I have had work performed by the West Lebanon NH shop several times on my vehicles. I guess I am unlucky when it comes to windshields and stones!They have done complete replacements and repairs, when possible. Each time the work has been great and the people are attentive to my needs. Very satisfied.

These guys are so good at what they do! Mobile windshield install went smooth, my SUV was left clean and the guys were extremely professional. Couldn't recommend a better place to do business with!

I had the windshield on my BMW M2 replaced here, and I came back to find that my car had clearly been taken for a joyride. They put 25 miles on the car, and when I asked the lady at the front she said they drive 10 miles to make sure the sensors are calibrated properly which made me wonder why there they put more than twice as many miles as they were supposed to on it. But she assured me that the guys out back loved the car and they took great care of it .I straight up asked her if anyone drove it for fun and she said no. Then I checked the car and someone clearly had taken not only themselves but a passenger in the front and a passenger in the back for a ride. Conveniently, my dashcam had been disconnected for the windshield replacement and not reinstalled.They also nearly threw out the mount for my dashcam. If I hadn t asked for it back I would have never gotten it. The technician who did my windshield brought it out and that s when I realized the person who took my car for a joyride was this trash kid who looked like he hadn t even graduated high school yet.My car isn t yours to enjoy just because you love it and think it s cool.

Great place to do business. I brought in screens to be replaced (frames) and they gave me a quote on the spot. The frames were ready a few days later - perfect! I'll be back, for sure.

Great service! I brought in my wife's Subaru for a windshield replacement after it was cracked on the highway. I was called the same day and told that unfortunately the wrong windshield was ordered but they immediately made it right by ordering the right part and getting it in that night! We left our car overnight and they got it fixed right in the morning. Great experience, great employees.

I reached out to GSG to have my business front door replaced, and after getting a few measurements, I had a quote and design drawn up for the service. Trevor and Derrick showed up to replace the door with nothing but professionalism. They expertly reframed the doorway and made sure a complete function check was done before packing their tools. Even at the end, they assisted bringing the old door to the back of the building to save me the strain to do so. Couldn't have been happier with the choice.

Excellent customer service. They replaced my windscreen two years ago and the heatwave melted the glue to my rearview mirror. I popped in to see if they could put it back on for me and they had me out in less than 10 minutes. They did a great job both with the windscreen and with fixing my mirror. Would definitely go to these guys for future windscreen needs! Thank you so much!!

Liftgate window did not get installed with any seal, and they delivered it that way. Obviously no quality control or inspection. Took two weeks of fighting with them to make it right. Had good luck with the company in the past, but now might go somewhere else next time. Hope this helps and thank you for reading.

Had my windshield replaced. Customer service was average at best, they advertise that they come to you, but they don't and for the price I would have expected the windshield to be replaced with the same type of glass that had been removed (tinted). However, the glass was just plain old clear glass. I had full coverage for glass with my insurance which they advertised as accepting, but I ended up having to pay cash. I was not that impressed. If I require this service in the future I will go elsewhere.

Richard and Shelly rescued our leaking windshield even though we weren't local. Not only were they problem sleuths but also problem solvers. They fit us in immediately into their busy schedule to bring dryness back to our trip. Every single person in the office had a true smile on their face. The conversations we heard with phone customers were just as friendly and competent. What a wonderful introduction to the West Lebanon area. Thank you!

Very friendly customer service on the phone and in person. Repair done much more quickly than I expected. Reasonable price. Work is guaranteed. Would definitely go there again!

The staff is awesome. Couldn't believe how fast they evaluated the windshield and made an appointment. I brought it in and Bam before lunch it's done. Now that's great service.
