We recently purchased a 2023 F250 from North County Ford and were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.First, the truck was very reasonably priced especially for this particular model. I did quite a bit of research and it was hard to find a better value.Second, they did not start off by undervaluing our trade. In my experience, 90% of the time the dealerships will come back with some insulting lowball offer on the trade and then use that as their negotiation chip. That was not the case here. They came back well within the median expected range for my trade.Lastly, our sales person Annie was an absolute pleasure to work with. Absolutely zero pressure. No tricks. No gimmicks.In all my years of buying vehicles it was the first time I did not feel like I was getting taking advantage of somewhere.Again, overall very satisfied and very impressed!

I bought my F150 from here during the COVID-19 shortage era. The experience wasn t unique, but it was straightforward and honest. If I buy another Ford, it ll almost certainly be from here.Their service department is fantastic! We bring our Ford and our Jeep to NCF for just about everything. Pricing always seems fair and honest. Moreover, Deb and the team make it super easy with text updates and vehicle delivery to work/home here in town.From the shop to ownership, a friendly face is always ready to help. I'm happy they are our local in-town dealer!

I found the perfect f250 here before pictures were even posted online. After a video, and detailed conversation, it had to be mine. I flew into Burlington, VT and was met with the freshly-washed truck, paperwork, a cup of hot cocoa, and even a full tank of diesel to start my long ride back to Chicago. I couldn't be happier - and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. Truly refreshing after regularly dealing with the fools at Chicago dealers.

Unfortunately wasn't able to get car work done due to them not excepting a warranty that I have with my financed vehicle. So unless you pay full cash or have original warrenty with brand new car they will not work with another warranty company. Luckily other bigger dealerships are very willing to accommodate and work with people with limited budget and that have a warranty they pay for. (My warrenty states that I can bring it to any licensed dealership and they will take care of my repairs) guess just not this dealership.

North Country Ford Is the best Ford Dealership in sales and service! We stopped by to check with the sales staff on vehicle pricing and fell in love with a new Outer Banks Ford Bronco on the lot. The sales staff went over and above in making our sales and service experience a fast, informative and no pressure experience to put us in our new vehicle. Thanks to everyone at North Country Ford we are very happy Ford owners.

The service department likes to mislead their customers. Turn around time on repairs is lengthy. Vehicles are extremely overpriced compared to other dealerships. Did I mention, the vehicles are extremely overpriced?

This was my first new Ford purchase and I could not have had a better experience at North Country Ford. It was a long time from my initial reservation deposit to when I was able to take delivery but Vickie and Mike kept me informed the entire time and took great care of me when it was time to take delivery of my new truck. It's a bit of a drive or me to get to Lancaster but it is certainly worth it and I can't say enough how great the team is at North Country.

I've bought many vehicles from North Country Ford for both personal and company uses. As busy as I am, I don't have the time to drive around the state to save a couple hundred bucks, and these guys always have what I need, when I need it and they really take care of me with personal attention.

North Country Motor Sales, the Kopp family and team of associates gave us the very best experience in buying a vehicle from a dealer. They made sure that our used / "new to us" vehicle was in perfect condition before our deal was completed. Alex, Mike and Keith are all great to deal with. All were extremely professional, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the purchasing process. My F150 was part of the recalls that affected the transmission. After extensive calling to ford Cooperate, Viola!! the part arrived! My Wife is finally in her first Brand New vehicle, a 2019 Ford Ranger. Our salesman Alex was great. He worked with us getting the payment to what we wanted. They gave us what we needed on our trade and helped work the rebates to lower our payment. We have bought many nice used cars through them over the last 40 years. They are a family run dealership and all their employees are friendly and helpful. We have a 40 year history of doing business with them and will go there again in the future.

My wife just traded her Subaru in for a new Edge, nice car. North County Ford a great place to purchase a new car or truck. Service is outstanding and this place is all about service too and for you. I bought my F150 there a few yrs ago. Its always a pleasure doing business at north country ford.

I work down the street so can easily drop off in the morning on my way to work but even if I couldn't I would make sure I was able to use them anyway. The staff there are incredibly helpful and the service there is great. They do good, honest work and don't try to up-sell, just friendly suggestions, which is a HUGE plus!Thank you North Country Motors!

My husband and I just purchased another new vehicle from NORTH COUNTRY FORD and we couldn't be happier with our truck. The sales staff and service are always so helpful and they make sure you are satisfied with everything. EVERYONE AT NORTH COUNTRY FORD ARE AWESOME. .. Been 13 yrs dealing with North Country Motor Sales. As well as their North Country Collision Center. I need trucks in my work and wife needs reliable transportation to work. So service and reliability is of the utmost. I have nothing but great things to say.Now going on 15 yrs with them. Just bought a new truck and they were just perfect. And I'm not an easy to deal with. I have many needs of service and setup's that have to be met due to business,pleasure,camping etc. for a truck and car.

My family and I just moved up to Lancaster from Massachusetts. My small hatchback was not going to cut in next winter so needless to say we were eager to find a reliable car at a reliable price. After asking around we heard that this dealership was the place to go. I set an appointment up with Michael Kopp and he was zero pressure and listened to all of my concerns and needs. It was the first time I ever bought a car at a dealership but I felt that he treated me like a human being and not just a commission. He went at my pace and let me think through this big decision. A few days later I was the proud and excited owner of a BEAUTIFUL 2018 Subaru Crosstrek! Thank you Mike and family!

As usual, the sales and service team are exceptional. We got a decent trade in and drove away in a new F150. Our salesperson (Vickie) was knowledgeable and helpful and patient as we decided whether to buy or lease.North Country Ford will always be a first choice for us when buying a Ford vehicle.
