They lie and say work needs to be done that doesn t. Went there for an inspection and was told the brakes needed to be fixed. Had my mechanic dad do them. Went back to get the sticker and was told it was a half done job and needed new rotors. I took offense to this as my dad knows what he s doing. I took it to T and C auto for a 2nd opinion, and had no issues getting my sticker. I will be going to them from now on.

Pretty shocked at the call I just had with this guy at this place. I was recommended to call them and the guy was short on them phone and incredibly rude. I am stranded on vacation and called them up to see if they could help with a truck issue I m having. Upon listening to what was going on the guy abruptly stated we don t do that, thanks bye and hung up. Any place willing to treat someone like that right off the bat I would avoid 100%.

Got me in, in a jif and saved me $300 compared to the dealership price for the same servicehe even washed my car because oil got on it.love these guys

I've been going to Arrow for roughly 15 years, they have always treated me well and taken great care of my vehicles. Reasonably priced respectful of my time and budget needs. A family owned business with roots in our community, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been taking our vehicles here since we moved to Littleton about 10 years ago. This place seems a little shady, I won't be getting further work done here. I came in to pay for my undercoat on my brand new 2022. She quoted me $150. I said the sign outside says $99. She says it starts at $99 and costs more for a bigger vehicle. I said ma'am I have a two door mini Cooper. Still I paid $125, they did what I asked and sprayed oil under my car. But they also sprayed my breaks and my car Will not stop like it did before. I figured it would burn off or something but it's a week later and I still can't stop very well and smells like burning oil when I break hard.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My girlfriend took her van there today to get an oil change then when she goes to get in the car to start it none of the electronics in the car work and the worker there Toby gives us a super attitude and says that it s not his fault that he didn t do it and then just walks off. This van is an 09 and has never had any electrical issues in till bringing it there. They obviously try to take a vantage of her and messed with the car so they could get more money. I wanted to thank Ray and the technicians at Arrow Auto for getting my Honda CRV fixed in a very quick and professional manner.I noticed the muffler/ b pipe flange was making some noise and upon inspection I found the bolts pretty corroded and loosened.Ray showed me that I was also in need of a flange gasket and installed the correct flange spring bolts to make sure the job was done correctly.They had me in and out in an hour and the billing was very honest . He needed to get the parts , which was about 1/2 hour wait and when I was finished and paid , the labor was for 1/2 hour , not a whole hour , like most other shops would charge .Honesty and professionalism, very nice to have that service , they will be my place to go when I'm up here.Thank Ray and the Arrow techs.Sincerely,Daniel Thill

Arrow Auto is all you could ask for - honest, reliable, good communication, friendly staff. We have used them for many services from the regular oil change and inspection to dead mouse under the dashboard removal to fixing automatic sliding doors on the mini van. They are wonderful!

Their prices have increased quite a bit in the past year or so, which is unfortunate. They used to be my "go to" shop but now I call around for estimates.

I was quoted 5 hours of labor and given a price and my vehicle was only there 5 hours and I was charged for 6 hours of labor and RAY thinks he has every right to charge me for 6 hours of labor and even HUNG the phone up on me I have given this garage thousands of dollars in the past 3 years and this is how RAY is going to screw people... I will never do business with this garage again and will never recommend anyone to this place

Great for general care (oil change, tires, etc) but had trouble diagnosing a warning light that took multiple visits to correct.
