Had a great experience here today. They mounted and balanced new RFTs on my OEM wheels, took my winter wheels off the car, and put my OEM wheels on in their place in about a half hour. No vibrations driving home afterward and the tires were inflated to the correct pressures. Big thank you to the installers and to the manager who works at the front desk (blanking on her name sorry!) - she is very friendly and personable.

Great shop, better people.Woke up on a Sunday to a few wheel/tire issues, called and brought my car in out of concern with getting home safe. Valerie and crew were kind, informative, and willing to explain things to me.Valerie (and the technicians) clearly laid out my options and helped me (didn t push me) make a decision.I initially left with a shorter term fix to get me home but turned around and decided to do a more long term fix rather than wait.Truth-worthy, fair, and honest. Very hard to come by these days.

Open Sunday, dog-friendly, kind and efficient. Grateful to the team for getting me safely back on the road after a busted tire! My pooch Loki was made very welcome by Val in the front office, too!

I was stuck with a flat rual area of Vermont. I had my car towed 40 miles to White River Junction and spent the night there with my dog in a motel. In the morning I called The Tire Warehouse and was told they had my tire size in stock! The people there were polite, courteous, and friendly, and in no time I had my tire installed and was on my way home to Boston!

Val and the team were awesome. We found ourselves stuck in Lebanon NH in the recent snowstorm & in dire need of new winter tires.They squeezed us in with no notice within a couple of hours, and Val even gave us some good recommendations for places to eat nearby. She was also great company while we waited for the work to be done!If you ever find yourself in our situation (hopefully you are smarter than us and that won t happen!), I would absolutely recommend using tire warehouse!

Val and Mike were extremely helpful in getting my tire fixed under very last minute circumstances. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs help with their vehicle in a pinch due to how trustworthy and reliable Val and Mike were throughout the entire process.

Made an appt. for 1:30 to get tires changed never left until after 3. The guy did the tires was slow and rude but the girls up front was awesome.

It was New Year's Day and the wonderful people at Tire Warehouse saved me! I am so grateful. They were open on a day most every other place was closed. I had hours to drive and had a punctured tire that came off the rim. They were friendly and kind, and fit me in to their schedule so I could get home safely. Thank you again!!

I have been going to this establishment for over four years and never had such an experience they have always been cordial and helpful. Not this time Chris Bagalio was the most ignorant person. I got a notification that my tires were received at Tire Warehouse. Chris insisted as SOON as I get notification that the have been delivered at 35 interchange dr. Which is tire Warehouse address to call he reiterated 3 times to me to call asap. I was excited because they were supposed to be delivered on the 11th of December to my surprise they arrived on the 8th. When I get excited I tend to get loud. I really need these tires. He kept telling me to stop yelling at him. I told him I wasn't yelling just excited. He hung up on me 3 times. So I went to said establishment with police in tow just to be safe. Chris told me to get out of his building. That my tires weren't there. After at least 5 conversations with him through the police mind you. He constantly lied and said my tires weren't there and he had me thrown off the property. I confirmed with FedEx and Tire Rack. That my tires were there. Police went back in again and he still lied and said they weren't there. Luckily FedEx is right behind them. The wonderful people at FedEx went down and poof my tires appeared. I truly in my heart believe Chris was trying to steal my tires. Who puts someone through something like this. Oh l know Chris Bagalio from Tire Warehouse. Sad sad person.They really need a negative rating on here one is way to much

I cannot express my gratitude enough to the team at Tyre Warehouse in West Lebanon for their assistance with a rental car I had whilst staying nearby. They completed all the necessary paperwork, even when the car hire company was neither helpful nor cooperative. They truly went the extra mile to ensure I was well looked after, spending what must have been hours on the phone coordinating with the rental agency to resolve the issues.Their professionalism and efficiency were truly impressive. It's a rare occurrence to encounter a business so devoted to customer satisfaction.Furthermore, the manager, Chris, is an absolute gentleman and a delight to interact with. Thank you; your efforts are highly appreciated!

Swung by with an emergency tire puncture on Friday 8/1 and was far away from home. The gentleman I interacted with was extremely courteous and told me they d try their best to get to my car in and hour to an hour and a half. I m pretty sure they got my car in under 45 minutes and had me on the road again in about an hour and fifteen minutes. The job they did patching the tire was excellent and I safely got home and the price was reasonable.Furthermore the facilities were clean (my wife and daughters were impressed) and considering the circumstances, it was a great experience.I wish more businesses were like this!

While traveling through the area we damaged a tire and did not want to travel home several hundred miles on the spare donut tire. Karl and his team went out of their way to squeeze us in and get us on our way with new tires that we needed. It is never a good thing to be stranded far away from home with car trouble but you guys rock and turned a stressful situation into nothing more than a minor inconvenience. Thanks for helping us out!

Pulled into tire warehouse today bc I was concerned for my, my daughter's and grand daughter's safety. Upon inspection the men found two of my tires were way out of balance and a nail in one tire. They refused to take payment and wished us a great day. They were thorough with telling me what they were going to do, and in telling me what they found, all while making sure we were comfortable and had an area to keep young kids entertained. I highly recommend them.

Saved us!!!! We had the trailer packed to take our daughter to college when we got a flat tire. It was Sunday of Labor Day weekend and these amazing folks got us right in and patched the tire! We were on our way in no time!!! Thank you to the hard working folks at Tire Warehouse!!!! Great service and a good patch.

Tire warehouse in West Leb has always been great with our family cars. Speedy and accurate diagnosis while delivering excellent service every time. Would highly recommend anyone needing tire service to visit this location.

The team at tire what house rocks and are amazing!!!! They areTimely, efficient and do a great job!!!! Cannot recommend this place more highly!! I mailed summer tires mounted on 2d set of wheels to Tire Warehouse and they were able to swap out my winter set within 15 minutes of my arriving for my appointment. Chris is so great to work with, will be coming here for as long as I am in the upper valley :)

The gentleman at Tire Wirehouse who assisted us was fast, kind and saved us on our first night of a holiday weekend. He stayed open late to fix a tire with a bolt in it so we could continue on our way safely. Thank you!

Contacted this store on a Saturday afternoon, looking for a specific tire to match my other 3. The Vermont winter gravel won a battle against my new Yokohama tires. They still had the blue on them when we got a huge gravel lodged in the tread.Chris B., the store manager, didn t have it at his store but he called around to his sources. Again, on a Saturday afternoon, in about 10 minutes, he was able to track down the exact tire I needed. He told me to be there in an hour and he d take care of me. Sure enough, he had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Super happy with the service I got here. Chris was awesome and went above and beyond on a Saturday afternoon to hook me up with exactly what I needed. Definitely a top notch store. Don t hesitate to give them a call if you need anything related to your tire needs. A+ customer service!
