Great service, in and out same day. I called around to get my car looked at and fixed, but every place was booked for winter tires. Nobody could do it within 2 weeks but Forward s was willing to try to squeeze me in. I expected to wait at least a few days but it was same day and the problem was gone. Everyone I talked to was kind and helpful. I ll definitely continue going to Forward s in the future

Forward's garage was recommended to me for oil change. I went yesterday and was immediately greeted and seated while they did the work on my car. Within 30 minutes, I was out the door with recommendations for other work that needs to be done. They were friendly, thorough, and answered all my questions. I will recommend to others.

Forward's garage is the only place to go for any type of vehicle repair. Unlike other garage's in the area that charge $100 just to spray a little w40. Tim senior I have known for many years and he was always honest and would inform me of what mechanical problem I had and prudently make the repair at the best rate you will find anywhere. His Son Tim has since taken over the business and carries years of expert on hands experience.Everyone there treats you like family. Do not go anywhere for car repairs other than Forwards Garage, as you will never be dissatisfied, and will find your vehicle purring like a kitten when you leave.

Service used to be much better, been going for years.Took 3 days to get an estimate and 4 phone calls. Waited 2 weeks to get in only to be told that I had to wait another 2 weeks to actually get the work done.When they get the work done its quality, but its not fast, communication sucks and its more expensive than most places in the area.Edit: Before I forget to edit this. The estimate they gave me was wrong, identified the wrong wheel that needed work.Services: Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Brakes

I came here based on a friend's recommendation that Forward's would help me diagnose and solve a check engine light for my Toyota Matrix's upcoming inspections. Even with a scheduled appointment for this past Tuesday, they were not able to look at my car until Thursdays. I had to actively check in Wednesday Evening to find out they had not started. I received a phone call telling me that my Toyota Yaris has a leak on the manifold and was quoted $2500 to fix the issue. They proceeded to argue with me about my car model which I have never experienced before (My car is clearly a Toyota Matrix AWD). Also, I have no idea if the quote is for the correct vehicle. So they may be right, but I am not sure they actually knew what car they were looking at or if they even looked at my car. To summarize my long post, I will never be coming back here again. Not knowing much about cars I'm always worried about getting overcharged, but after several encounters with Forwards I feel 100% confident knowing that I'm getting the right price. There were times when they did a simple fix and didn't even charge me, or something that I thought would be expensive was only $15. They were honest once when they weren't able to fix something/needed special parts from the dealer, and they didn't charge 'diagnostic' fees like other places.

I have been going to Forward's for several years now. Every time I go in the service has been exceptional. The prices are comparable if not lower then other garages in the area, and the service is much friendlier. They are always willing to answer questions and explain the work that is required for my vehicle. I will continue to go to Forward's for years to come and would recommend them to anyone new to this area, or those that have been here a while and are trying to find a better garage with better prices.

They did great work on 3 different cars for me for a few years, then the quality nose dived with a complete lack of communication. I wasted money on parts I didn't apparently need on their recommendations and they chocked it up to "sorry, we've been really busy". At the same time, after I recommended a friend go there because they had done good work for me before, they ripped her off, sent her on her way with a serious oil leak in her car without explanation telling her it was all set. They treated her very poorly when her car was still having the same problem she took it in for. They had her waste hundreds of dollars on an issue that could not be fixed without spending several thousand dollars more than the car was worth. If they were honest about it before just trying to take her money, I would not have written this review. I haven't been there in about a year now.

I have used this garage many times over the years and have had very good experiences. On occasion they have been upfront about being very busy and not able to take on new work right away and in those instances I've waited for them to fit me in because I like their work and the service they provide. Hard working family owned business, highly recommend.

Been going here for over few years now. Very friendly customer service very well knowledge staff when it comes to anything mechanical. I get all my sevices for my truck done here and have never had a problem. I highly recommend anyone looking for a garage to give them a call.

Went here because I needed a strut replaced the ordered a partt that was way to small but made it fit onto to my car anyways $500 later and a cheaply fixed car i have no idea im getting scammed and I need to bring it to an official VW garage where they told me the part was a junk small piece offline and needed to have it replaced again. So yeah wasn't to happy about it I dont know if its because I'm young quiet or what but I was taken advantage of. They will try to figure out how to overcharge you too, so be aware and don't put up with it! I should have went back and demanded a refund after going to an official garage a WEEK later but I was so mad I just want the world to know and never give them my service again.Service: Tires

My family and myself have been using Forwards for years. They are reputable, locally owned, and FAIR. If we have ever had a problem, they stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond to help us out. Tim and the gang are friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone.

Most experience and knowledge in the upper valley area. Old school work ethic with all the up to date technology and tools. Family run business that covers all of your automotive needs. They Inspected a few cars now and failed the State inspection of those cars, after i looked over these vehicles for a few friends there was nothing wrong with them and not even 2 days later passed the state inspection. its obvious to me that they are faking issues to make money off people.

Had work done last year and a year later the work had to be redone by another mechanic. No reason breaks and calipers should be replaced after a year.

I took my car here for inspection and they failed it on a bunch things that upon second opinion were perfectly fine and didn't need to be replaced to pass inspection
