Good service. Took me around 1.5h on a Saturday morning, but given how busy they are, it's not unusual (there's only walk in, so that flexibility is kinda nice, you can really save time if you show up as soon as they open their store). Plus reading Google reviews ahead of time, I had that mental prep, so I brought some work with me, and they have a very nice lounge area where you can get work done. Got all season tires, will be back after 50 miles for torque check. Was given the price quote ahead of time, so that was nice too.

I was really worried about how my car will handle the snow since I m new to NH. I stopped by Wilson Tire Co and I was able to get assistance with getting snow tires! Michael was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect tires for my situation. I also had to get extra work done for my tires unexpectedly and he was able to show me and teach me where the problem was. I ve had my car taken to shops multiple times prior however, He is also the only person ever who advised me to come back after driving 50 miles post tire alignments or even after getting new brakes to make sure everything is working properly. They also have a very clean and spacious waiting area with restrooms for customers to use. I am very content with my experience here. Thank you for helping me!

I must admit, I made a mistake by bringing my EV to this shop. Unfortunately, they have a strict policy and are unwilling to assist if there is any puncture in the sidewall. I feel that they quickly made a decision without thoroughly examining the issue. It would have been helpful if they had taken the time to inspect the foam inside the tire and locate the exact point where the nail was coming through. As a result, I ended up having to replace all four tires, which cost me a hefty $1500.Wilson is well aware of the challenges faced by EVs and yet chooses not to offer more cost-effective tire options. After sharing the picture online, I received an overwhelming response suggesting that the tire could have been patched, or at least an attempt on this one should have been made. I even took the picture to two other garages, and they both confirmed they would have attempted a repair (They were even closer to me than Wilson!). It's disappointing to realize that I chose a place that I believed would prioritize customer care, only to be let down. Here are a few suggestions I have for Wilson:Consider investing in a tread wear machine, as these are readily available. By wearing down the tread on a single tire, you could have saved me $1100. Given the growing popularity of EVs, it seems like a worthwhile investment to explore.Expand your tire inventory to include more affordable options. There are plenty of tires available in the $800-1200 price range at your distributors that are suitable for the EV I own. Which is the highest selling EV of all time...Make an effort to be more flexible and accommodating to your customers, especially when it comes to patching rules. It would be greatly appreciated if you could work with customers to find suitable solutions, rather than adhering to strict guidelines without exceptions.EDIT: Added photo of my puncture so others can gauge whether or not wilson will hit them with replacing all 4. In the end it looks like I could have and should have patched it myself.

I have gone to Wilson Tire for the past several years. They are the only ones I trust to put on tires. The whole crew there is amazing. They all work so hard, I always get excellent customer service there. Thank you for all your hard work!!!

Great experience. Was quoted a higher price than was charged. Got my oil changed and tires rotated, among other things. Great customer service and took care of me immediately. I also appreciated honest feedback from the guy at the front desk, when I asked him about winter tires and he looked at mine and told me I didn t really need it, and I could make it through winter. He could ve said otherwise, and I wouldn t have doubted him in the slightest. The place always has cars on the lot to work on but they still find time to address your concerns. For those who value customer service and honesty above all else, this is the place to go.

I don't know whether it's coincidence or not but two days after I got my car inspected there, one of my tires went flat because of a nail in it. The first nail I've gotten in a Tire in 10 years.

They KNOW tires!! No, they don't take appointments, so yes, you'll have to wait. They have a shuttle, though, and the friendly driver will take you just about anywhere within the immediate area. Or hang out in the large waiting area, instead. And it's so WORTH it to have the peace of mind, knowing that your tires are the right fit for your vehicle, driving habits, and region.Keep in mind, though, if you live a distance: if you are having new tires put on, you'll need to go back after 50 miles to have the lug nuts tightened. A trip up 91North to King Arthur Flour and a little sightseeing before you head back to Wilson Tire just about does it. Just plan accordingly....

Nice tire shop but be aware that will not allow you to deviate on tire sizes beyond .03% from stock tire. I ve been turned away on 3 different occasions just to have tires put on elsewhere for tires that are simply a 1/2 taller than stock.

If you value your time, take your business elsewhere. I was made to wait 2.5 hours to have snow tires put on. They don t take appointments because it is inconvenient to them to manage. They clearly do not care or value the customer s time, so take your business elsewhere.

