I prayed and ask God to watch over my family as we traveled. Ended up with stuck rear breaks i called Napa in Lincoln nh and ordered breaks and a rotor. Problem still persisted. I need a caliper bracket and decided to call again and was told they didn't have the rear passenger bracket. That day we were heading back to Connecticut. As I jumped on the highway with frozen breaks Napa calls me back and says they can make the opposite side work told me me to come in and they will have it ready. I probably won't have made it home that day if I didn't receive a call back. They understood my problem and came up with a solution and they called me back. You guys are amazing people me and my family thank you guys with are hearts. I'll give 10 stars if possible

Joe, the store manager was beyond helpful! I went to Mobil next door looking for help filling air in my tires, they told me to go next door to Napa. Joe quickly realized I had a nail stuck in my tire and helped me out a patch in, free of charge. He was super helpful and patient! Definitely recommend going here for all your auto parts.

Thank you!!! Joe was so incredibly helpful when our tire blew on the backroads. Our rental car company couldn't help us and Joe found us a tire at VIP AUTO and saved our last day of vacation. Not only that - we saw how he helped other customers who came in with their car troubles finding them solutions efficiently.Helpfulness like this is amazing and I would recommend NAPA Auto Parts to everyone.

Wasn't planning on getting a new battery but they were close and had them in stock. Gentleman at the counter was very helpful and super friendly.

Joe and his guys go that extra mile to find what you need. There are times when the just don't have the part and will say so. (got one of those Pinzgauers and if they can find a part I go to another out of state source). Local support of every repair shop in town. The place to start when you need automotive.

Great service with a smile. Friendly and helpful as can be. Thanks for the help on the battery test yesterday. The gentleman who helped couldn t have been nicer.

This is definitely a small town auto parts store that wears a national brand's jacket. These dudes were so cool and helpful. My coolant expansion tank cracked while I was on vacation and they were more than accomodating.

They helped me install two headlights before it got dark so I wouldn't be stranded. Note that the Google address is currently wrong, they are actually at 83 Main St. in Lincoln. I think this site was recently bought and the sign wasn't even up yet. I would have missed it if my passenger hadn't seen it.

Usually dont have the part in stock but for some strange reason they will always have 4 or 4 in stock in Plymouth or Littleton nh store been like this for over 10years now

Brake light went out while on vacation so called and spoke to Bob. They had what we needed and it only cost me $1.25.Seemed like the go to place for any auto related things you d need.
