I have a vivid memory of coming to Lincoln on a ski vacation with my father when I was a very young teen (23~25 years ago) and staying here .I remember the view being spectacular and the location being pretty awesome as well. Nothing but good memories and judging by photos it hasn t changed. Might not be 5star hotel but I give it 5 stars if you are looking for a local-cozy-discrete spot to enjoy the season and family.Nearby activities: Canon and loon are def top notch ski resorts.

The location and view are absolutely phenomenal. Just minutes to the Flume Gorge! The rooms are adequate and good for a place to sleep/ hang out between hikes. The door to our balcony didn't close all the way, but the heat works well enough that it would probably still be fine even in winter.

It's a budget hotel but pleasantly well kept. The room I stayed at is spacious and clean. The weather was brutal at 16 F but the heating did a great job. The view from my window was peaceful. The location is quiet and private which I loved . The food places are like 5-10 minutes drive . The only issue I had was the TV had no cables and I wasn't carrying my laptop , so things got a bit slow.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Don t be fooled by its rustic appearance, the rooms are very clean and the owners are sweet as can be, very helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond during my stay. No musty odor or anything that would keep me from returning. I ll admit that the beds could use to be replaced (hence the docked star) but I slept like a baby after a long day of hiking anyway so I couldn t have cared less. For the price (granted, I stayed off-season in November) it was well worth it.I will be returning for my next hiking trip in the area.

Was the cheapest in area. No indoor pool. Clean rooms. Snowmobile trails everywhere.Rooms: Dated but did the purpose. Clean and quietNearby activities: Flume Gorge a minute up road. In town Lincoln there is ziplining. Alpine Adventures. Movies. Trails everywhere. Tower next door you can climb in the summer. At the Indian head resort. Snowmobile rentals down road. Trails look awesome. Ice Castles minutes away. Lots of places to ski.Food & drinks: Restaurants 3-4 miles down road. Lincoln and North Woodstock. Brewpubs.

The owner really is running this place into the ground! The pool looks like it was never even functional even during the summer several feet of water missing! Smashed old fountain in the front. The place is dilapidated! I would avoid! There are many other places nearby that definitely care a lot more about their business and clients! My boyfriend and I were saddened to see as we were driving down the seat people swimming in and obviously heated pool and in a hot tub and probably the same price that we paid but unfortunately Parker Motel is a dump!

This spot was a pretty decent stay. Close to civilization. Check in was quick and the owner was super nice. The rooms are a little dated, but typical for a middle of the woods motel. The ceilings are very creaky, so depending on how active the upstairs neighbors are, it can be a pretty miserable night.

Had to last minute change booking as the place I booked on priceline was pet okay, but turned out wasn't. They had opening here at Parkers motel in Lincoln NH. The rooms are large , clean, an I felt comfortable immediately. The owners have been accommodating since the moment I walked in to see about getting a room last minute.Price fair, per friendly is plus , clean , laundry onsite , pool , jacuzzi, an owners who go above an beyond to be accommodating. The rating should be much higher an I would stay here over the corporate motels in area anyway.Thank you Parkers Motel for being hospitable to your customers.

First thing that hits you when you open the door (other than the 2 HUGE stains on the carpet) is the dreadful odour. I don t know what stinks like that in there but it s barely endurable. The room needed a carpet replacement like 10 years ago. Pretty pricy for what you get old dated room, clogged bath, stained carpet, bad odour, damaged equipment etc .We felt like the beds were cleaned and the bathroom as well but would have never walked bare feet on that dirty carpet.Again .the carpet is a disaster!

No clue why this is a "1-star hotel" when it is easily nicer than most 3-stars and is impressively well kept.Spacious, clean, with all the amenities you need in a simple place and even came with a balcony that has incredible mountain views!Easy 5 stars for far exceeding expectations.Only downside was the fairly loud wall-mounted air conditioning unit, but that didn't seem out of the ordinary.

We enjoyed our stay here. The coffee maker didn t work, but we also didn t say anything till we left. We were close to the hiking trails, which is the reason we stopped here. We were right up the road from Lincoln and Woodstock where there were plenty of restaurants. When we stayed the pool was closed and was being painted. I was disappointed, but understand that maintenance needs to happen sometime. When we return we would happily stay here again!

Great price. We decided late that we wanted to stay the night and had a hard time finding a place. For the price I thought we would get the typical 2 bed motel. Instead we got a small apartment with 2 separate rooms, a small kitchen,a porch, even a gas fireplace. Couch is older but everything is very clean. Thank you Parkers, we'll be back

We were greeted warmly by the owner Raj even though we were checking in late. Very professional and friendly - seemed like an excellent human being too. My sister s accommodations somewhere else fell through and Raj had an very clean and modern suite for her and her family as well. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. Looking forward to visiting again.

Every time we go to NH, we stay at Parker s Motel! I love this place so much! Especially in the room with the balcony in the back, we chill, talk and look at the sky at night. It s so dark!!! You can see so many stars. The pool is fantastic, and the jacuzzi area is terrific! The rooms are comfortable and SUPER clean!!! The people are very friendly too!!! The location is just perfect, in the middle of all the main attractions of the White Mountains! I highly recommend staying at Parker s Motel! I would give it six stars if I could!

Clean room. Nice pool well kept. Outside Franconia notch parkway. Reasonably priced. Quiet and dog friendly. I completely recommend for a quiet cozy get away. We are definitely coming back. I gave five stars because it was what I expected also staff friendly and eager to accommodate.

A beautiful, quite, and clean place to spend the night. I've staying there for years with family. I've always love it. The bathrooms are a little on the small side but other than that the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and you can't beat the price. They have smoking and non amoking rooms which is awesome as well!
