It's the classic bait and switch. You see the part on line so you go to the store to pick it up but they don't have that part after all. You have to buy the other part that is $100 more! When I ask about the part I saw on line I am told 'you have to buy it on line to get that price, here at the store it's more money' Maybe it's a different product, maybe if I use a coupon code? Maybe I am wasting my god dam life dealing with the scumbags!! When I try to purchase the original part online it's no where to be found, even when I punch in the part number!! I am told they could order me a similar part, it will be here tomorrow morning, never mind the fact I just drove 45 minutes to get here only to find out I have ben lied to.

I had an engine light come on and these guys were able to scan it immediately! Thanks to them I had the error code and avoided a costly diagnostic at a shop/dealership. I couldn't be happier with the prompt service and expertise!

Love the $20 deL after you spend $100 only issue is all of my parts have to b ordered and it takes a week or two for them to come in.

The young man at the counter was incredibly helpful in choosing what I needed, as was (who I assume to be) the manager that checked in with me also. They both made me feel very comfortable and welcome, as a person who has very little car know-how. I can now say that I successfully changed the headlight bulbs on my own car! Small victories.

I was in the market for a phone holder for my truck. I walked in and saw the availability and Michael helped me find something that worked with my phone. The first one we tried couldn t hold up the big IPhone and I walked away. He continued looking on his own and presented me with one that worked. For a worker to go the extra mile for his company and for me is a special thing. Thanks Michael.

They didn't have the 1 out of the 2 things I went for. I can't say that's a thing that happens all the time. I do have an issue with the young kids that work there they aren't so helpful like. The guys that use to run it !

I stopped by for a check engine light test. Chris was incredibly helpful, professional and kind. My daughter will be staying here from out-of-state for the next few months. Not only did Chris help me with the info I was looking for this morning but he told me to make sure I shared the store info with my daughter and that she was welcome to reach out if she needed any auto help. What a kind gesture! We will be sure to use Advance Auto for any needs they can help with during her stay!

Update: Super long wait times and thus lines, especially during lunchtime with only one guy working there. They need help!Friendly staff, but could use a little more experience and knowledge. Sorry. I use code P20 to save some hard earned money with my pick up in store online ordering. Hope this helps and I wish you good luck. Thank you for reading.

Visited 5 places to get my brake rotor. Naps didn't carry them, another place was way overpriced. Clerk was friendly & helpful. They didn't have the part. but they ordered it for 7am next day! Their prices are what you'd expect at an auto store, but mostly reasonable prices. They gave me the CHOICE of parts, in contrast to the other shops which have 3 items come up and they tell you the most expensive part 1st. ALWAYS ASK: "Do you have anything cheaper?".

Guy at counter didn't know how to get headlight out..but I got out owners manual and did it. Pretty easy! Otherwise place is great!

Love the store love the staff but update the dam website just speed walked 2.7 miles to get hear before 8pm only to find out they closed at 7 when the website states they are open till 8pm on Sundays but the sing in store says 7pm I would have saved the trip if website was actually right

The guy that waited on me was friendly and the price for my part seemed fair. But when I asked to use their restroom they told me that it is not currently available to the public. I feel that this type of a policy is becoming an inconvenience and a nuisance to be honest! So when I want to do business with folks moving forward I'm going to ask if they have reinstituted common sense services again. The world can't continue living so backward!

Great experience. Ordered a replacement battery online, turned out it had been in the store for a while and the manager set me up with an install and special promotion for a different one with same performance. Saved me a headache and some money, plus the associate who installed it was friendly. This is why I choose Advance Auto Parts. You get what you pay for, and oh so worth it.

Had a great experience buying a new car battery. They sell Diehard batteries. My Honda battery was tested and found it was dead. (It would be fine for 2 days, then my car wouldn't start). From start to finish, this was a totally great experience and I feel good having a much more powerful battery in my car.

These guys are a joke. They are not knowledgeable and they certainly don't care about their customers. They sold me the wrong part and then wouldn't let me exchange the part for the correct one even when the replacement was cheaper. They lost my business forever over a part that probably cost them $15.

This auto parts store is a local gem. Even though it is a national chain, you will receive service normally associated with a small independent establishment. A large variety of auto parts and needs are available. If it needs to be ordered, it is usually next day service. Access and parking are ample, and easy to notice from traffic. The store is well laid out and clean. The service people are helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. They often go above and beyond to assist customers.

The computer's we so slow people were walking out the door in discuss. Cashier was nice enough apologized profusely. He tried 3 register's before he could get one to work for the customer in front of me. I paid cash and got out of there. Every time I go there it's the same. Luckily there's lots of competition near by and that's where I will go next time

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer free battery testing for your car and if it's bad, you can get one in the store. They are very helpful. The man who helped me went out of his way to try and make it work for me. I would definitely use this place again. They were ready to help. You don't have to search out for someone to assist you.

Today was the first time I have gone into this store and was actually helped! The gentleman that assisted me today was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure I was getting what I went in for.

For a car place they barley have any part I need for my vehicle bout 80% of the time even the simplest part has to be special order cus they don't have it. There is some workers who are great n others are rude but they have more good workers than bad. I also really like they are very willing to let u borrow tool if u need themI'd give them a better reference but because they never have any parts not even 1 of most common parts I can't rate better.

Good staff, prices, and selection. The staff were happy to help with any issues and dedicated the necessary time to make sure everything was resolved. As a bonus, they will do a free engine code check, which is very helpful!
