heard a small clanking noise going over bumps. Nothing too bad but we decided to go in just for a check. Ended up needing to replace something which was around 800 dollars. Not even an hour after leaving the clanking was worse. It sounded like it was going to fall apart. Made another appointment and they said it was ANOTHER part that they needed to replace. Wouldn t they have seen that the first time they fixed the clanking noise? For this new part it was super expensive, probably about 1,000 dollars. Car still sounds terrible. Really bad clanking noise even at the slightest bumps. We ve been there multiple times and bought multiple vehicles with them but always had issues each time, and this was the last ever time we ll deal with them.It s very obvious that they re scamming people or even doing shady business. There s no need to have to go in, pay a ton of money, have some new random issue after fixing one thing and repeating it all over again. If you were smart enough you would ve seen all issues at one time and fixed them all then and there.Shame on you for scamming people of their money AND putting them at risk by tinkering with their only source of transportation just so you can get some extra cash. If I could put these people out of business I would in a heartbeat.

Everything was awesome from our initial meet and greet with Josh all the way through the How to teach old people to use new technology class after the purchase. I think we failed but we know how to find all the restaurants in the area. Great sales representative, very knowledgeable and an all around great guy. I had a great experience at crosstown motors. First I was able to reschedule my service appointment, on the same day, due to the weather. While my car was being serviced, l went to sales department to see about purchasing my car from the leasing company. I was surprised at how easy and smooth the transaction went. The sales person was very friendly and not pushy, l was never pressure or persuaded into buying a different car on their lot. My appointment was for 10:00 am and I was out by 12:00 pm, with a used new car. I would recommend crosstown motors.