Great service and prices. Had an issue with vibration in a used truck I purchased recently, they helped me find the issue and fix it. Even after the tires were balanced, they were willing to take a look at the truck again to determine the issue. The truck drives smooth now. Michael, the store manager, was a great help and made sure to see the job through and test drive it afterward to make sure it was working properly again. Great to go to a local tire shop and get such good service and competitive pricing. I will always go to them. Thanks again.

Just got some fantastic advise over the phone from Michael in customer service and he offered for me to show up in person to show me the situation on my vehicle. I took him up in it and didn't regret it. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I really appreciate the service and plan to come here for all my servicing car needs.

Got there early today and was initially struck by how friendly and polite the guys were and helpful . When they opened the doors, again super friendly and helpful realizing it was all new to me getting a new vehicle inspected the guy explained what I needed checked the documents, showed me where the waiting area was and off he went and less than 30 minutes later they called my name and the lady dealing with the invoicing was friendly and helpful. Today at Wilson s was a great experience in how customer service should and can be delivered in a modern well run business. Well done the Wilson s team

Stopped in today after I discovered my car had a flat tire. The staff at Wilson tire were INCREDIBLY kind, honest and helpful. They didn t have the exact tire I needed, but they put my spare on for me at no charge and made sure I knew exactly which tire I needed to order once I returned home to the Seacoast.

The folks here are very professional, straight forward, honest and repair prices are fair. I had purchased a few sets of tires here in the past. No BS and never a problem. My Subaru had a bearing festering for a few weeks and this morning it started to scream, "please get me some help." I called Wilson at 7AM and was told to bring it right in. Two hours later, a new rear wheel bearing and brake caliper was delivered and installed. While awaiting the parts delivery, an oil change and tire rotation was performed. No wasted time here. My car is all better now and I am a very happy customer. Thank you folks! Tony C.

This is the worst place in the area. Its popularity seems to stem from the fact that they have a large, comfortable waiting room. Well, it's a good thing they do because if you go here for service, you're going to get to know it well. They don't take appointments. This is one of the most baffling and frustrating things a car-service place can do. What? Can you imagine if your dentist didn't take appointments? So, you have to either get there at 0-dark-30 and be one of the people waiting in line for the door to open (are they selling Springsteen tickets? I've never had to wait in line in the dark for car service!) or plan to spend about four hours waiting for a 15-minute tire change.Their tire prices are jacked-up, they'll go out of their way to look for things that are "wrong" with your car to lure you into repairs, and god forbid you do get the repairs done there as they will cost you twice what they cost anywhere else and hold up for about six weeks. I've honestly never had a worse series of experiences with a service provider.Luckily, there are a plethora of other choices for tires and/or service in the Upper Valley if you don't mind a less plush waiting room. Oh, and there are also actually places that make appointments!

I have been taking our family cars to Wilson Tire for the last 3 years. They always provide great, friendly service, competitive pricing, and it is a comfortable place to get some work done on my computer while they install my tires. I have recommended them to family and friends and everyone that has tried them has had a great experience also. My dad will now only go there after going to another shop for many years previously. Big thumbs up to Wilson Tire.

After an area competitor wasted many days of my time and money I had my car transported to Wilson Tire where they were at the ready to repair/replace the tire during their busy spring season.Michael was proactive to the situation and ordered the tire instantly before he even knew if it needed to be replaced to save the. They did end up needing to replace it, but did so very quickly.Town Fair Tire didn't even inspect the tire when I delivered it, claimed to order it, yet 5 days later couldn't even confirm it was ordered or in the building.Thank you to Michael and the team at Wilson Tire Lebanon for the outstanding service!Matthew Sargent

This place is great! I actually live out of state but was in Lebanon at the time and really needed new tires. They have really competitive total costs compared to the big tire places and amazing service. Was able to get prices and ask questions through email with quick responses. I needed to drop vehicle off before they opened but had trouble getting a ride. Mike, the store owner offered to personally to give a ride way before they opened. who does that?! Way above expectations for a tire shop but this should be the new standard of business!

