Our awesome company rents boats every year and I am the guy who does the renting and Captaining. We have rented all over Winnipesaukee and this year we went with Winnisquam Marine. Hands down best experience yet. 350hp, pontoon. Brand new boat. I got the fun pack, they let you choose which equipment you want, got back 5 minutes late and not peep from the staff. They don't hassle you with gas, they just fill it back up at normal price....really nice day. Highly recommend. Say "Hi" to Ed if you go.Thanks Winni Marine,The Sanctuary Team

I have rented from here numerous times and I've never had a bad experience. Every aspect of dealing with them has been great. One time it was raining and it wouldn't have been fun going out on the water. I called them and they canceled it without issue. Another time of friend was driving the boat and ran aground. Took a nice chunk out of the prop. I thought it was gonna be a nightmare when I got back to return it. Nope! They were great to deal with and the cost of repair was more than reasonable. All the boats (pontoon) I've rented from them have been awesome. They will go over them as much or as little as you want. If you're unfamiliar with the lake they'll help you out. Today, when I rented a boat, I think from the time I parked until I was on the water was about 10 minutes (maybe less) and that was with 3 kids that needed to pick out life jackets. This place really is awesome!

I have been a satisfied customer for years, and I continue to be impressed with how customer minded they are. Both Winni Marine and their "sister" operation at Winnisquam Marine are top-notch. The operational control and management excellence provided by the Crawford family (the owners) results in the highest level of satisfaction for the customer. If you are looking for new or used boat (sales), service, or boat rentals, they are your one stop. There's a reason why they were recently awarded the Best Marina in New Hampshire. You won't be disappointed.

The staff is incredible, beyond helpful and knowledgable. They went over the nautical charts and best places to discover. They even helped me secure the tube on the stern for having fun with the kids. The rates were reasonable AND they offer a military discount. They are attentive and aware of your return, helping secure lines for safety. This is a TOP NOTCH company and will definitely be back!

They are at the top of the list for rental boats. The experience is awesome and they make it as easy as possible including golf carts that bring all your things right to where you get on the boat. Highly reccomend. The staff is detail oriented and walk you through everything you will need. If you want to rent a boat this is the place to do it. It may be expensive but renting a boat anywhere is. Go here.

I rented a pontoon boat a couple weeks ago at Lake Winnipesaukee location. While boating, we had (what I felt) was a minor impact to the boat, and I figured it wouldn't have caused any permanent damage. When I returned, they inspected the damage and I was initially shocked at what they were claiming. They asked for a HUGE amount of money upfront, and then promised they would refund any funds used after they determine extent of repairs. At this point, I'm starting to wonder if this is a used car deal, and I'm about to get totally screwed.Winnisquam Marine could have ABSOLUTELY screwed me over. I know very little about boats, and even less about servicing them. It would have been very VERY easy for them to say "Sorry, you wrecked our boat, you signed a contract, and you're going to pay us everything we want." And there's very little I could have done about it.Here's the thing.Exactly the opposite happened. After examining the boat, they informed me that the damage was thousands less than originally quoted, and they immediately refunded my credit card. All conversations I've had with them were professional, upfront and courteous.Their honesty and superior communication skills have now earned me (and family) as lifetime boat renters at Winnisquam Marine. I wish I knew all the names of people I interacted with, but thank you to each and every one of you for being honest and upfront. And thank you to owner of Winnisquam Marine for running a fantastic operation. 10/10, would alway recommend.

This was a wonderful place to rent the boat for the day! The staff are very friendly and informative. The $2000 dollar damage deposit is a bit scary, however I felt better after recieving all of the safety information and advice from our greeter. Thank you for a great day on Lake Winnipesaukee!

This is our first year owning a boat and having valet service at Winni Marine. The people are very friendly, from the dock helpers to the store and the gas station to the very nice guy who shuttles us down to the docks in his golf cart. Our young kids have loved being able to interact with the staff, see all the boats, and learn about lake life. Very grateful for the very nice service folks as well, looking forward to next year!Thank you,David

Rented a luxury pontoon from them for 1/2 day with a tube for the kids. Staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I was then sent out to the dock to meet an older gentleman who ran through the particulars of the boat and took photos of existing damage, he was great. The rental itself was fine, boat worked excellent, kids had a blast. I followed the GPS and laminated map and had no problems navigating, it was all very easy as I've owned boats in the past. Got back to the dock with plenty of spare time. I was incorrectly charged $470 for prop damage due to a paperwork error that suggested I'd rented boat 68 instead of 67, the surveillance cameras solved the mystery. A credit was issued and corrective action has been taken by the ownership to ensure this doesn't happen to others. I will gladly rent from them again. Highly recommended!

I hate to write a negative review, as it's not in my nature, but I want to share my experience for others so they are aware of a possibility when renting a boat from Winni Marine. My family rented a pontoon boat, which for the most part was a lovely experience. The reservation process was easy, the boat was in great shape and we had a nice day cruising the lake. The person who got us set up in the boat before leaving was very thorough, but spent A TON of time going over the costs we could incur should certain parts be damaged. I fully understand noting the liabilities, etc., but there was a heightened emphasis on everything that could be damaged and what we'd in turn be responsible for.The prop on the engine was supposedly brand new when we took it out - this again, was emphasized heavily. At some point during the course of our time on the water, we potentially took the boat through some shallow water, which caused what I would consider some cosmetic damage to the propeller. This was flagged when we took the boat back to the marina to return it. The person inspecting said it looked like as if we had dragged through some sand at some point. This is of course a possibility, as the lake was lower than normal - but I definitely did not hit any rocks during our time on the water. I've been driving boats for most of my life and am very careful.I understand Winni Marine wants to rent "like new" boats to everyone - but in my opinion, there is a level of wear and tear that is normal when renting boats (much like cars). The small dent in the propeller, to me, should not justify a replacement fee.Since the damage was minimal, I was told the cost would drop from the standard $245 to $145 - which represented just the cost of a new prop. While I certainly appreciate saving $100, this felt like a bit of a canned routine to me. How much bigger would the dent/ding/nick have to be to justify the full cost?Again, let me state I do not want this to come off as overly negative. We rented a boat and during the time we had it in our possession, the propeller went from brand new to used - and came back with a nick in the blade. I was driving and will assume responsibility for that. But, it seemed the penalty was a bit exorbitant for the level of damage - in the same way I wouldn't expect to have to replace tires on a car I've rented due to worn trends or a slow leak. And further, I'd expect the type of small ding we saw in the prop can be repaired/reconditioned before having to be entirely replaced. So, just be careful and make sure you know what you are getting into when you rent a boat - it can easily cost more than you planned for, which is never fun!

These folks are terrific!Picked up our 2018 Bennington yesterday, staff friendly, practicing good social distancing and the new additions and upgrades to WOW are outstanding.Had a small problem that needed to be addressed( needed a USB OUTLET COVER the original ripped off) . Didn t notice until we got home. Called the marina at 4:05pm, spoke to Sadi-Lynn who has to be one of the best customer service people in the lakes region. She texted 2 times, made us completely comfortable that this warranty issue will be resolved quickly and displayed a genuine concern for our concern.Ed the owner and family are top notch, if you re looking for a pontoon craft, not sure you can do better on and around Winnipesaukee than Winnisquam On Winnipesaukee!Ed AMoultonboro, NH

This is our favorite place to gas up the boat. It is in Paugus Bay through the channel but the dock staff are nice, it's a family-owned business, and the gas prices are cheaper than on the main lake.
