Absolutely frustrating.I used to love doing business here but the last two times I got burnt.First off they charge me for an hour of diagnostics to tell me the manifold gasket blew over $500 . For one hour .Then I brought a different truck down after it broke down on me, and while there, some one tail swung into my cab and crushed the corner of the cab in. I brought it up to the service managers attention as soon as I saw it. Since then I ve tried multiple times to get in touch with him and he has absolutely blown me off. I ve spent THOUSANDS there and I ll never go back.

Nice people, horrible experience. Took a Sprinter that kept having trouble getting started. I asked them to check the battery and have basic 30K service performed. They said the battery tested fine. They were dead wrong ( pun intended) and the van left me stranded the following week. It was fixed elsewhere and it was clearly the battery.They didn't rotate the tires because"it wasn't worth it" given that the tires were at the end of their life. Wrong: two other places, including a specialized tire place *which I am sure would love to sell me some tires*, confirm the tires are totally fine and have a long life ahead.Expensive. Worksheet rates never explained or detailed. I guess that one is on me for not checking ahead of time, but buyer beware.Slow. I was waiting for the service to be done. After 3 hours without updates, I find out someone still had to go out and buy synthetic oil. I ended up waiting for six hours for a service that usually takes about two. Had they communicated this at the beginning of the service, I would have made arrangements for transportation.Reliable? I have found they were wrong in two of the tasks they were asked to do. I see many good reviews here, so I have to hope the rest of the work was fine but it doesn't inspire confidence.Before posting this review, I discussed my concerns with a manager called Bryan. I appreciate that I was treated with respect and that we were able to have a polite conversation about the issue.I rarely write reviews. But I am aware that there are a number of owners of Sprinter and RVs on MB chassis looking for reliable and knowledgeable service in the area. If you have an MB chassis, I would avoid. They don't seem too keen on working on them, even though, in the past, owners of older MB Sprinter models like mine were encouraged to use Freightliner service if MB service was not available.

The service department at this dealership is outstanding. I came in with my A/C compressor broken off its mount which threw a belt to the alternator in the pouring rain. These guys were accommodating from the minute I walked in the door. They got me fixed up quickly and fair on the price. By far the best dealership experience of my illustrious 30 year career. They are beyond 5 star!!!!

Rolled in plugged fuel filters this morning Saturday 09/02/23 at just before 7 am. The gentleman in the parts room opened the door and got me fuel filters before the ppen time on the door. I was rolling by 7:30am. Thank you.

10/25/22 Update : Still stellar people there. Found my steer tire need air this morning. No semi air around the area. Called the service department and spoke with Brian who allowed me to wheel over there and let me use an air line. As an owner operator, it's nice knowing there's still some great Freightliner shops around.10/24/22 Parked at the truckstop next door. Needed some parts for my Cascadia so I walked over. They had everything I needed and cheaper than my dealer back home and prices close to what I've seen online. Everyone I dealt with at the parts counter was nice and friendly. I'll definitely stop through here next time I need something and I'm in the area.

I had my doubts at first. My motorhome was broken down on the side of the road awaiting a tow. I called ATG Lebanon and the service guy was telling me "at least a week to get me in, long line ahead of you" and so on. Even after I explained we are full time, this is our house and we're stranded. Towing didn't get me to their lot until after closing on a Friday. Saturday morning I showed up to plead my case. They only had a skeleton crew and couldn't get to me. Understandable. Monday morning I'm back expecting the worst, but no. They already had me slotted in first thing. My breakdown issue was an engine radiator hose clamp and they had me fixed and out of there before noon. I am happy to be proved wrong and I can't say enough good things about Bryan and the team.

Lie on top of the lie. They won t even look at the truck and keep saying we plugged it in but can t read, or we will look at it Monday and on Thursday next week they have trucks ahead of you. Promises every week just for diagnostics.

Great staff for I got a quote for a reasonable price. And if you re just looking for supplies they have a little bit of everything and if you re not sure what to get they ll help you out.

We've brought our Winnebago Class A diesel pusher on Freightliner chassis to ATG 3 times (10,000 mile service, NH inspection and a recall item) Scheduling appointments was great and service performed on time. Techs were very respectful of our RV interior - using paper pads on floor to avoid tracking anything inside.

Bring our trucks there all the time. The tech's seem very knowledgeable and their work has been fast and done well. They always seem to squeeze us in if it's a last minute breakdown and get us back on the road. Will continue to use them

They have parts most of the time. But to get your motor fixed needs scheduling and that can be between two or three weeks waiting
