Top notch service! I drove up to ski and my front left wheel bearing went kaput. Called at 1pm on a Thursday. Truck repaired by 5 pm. Ben also drove me to my motel room a couple of miles away and picked me up when the repair was complete. More than reasonable pricing as well. Thanks again. You guys are the best!

I could not be happier with my experience. Tim and Ben were fantastic. I called on Wednesday morning and my Jeep was on the road Thursday! They squeezed me in for a super honest and extremely fair priced diagnosis and ignition coil replacement. It s always frustrating getting a cylinder 1 misfire but not really knowing if that s the case and these guys eased my anxiety! My family has had a vacation home in N Woodstock for generations and it s so nice feeling confident that this shop is right up the street. You have customers for life.

On vacation and had to bring nephews car in due to a flat tire, turned out to be a nail. Fixed as soon as they could get to it and Tim is the nicest guy. If I lived around here, this would be the shop I'd go to!!

Our Honda Odyssey started misfiring a bit and the dash light up like a Christmas Tree with warning messages while we were in the area for a ski vacation. Ben was able to look at it, diagnose and replace an ignition coil very quickly and conveniently which was a huge relief. Thanks!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! While exploring the White Mountains (day 19 of a 27 day road trip) we had a tire that was was quickly losing air. We were lucky enough to make it to Tim's! Norm as able to get the screw that was in the tire out and plug the leak, so we could get back to our adventuring! Can't say enough about how friendly everyone was and how quickly we were helped!!

We would give more stars if we could. We were traveling and got a transmission alert. We were 13 hours from home. Tim and Ben were extremely helpful and were more than fair with the cost. We truly appreciate their expertise and willingness help us get on our way.

Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. Dropped my wife s suv off for alignment. Been around garages my entire life and was very impressed by his price compared to the amount of knowledge he has. This was worst experience please don t go there . He literally scammed me.They took 3 weeks to fix my radiator and they broke a piece of a coolant and took additional 4 days they even charged me for their mistake. They charged me $800 that s okay but they didn t do there job. They gave my car without fixing it and they didn t even tell me. After driving for few miles my coolant reservoir starts liking and gets damaged fumes start coming out of my car. And when I take back to him he just ignores and says it s not his mistake. Please don t go there he will over charge you.

Have been bringing vehicles to this garage for 25+ years. Tim is a great mechanic and a caring person. These guys are awesome! We are vacationing in NH, were we got a nail in our tire. I called them up, they had be come in and fixed it in 20 minutes. Thank you so much guys. Vacation is not ruined!

My tire had a slow leak and I brought my car to Tim's garage. Tim was friendly, attentive and fixed the tire in less than 20 minutes for an extremely reasonable fee. I highly recommend this business.Service: TiresService: Tires

On vacation with my son, check engine light came on, while the shop was too busy to perform the necessary repair. The gentleman that I spoke to was able to reassure me that issue would not leave us stranded. (O2 sensor). Thanks for the kindness.

Absolutely amazing garage! A+++++++++ Service, honest, and friendly people too! I was in the area skiing at Loon, and the night before, I noticed both of my low beam headlights were out. Luckily I was staying in the area b/c I had only noticed the night before when I ran out to get dinner and couldn t see anything in front of me! Was quite frightening! The next day, I finished up skiing and headed to the garage around 2 PM hoping for a miracle they d be able to help as I needed to go down to CT for Christmas. I came in w/o calling ahead and explained the situation once I got there. The person I talked to was super friendly and told me I caught them in the middle of lunch but give them 30 minutes and they d be happy to help! I was so happy I could cry! Someone came out in 15 minutes and took my car right in! I asked him if they could double check all was well w/ my battery as my car took a little too long to turn over two weeks prior. After another 15 minutes, my headlights were swapped out and my battery was checked and all was well w/ it! I was out the door after $40 for the quick fix and excellent service! In hindsight, I wish I had the cash on me b/c I would have been happy to give them $100 for saving me on Christmas Eve, Eve! Thank you to all at this garage! I needed a new battery and was about 3 hours away from home. I barely got to Tim s when they opened at 8am. I told Ben what I needed and I was out by 8:30. Scammed, overcharged, lied to. Brought my car in Wednesday due to a check engine light. Came back as a intake manifold code, ended up misfiring Friday. Towed to Tim s, sat on the tow until Tuesday. Called Monday to see if it was checked out yet, told by Tim they took it off, started it up and it felt fine. Little did he know Ben, an employee of his. Had just admitted they hadn t looked at it yet and it s still on the tow.Called Tuesday, told the new code is an engine coil misfire and the spark plugs needed to be replaced Brought up the intake manifold code and if that was fixed, told by Ben that Tim the owner told him to ignore the intake manifold code and only focus on the misfire Called this morning, spoke to tim after him avoiding my phone calls for 2 days. Told that it s not his fault, he doesn t have time, He was never told about the intake manifold, he never told Ben to ignore the manifold, he never knew about the intake code, he never knew about any phone calls. The moment I brought up what he told Ben to do, and what Ben told me to get himself out of hot water with the customer. Tim started yelling, getting defensive, telling me I m making up stories/lies and refusing any further help/business with me. You can go somewhere else if you re not happy the average I ve scammed you, you can t do anything about it line.My advice to anyone looking at Tim s white mountain garage as an auto shop that s trustworthy or reliable. Avoid this shop at all cost, Tim will scam you out of your money, not fix your problem, blame you for their mistakes and negligence. Save your money, your time, your peace of mind and find another shop.

