I stopped in at Robert s Auto to schedule an appointment for my car to get checked out. It was a Friday afternoon, and Joe scheduled me for early the next week. I dropped off my car, thinking that I was going to get an estimate and an oil change. They have a great system that notifies you through every process of the service. When they were done, I got a notification And went back to the garage. I spoke with Cooper who let me know what needed to be done and said that they could order the parts and do it that day! I got the notification that my car was ready a few hours later. Cooper explained me that I really needed to get new tires and That I could get them somewhere else, and they would put them on. And Ray, who is just about to head out on lunch, promptly offered to fix a rattle on a heat shield that I had mentioned at pickup. And he did it right then! I left the garage very happy with my experience there. I actually went and bought a set of tires and went back to the garage that afternoon. They had no problem at all getting those tires on, balanced and aligned that same day. They even let me drive my daughter home and drop her off first so she didn t have to wait at the garage with me! The staff at Robert s Auto is excellent. They are friendly and informative. I would highly recommend them for auto service and repair.

Brought our car here to get a bunch of work done and the entire process was made super easy by them. Called and made the appointment and they went ahead and ordered the parts ahead of time so when we dropped the car off they had all the work done within 3 hours and got the car back the same day! Amazing customer service, great mechanics and prices are very reasonable for the work they do! Joe was super helpful the entire process!

I have been bringing my car to this garage for years. I find them caring and trustworthy, a factor hard to find today. I appreciate how they keep me aware of what state my vehicle is in as well as fixing the current problem I brought the car in for. Joe s great and although it s a new ownership I think the quality of work is just as good.

Highly recommend. I blew a brake line 2hrs from home and towing my camper. Called them and they got me on the road in under 3hrs. Excellent and honest work.

They added over 200% markup on parts. I brought my truck here because I thought Robert still owned it. He doesn t. New owners..NOT the same!I needed new sway bar links for my truck while I was on vacation. Seems like an easy task. It s four nuts to take off and put back on. They bought the wrong parts and barely installed them on my truck and charged me over $350. The top nut was cross threaded and stripped and I had to cut it off with a torch. They didn t even bother finding a 15mm wrench to hold the shaft of the link, it looks like they just grabbed it with locking pliers. The bushings that are supposed to be tight had 1/4 of slop. It wasn t even the right part number. The entire sway bar was loosened and never torqued back to specifications. I will never be back.They did refund the $280 I paid for the $60 parts after I emailed the franchise owner.

Today my tire had a nail in it, and I am leaving for a trip tomorrow, so it had to get fixed as soon as possible. Luckily, Robert's auto was able to squeeze me in and take care of my tire. I've been going there for the 3 years that I've lived in Lebanon. Some people might disagree, but as a woman going into an AutoShop with little knowledge about cars it can be very intimidating, but I have always felt so comfortable and respected whenever I go here. I don't feel like my dollar is being taken advantage of and they do an amazing job explaining each charge and issue. Very friendly staff too! Couldn't be better! I came from another car repair, which told me I needed new tie rods, but that they could not get the parts for at least a couple weeks. I went to Roberts, and they said, "no problem, we can get the parts and do your repair tomorrow". Which they did. Super happy I came to Roberts.

Bought and install new tires, inspection and light fixing. Work in all the above were perfectly done and at a slightly higher price of other local places. I would give it a 5 stars, but after spending over $3K in tires, I am disappointed they don't offer free tire rotation for the life of the tire....not even one..

Unbelievably good people. I was driving from western NYS to eastern NH when I noticed a dashboard alert that my battery was draining rapidly. A call to my mechanic in MA informed me I was probably going to need a new alternator and the car might die on the side of the road. I had a dog with me, a car full of gear and foul early spring weather. As I was driving south on 89 I googled dealerships and auto repair shops for every exit in VT I passed -- probably 30+ places -- all were booked and couldnt help me for weeks bc it was "snow tire season." Weeks?!? I called Roberts because I had a friend in Lebanon I knew I could layover with if I had to spend the night with the dog waiting for the car to get fixed. Roberts picked up on the first ring, were willing to take my VIN and order a new alternator while I was still on the road to their shop. When I showed up they took me right in, gave the dog some water (they're dog people too), pointed up the street to a great place I could get a bite to eat while I waited (also a dog friendly place). What would have taken others WEEKS, took them less than an hour and a half. They worked me right into their busy schedule with a smile. The repair cost was fair although I was prepared to pay full price plus for expidited service. My MA mechanic vouched that Roberts was competitive and more than fair considering what they did for me. Can't say enough about them. Everyone I met there was great. Thank you, Roberts!

