Ongoing issues with key fob made by them they have been helpful even if i continue to have issues with the key

AVOID for phone repairs.We went for a screen replacement.They installed a white screen cover instead of black screen cover because the black glass cover was not in inventory. The phone looked terrible as the button color did not match.That's the good part.They also offered a battery replacement and they bricked the iPhone. The phone is now unusable.Employee said that it's a common mistake that they install the wrong battery for the iPhone SE but could not fix the now damaged phone after going back the next day.While they did offer to find a used replacement iPhone SE for the 100$+ "repair fee" (they claimed it was 64GB I had to find the paperwork to show it was 128GB) I would avoid this place for any screen or phone repairs.

I accidentally stepped on my iphone 7 and cracked the screen. Did a quick google search and this store came up in West lebanon on main st. Making the appt online was very easy and a good user experience, which I take note of as a digital marketing professional. The phone was fixed for me in just over an hour, and the owner stayed a bit late to get it done for me so I didn't have to drive all way back to store. He was very nice and we chatted a bit. This was a great experience and I will come back if I need those services, batteries, or LED bulbs. Thanks!

I am the GM for the Five Guys in West Lebanon, NH. I have been going to Batteries Plus since they opened for all of my battery and light bulb needs. They have been amazing. If they don't have it in stock then they order it for me and let me know once it's arrived. Will and Nick are great guys and I will definitely be continuing to shop with them!

Wanted to share my positive experience I had it this store. The gentleman helped me identify the right battery for an older tractor I could not find elsewhere. I did not know they fixed cracked phone screens and he handled that for me also. Was very pleased with the customer service I received while I was there, would definitely go back!

Just had my iPhone screen repaired here after a nasty fall. It was super easy to make an online appointment. Once there, the service was super quick and my phone was ready in only an hour. Thank you!

Would not accept my core charge because I purchased in a different location. I specifically asked this when I purchased the batteries and was told I could get my core charge return from any Batteries Plus. The man at this location said they are all franchised and I ll have to find a location to take the hit. I ve spent over $1000 in these 6 batteries and cannot be refunded for my core? He then changed reason for not accepting the core saying he cannot accept a return after 14 days. I read the return policy and it does not mention core charge as a return. The man was just reaching for a reason to not accept them. It was very clear. Ill never be using Batteries Plus again because of this incompetent man.

Excellent customer service! They are willing to help with all my needs. Bought two batteries from them. For 2004 Honda Crv and a 2008 jeep. Thanks again! Will see you again for my phone battery next time!

Found their store easily, went in store was clean and neat, I asked for a very specific dog collar battery and they had the correct version in stock. I was in and out quickly and the people there were really nice.

The service was professional and fast. The manager replaced an iphone battery in 15 minutes and was really helpful. I recommend Batteries Plus for all kinds of batteries

I took My Note 10+ Galaxy to Nick at Batteries Plus West Lebanon, New Hampshire ( & its hard to tell someone everything is personal on a phone , you don't want to lose your phone ) I didn't carry insurance & the battery was bloating threw the back .. He assured me a few times ( he would " not steal my phone" and that they were certified tech's ) the store was spotless . Nick very helpful & reassuring & Me even not knowing what was casing the problem to start and trying to (glue it back together) Nick fixed the Phone , the battery come in early and he put it right in and called me with the good news .. I hope " I " don't need Nick any time soon but if you do need assistance by all means stop in the Building in front of the Benjamin Moore Paint on main st in West Lebanon

They fixed my phone screen, but never told me that it would make the iPhone11 no longer water proof. A little bit of water destroyed my phone and now I need a new one.