I came to town for just a couple of days on vacation, but on the drive to Lincoln my Subaru started having problems shaking while accelerating and sounded very loud. Not wanting to take a chance driving back home with two kids in the car, I called Tim's White Mountain Garage and they were extremely friendly and helpful. They said I could bring the car in right away and they would take a look and do their best to get me back on the road.Within an hour of dropping it off, I got a call that they had found the source of the problem and would be able to fix it possibly the same day, or the next morning. The following morning they called to let me know that the car was all set, but had found a second issue after fixing the first one. The loud noise was from wheel bearings and the shaking was from a bad drive shaft. It would normally take a couple of days to get parts and fix a drive shaft issue like this, but they were able to find a used one in good condition and saved me HUNDREDS of dollars in the process. They also felt bad for not seeing the second problem initially, and did not charge me labor to fix it, which was really above and beyond in my opinion.I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and honesty, and feel that I got a very good deal on these repairs. The car runs like it's brand new, and I just wish that I lived closer so I could bring it to them for future repairs! Thank you so much, Tim & Steve! You are the best!

I was so impressed with Steve's professionalism at Tim's garage. He treated us with kindness and respect while we had an oil pressure indicator tested under a tight time frame and with no lead-time. He got us a ride to the bagel shop, gave us cold bottled water, and let us sit on lawn chairs at the lovely brook behind the garage. The rate he charged was almost comically reasonable. Highly recommend.

I was on a family vacation in the white mountains and my car just started to run strange. The people within the shop stopped working on the car on the rack or current car and was more than willing to take a look at my car. The individual was able to find the issue quickly and got me on the road again. I can not thank them enough for the attention to my issue!

Having car trouble while on vacation is not something I had planned. However, on my first vacation trip to Lincoln, NH, I needed a reliable and honest mechanic. Thankfully I found Tim's garage. Tim agreed to meet me on short notice, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed my van in a couple of hours. He was kind enough to take me back to my resort while he worked on the van, and picked me back up when the job was completed. I truly felt like I was dealing with a friend rather than someone I had just met. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a mechanic in Lincoln.

I am currently getting a lot of work done to my car. Tim's garage has been nothing but helpful. They are great about making appointments that are convenient for me, they're thoughtful with price as well. Saved a ton by going to Tim's shop compared what I would have paid at the first mechanic I went to. The staff and owner are friendly and are always willing to answer questions.

I was driving through Franconia Notch (just north of this garage) when a bracket on my exhaust fell off and opened a hole in my exhaust. I arrived right when Tim was opening up. He looked over my problem, gave me a time estimate and recommended a place I could get breakfast while waiting. Work was done on time and professionally. My wife and I were in the area on vacation when our car started having issues. The people at Tim's were very accommodating and polite.We explained our situation and they worked hard to get us back on the road so we could continue enjoying our weekend.I honestly wish they were located where we live. Highly recommended. Easy 5 stars.

These guys were amazing!! Just got in Lincoln for vacation and was having what I thought were major car issues. They were filled up but they fit me in, checked my car and fixed it in 2 hours. It was Friday and they told me most places were closed on the weekend. Steve gave me his number to call him in case I had any issues. No problems with the car and they saved my vacation!!! Thanks guys.

Our Trailblazer had issues while towing our camper into Lincoln. The campground owner suggested Tim's. He took us in Friday morning and gave us a ride to the water park. Steve kept in touch throughout the day to let me know what he found wrong. Tim picked us up at the water park and drove us back to the campground. Steve stayed until after 8 pm to make sure we had our vehicle to use on our vacation. Excellent service and a fair price for the repairs that were done.

Tim and his crew keep busy, so you need to get on the schedule. They do good work but like the other good shops in town they are book a week out. (Now if it's an customer emergency they do try to fit them in, so it can slow down the schedule work) They are more likely to undercharge you then over and I like to pay what I owe. Ex-auto race guys seem to know their stuff.