Highly Recommend these guys! Was in urgent need of my NH Inspection, they got me in within a couple minutes of inquiring, did a thorough check over and had it done within 30 minutes, pricing was pretty good too! The office atmosphere was pretty cool aswell, candles, good music, and very funny staff. Me and my 2012 Honda Fit very much appreciate these guys here at Roberts auto!- A very pleased neighboring store employee Service: Vehicle Inspection

Stopped by here on the way to Hampton beach when we noticed some smoke coming off one of our tires. When we explained we were on vacation and thought maybe the caliper was sticking they agreed to look immediately and quoted us a $50 brake inspection fee which seemed fair. We went next door and got a coffee and as soon as we came back the mechanic showed us that it was just a little bit of grease that got on the rotor from a recent brake job that was burning off and that he cleaned off the rotor. They didn't even charge us the $50 inspection fee since it was such a minor problem.

I actually drove from Vermont when the quote for my vehicle was made, I didn t have enough money in my account to cover it but Tyler worked with me and he actually gave me a huge discount so I could cover it. I ve never been to a mechanic shop that does that for you he was glad to do it and the people here have been nothing but nice

I was 1.5 hours from home and my front tire area was smoking! These gentlemen were not only courteous but genuine. They got my car right in. I instantly started receiving text messages letting me know where they were in the process. When I returned to the garage, the gentlemen working on my vehicle showed me where the problem was, and how he fixed it! Best experience I've had in an auto repair shop! I wish they were closer to home!

Roberts helped me out twice in one week last minute when I first needed an oil change and then when my tire went flat on the way home from work. They were friendly, professional and able to help me quickly when other shops in the area had long waiting periods. My mother has a 19 year old vehicle that has been a great car. We have been using Roberts Auto for a while for our needs, and they are fantastic! Everyone is so kind, honest and helpful. Joe is so nice and very helpful when explaining things to people who know little about cars. Like us! It's so good to know that you can still find honest people who want to help others. We highly recommend Roberts auto.

After trying a few different auto shops in the Upper Valley, I finally found Roberts Auto, through word of mouth, and am so glad I did! They do great work at a fair price, are always friendly and communicate well. I never feel like I m getting ripped off as a young woman who, admittedly, is still learning about cars/repairs. Thank goodness for the qualified mechanics and courteous staff at Roberts. Our vehicle had broken down on the way to Logan for an International flight. We left the Acadia at Roberts, they emailed a couple days later with details of what was needed. We returned and it was all set to go. Also helped us get to the bus to get to the airport on time. Was a great experience considering a break down . We appreciate all the help, communication and quality repair!

Update: business is under new management as of Fall '22. Unknown whether they'll be able to achieve the quality of the previous owners.Update update: They've gone the corporate route, rummaging through your car every time you bring it in so they can up-sell unnecessary services. Down to two stars. My review below is of an entirely different company, this might as well be another VIP now.Original review:Excellent auto service, honest and reasonable pricing. They're always very busy so appointment is a must.

This shop came recommended to me from a friend. Tyler and Jo were very helpful up front- organized and professional. Ray was the mechanic who took care of an oil change and 100k service. He was great and answered questions I had about our specific model. I felt the pricing was fair and there was good attention to detail.Overall, a pleasant experience. I d recommend them.

We would not recommend this shop. My daughter was stuck up there and need plugs and possibly coils replaced. On Tues they gave an appointment for Thursday saying they can take care of it. On Thursday they kept it the whole day and finally at 4:30pm said they did the diagnostic, confirmed it needed. Plugs and coils - plus a whole list of other things that were unnecessary. We told them to just do the plugs and coils, to which they said "maybe tomorrow, for sure on Monday" leaving my daughter completely stranded. Changing plugs/coils is a 1.5 hour job at most. Finally found another place that looked at it the next day, changed the plugs and said only one coil needed replacement - and had us all done in less than 2 hours - for a fraction of what Roberts quoted.

The oil light in my Subaru came on and I was an hour and a half from home. I stopped at Robert's at 4:45 pm where Tyler and Mike were more than willing to help me. They diagnosed the problem, explained what was wrong, topped off my oil, advised me to have the oil changed when I got home, and did not charge me for their service. Thank you Tyler and Mike for being so helpful and kind.
