I'd been looking for a very specific and unique car for well over a year and an example came up for sale here at VW of Lebanon. I live in San Diego,Ca so obviously, I couldn't pop in to take a look.After reaching out to a sales person, who ended up being Dave Gifford, I arranged a 3rd party to inspect the vehicle. The inspection was performed and everything came up positive. So, we decided to purchase the car, sight unseen (kinda crazy haha). Dave ensured the car was pristine. Along with the glowing inspection, we felt fairly comfortable.After purchase, I arranged trucking for pick up and delivery. Dave was super helpful again in making that a seamless ordeal. Once arriving in Ca, we were very excited, the car was/is beautiful!Registering a car bought out if state is an ordeal as well and Dave and Jim Poole, the finance mgr were of great help in that too.Overall great experience with the dealership, Dave, Jim and Bill Patten who was another salesman we spoke with who was very gracious and a great guy. Kudos to you all!!

I stopped in this afternoon to buy a $19 low beam headlight bulb for my Cross Country. It was in stock. I had a question about installation and went to the service department. Brandon Shaffer, the service manager was great. He dropped what he was doing, went out to my car, and spent a half hour installing the bulb for me and, at no charge! I was very impressed with their customer service. Excellent!! Very friendy people!

I ve been servicing my 22 Taos here since it was new and I couldn t be happier with the service department! Brandon the service manager goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of my vehicle needs. Wade, service advisor, is also always extremely courteous and accommodating. And thank you Hayden, technician, for making sure my Taos is in tip top shape! Couldn t ask for a better service experience!

Superior assistance and communication from the service department. I have dealt with several VW dealerships over the past eight years, and I can say with certainty that Volvo Volkswagen of Lebanon rises above them all. My 2015 Passat is in good hands here.

To say that I had a wonderful car buying experience is a complete understatement! Dave and Jon were the definition of fantastic, easy to work with and so kind. Neither were intimidating, pushy or condescending and they were so accomidating and genuinely friendly! It was a breath of fresh air to purchase a car and feel 100% good about the decision despite difficult circumstances and a crazy car economy. They cared not only about the sale but about the person buying the car. I walked away with not only a beautiful new car but they made the process as fast and painless as possible. I can only hope all my future car purchases are as great as my purchase from Jon and Dave at Volvo Volkswagen of Lebanon.

I'm not normally a review kind of person. But I can not rave about my experience with Volvo Volkswagen of Lebanon enough. Dave and Bill were amazing to working with, extremely personable, kind, and so fast. They went above and beyond from the moment I walked through the door and treated me like family. It was by far the best customer service experience I have ever received. 100% recommended! Thank you guys

Had an issue with my engine, and they were endlessly patient with me over long time of car issues. Lent me loaners, worked tirelessly on my car, and kept to their word. Good guys just trying to do a good job.

Stopped in off the highway after I my coolant light alerted me it was low. I was panicking because we were not close to home and I had an event to go setup for and Keith came out, showed us where it was and what level it should be at, as well as putting coolant in it.