I have used Wilson Tire a few times now to swap my pre-purchased winter tires onto my 2017 Honda Civic SI, and have always had a good experience with them. Like most places nowadays, they are very particular about the sizing threshold, for safety reasons, and probably in hopes to sell you there inventory, however they will install tires that aren't factory spec or sizes, but only if they are within 3-5% of the OEM size. I have gotten the same tech and counter attendant every time I've used them and he has been great about doing whatever he can to help. I've used them to swap my pre-purchased winter tires which are slightly taller then spec, but are less wide, which compensates for the height, and while the computer indicated that they were past the threshold limit, the service rep spent the time to manually calculate the threshold with manufacturer specs instead of Honda spec, which was just enough to prove they were acceptable and safe. Just went in today to have them swapped back on and encountered the same issue, and after saying they couldn't and shouldn't have been put on, the same tech again manually calculated it and realized the installation tech had misread the tire size. The tech who misread the tires was very apologetic and sincere for the mix-up and came out after finishing to apologize again for the issue. He was also very careful when packaging my summer tires in bags and placing them in my car. It's a small car to begin with and several of the techs are big guys and is a pretty dirty job, specially on days when it recently snowed and the tires are covered in salt, dirt, and snow. So it's nice to see a company that takes pride in there work and goes out of there way to help and provide customer service satisfaction. My summer tires were carefully inserted into my car which is a very tight fit for a coupe and were bagged and completely covered, and the interior was by all appearances spotless, and I tend to keep my car dealer detailed clean so that always makes me appreciate the care they place in the service they provide. They also reminded me to come back to tighten the lugs, and I was in and out, all in under an hour, without an appointment. That's not typical, but even if they have no appointments available in the near future, you can usually go in and wait and while it may take several hours. They will always get them swapped before the days end. I don't recommend waiting under those circumstances, but I've always had a pretty positive experience with them and feel like my cars in good hands when with them. I'm always nervous, specially with non dealer garages that are high volume services but Wilson Tire has yet to disappoint me and definitely recommend them over all the alternate warehouse outfits in the area, and I've used most of them. All in all, this is the only place I've felt comfortable with returning to.

Very kind and helpful staff. I was amazed at how busy they were when I pulled in as they were opening in the morning at 7am. But I had 4 new winter tires put on and was on my way by 9am. I was very impressed. Thank you all at Wilson Tire in Lebanon

Had a slow leak on my first day of leaf-peeper vacation, and stopped into Wilson Tire - these guys were great! Friendly, cheerful, helpful, respectful to women (too rare in auto shops), and super speedy. I was back on the road in about 40 minutes, $36 to plug my tiny puncture. They insisted I return within 5-50 miles for a torque check, and when I resisted, since I was headed up to VT, they suggested I just go grab a quick breakfast locally and then pop on back. I did - torque check took 2 minutes - and I was on my merry way. Wish I lived closer so I could use this shop all the time!

My car started making a noise on the holiday weekend. Andy guessed what it was over the phone. They were very honest about the wait time the day after the holiday and so I brought my car in the next day.The gentleman that helped me today was phenomenal. He even took me into the garage to show me the issue - a loose heat shield! Such great service.Michael even remembered my snow tire purchase and inquired how the tires worked out.Definitely would recommend this team!

***Buyer Beware!*** Charged my wife $300+ for 1 tire!!!! You said: "The tire INSTALLED was $219" as if that WAS the price. No, the "Tire INSTALLED was $219 PLUS $8 disposal fee +$69 TPMS + TPMS programming." Oh, just a little more! The TPMS sensor was working properly and is mounted on the side wall. Even if it DID need replacing, why $69 for a TPMS sensor that costs $35 at Mopar.com or Tirerack.com?!? Also, you charged $8 disposal fee for a tire you did NOT dispose of! Those are both grossly inappropriate charges to take advantage of a single woman. I purchased all 4 tires (33") & installed for less than $650.Shame on you!

Phenomenal people. They don't waste your time, and they treat you like family. I went there because I was having a circuit issue, fuses kept blowing. They looked at the car, looked at the fuse, looked up possible recalls for the vehicle, they came up with possible causes for said probem, and although they don't perform those services at Wilson Tire, they willingly called another auto service they vouched for, and tried to get me an appointment. They truly went above and beyond. It's good to know that there are trustworthy people around.

Wilson Tire is truly a family business. These guys are incredible and don't beat around the bush. There a straight to the point company and do not rip you off. I had taken my car to them because another tire company (Tire Wearhouse) screwed up my alignment and tires and the guys here fixed it at an extremely low cost and did extremely right by me! I would trust Mark and his crew here with what they say and would stand by there work as if it was my own. After getting my car back it feels like an new car and runs better than before 10/10 would reccomend and we'll be using these guys for my usual oil changes and inspections form now on!
